Part Nine (His Propose)

A week after the kidnapping. Everything's changing. Nicho happily handed himself over to the police station. The court had already sentenced him to 5 years in prison and 3 years for his uncle Aitken. But that's not the problem. Nicho's actions are bad for his company. The bad image became a rumor among investors. The company is threatened with bankruptcy.

Nicho and Enrique found a bright spot. Enrique apologized to Nicho after learning that his injuries were not the result of Nicho's performance. But as a result of her efforts in escaping.

He explained his feelings to Emma Nicho's sister. He could not hold his cry. Enrique is stunned to learn Emma died because of her actions.

But it's all over. Only Liza has not changed since she was taken to the hospital. He was still unconscious because of so much blood loss, the doctor said a little late would be bad for his survival. And Enrique is still loyal to be beside him even with circumstances that cannot be said to be good. Yep..Enrique will only come home to take a bath once. And just eat the jungfood he ordered. He did not want to leave Liza. He doesn't want to lose Liza again. Enough of that, he lost Liza.

"Enqrique.just go home darling. You are not okay now, take a rest. How if Liza wake up and look you like this? She will sad... (Enrique, come home, baby. You're not okay now, rest. What if Liza wakes up and sees you like this) Marissa squeezes her baby's shoulder. He was sad to see Enrique's condition as the undead. Marissa and Leon are so sad to see their child come back like this. Once upon a time when Marissa first saw the boy being taken by Leon to their house, the boy saw her with a pushy look. They are more like friends than father and son.

Marissa was so grateful to have a child who loved them so much. Enrique is a man who will put his parents first over anything. Maybe God replaced their son who died at birth first. Yes Marissa used to be so happy to be pregnant. But maybe God has not given him the fortune to care for a child, until his son who was born prematurely used to return to his side. Liza blinked her eyes. The first thing he saw was a white room that was so clean with chocolate funitur. In the corner of the room was an old man and woman chatting.

He looks around. There are only them? Where's Enrique? Where is he now? What the hell happened to him? So many questions in his mind. His stomach pain has diminished. But it still hurts.

"Excuses.me....Liza said slowly and intermittently. Her voice was hoarse.she needed a drink.

"Oh.my. Liza.." the woman got up from her seat immediately approached Liza.

"Hey..darling, you wake up?" (Hey...honey, are you awake?) The woman looked very happy to see him. The man she was talking to was following behind the woman.

"Do you need something?" (Do you need anything) The man asked gently to her. Who're they? Is he still in America? What the hell is going on.

"Water" was the only word he could say. He's very thirsty.

"Let me take you drink.( Let me get you a drink) Marissa took a glass of water from the refrigerator side dispenser and drank it to Liza.

Liza drank it to the last drop. (*Ad 😅)

"Thanks....Liza smiled sincerely.

"You're Welcome darling...Marissa smiled happily.

Liza circulated the view of the entire space.

"Do you look for Enrique?" (Are you looking for Enrique) The man asked with a smile.

"You know him?" (You know him?) Liza asked enthusiastically.

"Sure, he is my son" (Sure, he's my son) The man smiled broadly.

"Ohh my...you're Mr. Leon? And Mrs.Marissa?" (Ohh..you are lord Leon and mistress Marissa?).

Liza asked with a gaping mouth.

"Thats right darling...Enrique come back to home. He needs to take a rest...

Sorry". (Dear right, Enrique's coming home. He needs a break, sorry.) Marissa looks so sorry.

"It's ok Mrs.i am okkay" (It's okay madam.

"Just wait, maybe he will come.just take a minutes" (Just wait, maybe he'll come in a minute) Leon tried to cheer up.

Liza smiled gently. He never thought their meeting would be like this. He smiled blandly. Yes of course, he should have met them long ago right? The night he was kidnapped? Uhh... How's Nicho doing? What happened to him? Liza kept thinking.

Liza was stunned to see the presence of the man she so missed. It felt like he had missed her for too long.Without tears dripping from his eyes.

Enrique hurriedly approached.

Liza and Enrique stayed in the room.

"Are you hungry?" Enrique asked attentively.

"Yet..." Liza says hoarse.

"Do you need anything?" Enrique asked again.

"I want to pee?" Liza grinned.

"Can you help me?"

"of course...Enrique stood up and held Liza gently.

"You've lost a lot of weight." Mumbled Enrique sadly.

"really?" Liza asked with a smile. He remembered how he and Leya had tried to slim down. He did not expect to lose his weight. He felt his body weight drop far away.

"Do you like it?" Enrique asked as he watched Liza's smile.

"Ahh..of course not" Liza immediately shook her head.

"You have to eat a lot from now on princess" Enrique said.

"Siapp boss..." Liza raised her hand a sign of respect, laughing.

"Nahh.welcome to pee Princes." Enrique lowered Liza in front of the bathroom and the toilet in the style of the palace guards he invited Liza in. Liza could only shake her head while holding a smile at Enrique's behavior that she had always missed.

A few minutes later Liza came out. Enrique held Liza and laid her back in bed slowly.

"Keep well?" Enrique asked softly.

"Yes.now it's better" Liza smiled sweetly.

"Do you want to sleep?" Enrique asked while glancing at his watch. At 22:15 London time.

"Eumhhh doesn't seem to be". Liza shook her head.

"alright..Enrique smiled understandingly.

Enrique reached into the pocket of his shirt and pulled out a simple little gift box themed with a classic newspaper.

Liza gawked while accepting it with pleasure.

"Happy birthday Princess.even if it's been over a week, I hope you're happy to receive it.

"Enrique's....Liza was still shocked by Enrique's surprise. He forgot his Birthday. Sure oes. After everything he's been through. Could it be that he could remember such a trivial thing as a birthday? Just be right.

"Open Princess..." Enrique smiled at the happiness of the woman.

Liza opened it very slowly and was stunned to see the contents of the small gift.



A gold ring with beautiful diamonds adorns it. But that was not what kept him quiet for long.

But one sentence on the small paper read "Be my Wife" which left her stunned. Did Enrique propose to her?

Liza looked up her face and saw Enrinque's bead of eyes. Search answers.

"Will you marry me princess?". Enrique answered Liza's unspoken question with a question.

"Enrique's...Liza wanted to say something. But soon cut Enrique...

"Please Princess don't say reject for any reason. You know how much I've suffered losing you these two weeks. I don't know if I can live again if you can't be found". Enrique looked at Liza expectantly.

Liza fell silent. Yeah, why would he wait any longer? After everything he's been through. Is there any point in delaying marriage to Enrique? After that incident, he was very afraid of not being able to see Enrique. And now Enrique proposes back to him what is he waiting for?

Liza took a hard sip of her saliva.

"Alright Enrique, I'm willing to marry you" Liza said with a big smile.

Enrique immediately hugged Liza tightly.

"Thanks princess.I promise I'll never make you suffer in the least. I'll make you only know happy in our marriage" Enrique's determination.

"Yes...Enrique, but you are hurting me now" Liza said with a grimace.

"I'm sorry...Enrique immediately let go of her hug while grimacing along with feeling Liza's pain.

Liza smiled gently looking at Enrique's grimacing face as if feeling the pain of Liza.

Yes, I can live with this guy. It is enough love that unites us. Think Liza.
