Chapter 32. Why Can't I Hate?

Karen immediately ran when she saw Arion wanted to get out. However, he lost quickly to the man. Arion locked her in the room.

Karen pushed the door down strongly while shouting. The girl's scream was heard all the way outside.

"Open the door .. I am not crazy. Why are you keeping me locked up?" karen asked as she shouted and pushed the door hard. His voice is heartbreaking.

Tired of screaming, Karen sat on the floor. She was crying hysterically.

"I'm going out! Father, mother, help me" said Karen, crying.

The woman pulled her hair in frustration. He's feeling stressed. No matter what the cause, Karen's emotions often go up and down. Sometimes he can control it and other times he feels depressed.

What's the past three days, Cool felt his body go limp. Nausea and dizziness she often felt. Back there was the sound of Karen screaming while pushing the door even kicking it hard.

"Open door! I'm going out!" karen shouted like a possessed man.

Two of Rico's men heard Karen's voice screaming. They moved a little away from the house.

"What if you go looking for a signal. Call boss Rico this place. If it's really the woman the boss is looking for, pity her. You see for yourself if he's locked up and yelling. Before anything happens, the boss should know his whereabouts" said Antoni, the name of one of them.

"One hour or so from here I think there's a signal. Are you sure to stay here alone, or come with me?" ask Andi.

"I'd better be here. Fear something will happen or the woman will be taken away again. I can keep an eye on it from here."

Andi then settles out of the bush. Their car is far away. About five hundred meters from where they were hiding.

Arion paced back and forth in front of the room that Karen was in. He looked confused as to what to do to the girl.

"If he kept shouting, there was a chance the citizens who happened to pass by could hear him. We can be suspected later, sir," said one of Arion's men.

"Who can forbid me to hide my legal wife. I'll just tell them he's crazy" Arion said.

"Father has to leave a copy of your marriage license if someone asks, we can show you evidence if she's your wife."

Arion took a deep breath. For some reason, every time he slapped or hurt Karen, his heart felt guilty. Since seeing Karen for the first time, there is a different feeling in Arion.

Arion lends money to Karen's father after learning from someone that he needs money. Arion's initial intention was to lend Rusdi money only to prove to Novi that his help alone could cure the woman's illness.

After Novi dies, Arion wants to forget his revenge by giving up all the debt, but everything changes again since he saw Karen.

Karen's very Novi-like face, makes her remember coming back for revenge. He wants to have Karen, only to hurt the girl. Arion is satisfied that Karen is hurt. His grudge on Novi could pay off.

"Why can't I hate him? He was obviously born to a man who had robbed me of my happiness. Take Novi from my side! I hate you Rusdi! I'll make you regret taking Novi from my side. I want you to be hurt to see your daughter suffer" Rusdi murmured to himself.
