"How are you?" bryan.

"As you can see, there's not one less." Gisel replied with a faint smile.

They are currently inside Gisel's apartment. It just so happened that Bryan hadn't eaten dinner yet, so Gisel just took him.

"It looks like you're getting thinner" Gisel said on the sidelines of their meal.

Bryan who heard that looked a little surprised, because he did not expect that Gisel would notice him.

"Hm... Yes, that's it, maybe because no one prepares me every morning." replied Bryan.

After they were quite familiar Gisel did often make provisions for Bryan, although in fact he made the provision not only for Bryan but for himself as well.

"There's nothing." Gisel replied with a smile.

They continued the dinner quietly.

"Let me do the dishes" Bryan said as Gisel put his dirty dishes in the sink.

"Alright." answered Gisel briefly.

Bryan then stepped into the sink and just washed all the dirty dishes that were there.

"Owh yes tomorrow I will take a leave of absence on campus, maybe I am here for only 3 days, then return to Indonesia" Gisel told Bryan.

"3 days? you serious?" ask Bryan.

"Do I look like I'm joking?" gisel asked Bryan.

"That's not what I mean."

"And you just came home, only 3 days ago back to Indonesia." continued Bryan, actually he still misses Gisel very much, but hearing Gisel's words he was quite stunned.

"How else, I just obeyed grandfather's request." Gisel replied with a sad look.

"Grandfather?" bryan asked, Gisel just nodded his head.

"Don't you ever tell me that your grandparents are dead?" bryan said, making sure.

Gisel seemed to take a deep breath.

"The story is quite long, and even if I tell you you won't understand." replied Gisel.

"Hey, come on, we're friends, don't bother me." said Bryan.

Gisel smiled at Bryan.

"Bryan's.."

"Hm, what's wrong?" bryan asked Gisel who was currently seen looking at him.

"If one day I need your help, will you help me?" gisel asked, his face looking very serious.

"Of course, I'll help you." Bryan replied with great confidence.

"Even if you have to sacrifice your life?.I mean what if later I ask you to take me away from this place?" gisel said again.

Bryan seemed to stop washing his dishes, he fell silent, then a second later walked towards Gisel. Long ago Bryan looked into Gisel's eyes, even when these two eyes met, no one wanted to turn their faces away.

"Hey pretty girl, don't worry, whatever it is I'll try, even if I have to sacrifice my life, I'll keep doing it, I'll try to keep you safe." bryan said firmly while holding Gisel's hand.

"Thank you." said Gisel slowly.

"Ah sorry." said Bryan when he realized he had grasped Gisel's hand.

"It's okay." replied Gisel.

The atmosphere between them is now quite awkward, even they do not chat anymore, until finally Bryan decided to go home to his apartment, because the day was also late at night.

Bryan says goodbye to Gisel, then steps out of Gisel's apartment.

"What's this... Why did I say such words to her." maki Gisel told herself, she realized the stupidity she had done earlier.

"Aihh already, it's only him now who can still give me hope." continued Gisel again.

Either hope is what Gisel means, but at this time when viewed from his point of view, it is only Bryan who seems to care and worry about his situation.
