After his heart calmed down, and ready to admit everything, Daffi looked at Fella who was still faithfully sitting next to him.
"When I was in school, I used to date girls the same age as me. We crossed the line, and she was pregnant" Daffi said, bowing his head. "But, I'm so cowardly, I don't dare to take responsibility. Although I knew she was sad and devastated, I still refused to marry her. I think my future is long and I don't want to marry for a child."
Daffi recalls his youth, which he had been keeping tightly closed. Fella was just listening. What Daffi experienced was not much different from his fate.
Daffi let out a heavy sigh before finally continuing his story. "Until he finally crashes right in front of my eyes. He died from a collision, as well as the baby he contained, who was actually my son," Daffi said, being honest and admitting mistakes in the past.
Hearing Daffi's confession, Fella was speechless. That fact was indeed very shocking, and never imagined before.
"I'm so sorry, Fel, that I made a fatal mistake. It takes a long time to forget everything, and get out of that guilty feeling. Even until I date Bella, my heart is still fixated on the past. It cannot be open to him at all. And it turns out, only now can I do it. You can open my heart and fall in love again. When I first found out you were pregnant, I somehow became very interested in her. It's possible that because of my guilt for my own son, that's why I want to marry you and be a father to Fidela forever. But, my past is that bad, Fel. I didn't know you could accept it or not" Daffi continued at length. He was honest and admitted all his mistakes, none of which were missed.
After hearing all the Daffi confessions, Fella did not hesitate to hold her husband's hand. Pulling the corner of her lips, Fella looked at Daffi deeply.
"Our past isn't much different, brother, and I don't mind it. Maybe this is the point why we are brought together, in order to strengthen each other and improve ourselves from the mistakes that have been done," said Fella, absolutely no problem with Daffi's past.
Daffi smiled happily, there was a green light from the wife to continue the marriage, and establish a more serious relationship.
"So you want to be my wife forever, Fella?" her question confirmed Fella's answer.
"Yes, brother, I want to." Fella nodded. His face was met red with embarrassment, imagining that he would have a real marriage with Daffi.
Seeing his wife blush, Daffi's feelings grew even happier. His heart was pounding hard, and could not help but shut up. Daffi hugged Fella's body very tightly, then continued with a friendly kiss on the top of the head.

Fidela was already three months old, and Daffi would take his wife's child to the Capital. The demands of work made Daffi unable to go back and forth, because it wasted a lot of time. So, he invited Fella to stay there.
"Darling, I noticed that you were daydreaming. Why?" daffi asked as he looked at Fella for a bit, then refocused on the steering wheel.
"It's okay, brother." Fella shook her head. Choosing silence, and not being honest that his heart was currently agitated. Returning to Jakarta is the same as going back in the past. Fella's not ready to face that.
But despite being dishonest, Daffi was able to read his wife's concerns. With a gentle gesture, he grabbed Fella's hand and grasped it.
"There I am, honey, don't be afraid. I'll protect you from anything, including Dylan. I won't let anyone hurt you."
Hearing the sweet words from Daffi's mouth, Fella began to feel calm. She believes her husband is not only boasting, because Daffi has provided a lot of evidence for his seriousness. The attention, affection, and responsibility that Daffi gave him made him always feel comfortable and safe.
"Thank you, sister," Fella said later.
Daffi laughed crisply. "Not to thank you, dear. You are my wife, my only woman, so it is my duty to take care of you."
Daffi presented a charming smile at the end of his sentence, and successfully touched Fella's heart. Until the woman regained her confidence, and did not worry anymore even though she had to return to Jakarta.
Upon arrival at the Capital, Fella and her son received a favorable reception from Daffi's grandmother. Although she was still in a wheelchair, her health began to recover. He no longer had trouble speaking like he had in the past.
"Finally now you're a father, Daffi. This is the happiest day for Grandma, to be able to look directly at your beautiful baby. There, your parents must be happy to see it too."
Hearing Grandma's words, Fella and Daffi looked at each other, then lowered their heads together. To this extent, the grandmother did not suspect anything. He believed Fidella was the flesh blood of Daffi.
