Half the Fallen Angels

Half the Fallen Angels
Episode 33: Isla, the Incarnate Jin Nation

"YOU!, WHY DID YOU SEE MY LITTLE BROTHER???, WHEN HE DID NOT APPEAR."

("WHAT???. So, from the beginning of this little devil...!"), Devan had not finished bathing all of a sudden,

"Hey son of man, so from the beginning you can see our subtle form", said Eris with a heavy tone standing at Devan's side, her neck turning 90 degrees to Devan, her eyes bulging wide.

"And all this time, you've been pretending not to know" he added.

Devan was rather goosebumps seeing the way Eris behaved which was instantly different from before.

A moment later, the short man's demon stretched his hands forward, his fingers blooming sharply towards Devan's neck rather quickly.

"Aaaaaaaa.", cried the demon of the short man who was about to attack Devan.

Hearing that, Devan immediately swiftly brushed off the little devil's attack. He slapped the two hands of the devil with the back of his right wrist, then quickly turned the wrist so that his palm could catch one of the hands of the devil.

After that, Devan activated the magus in his right palm which was holding the back of the demon's right arm.

The short man's demon slowly became smelly, slowly he got sleepy, he knelt down, and finally he fell on the cloud.

Immediately after that, Isla the flying horse raised his front legs while neighing, Devan also immediately shook his soul and his eyes widened, because at that time he felt thousands of eyes were staring at him.

And when that was true, all the angels who were in the first heaven, were looking at the point where Devan was. But it was only for a moment, Devan's soul no longer trembled, the feeling of being stared at by thousands of eyes felt by Devan, had disappeared.

All the angels who were guarding in the first sky that night, ignored him.

Realizing that, Eris then slowly closed her eyes. He took a slow breath, and.....

"HIYAHAHAHA!", Eris laughed loudly, but because of her current form, her laughter actually made her look sweet, and her laughing voice did not look creepy.

Devan immediately jumped backwards to make a distance, as did Isla the flying horse, who also took a few steps back, but he did not approach Devan, nor did he approach Eris, he stood at another point between the two.

Devan looked at the astonished Eris, who suddenly laughed, her forehead shrinking.

"What a..... Though earlier I was worried that you are a human with high knowledge, HIYAHAHA.", said Eris while laughing loosely.

"It turns out that only angels fall and are cursed to be human. Unfortunately you, Devan", added Eris with a mischievous look but with a mocking smile.

"cursed you said?"

"Yeah. You were once a light, but now you are a walking ground, coming from the lowest place."

"What happened to the land?. Being a fire does not make you noble. Still you're insulted by insubordination."

("CIH!!!", annoyed Eris.)

"Hoy, Devan. Are you sure you are talking like that?", said Eris as she walked towards Devan.

"You know?. You are also an ungodly creature" said Eris kept walking.

Devan was about to jump back and keep his distance, but...

("Ha? Why with me.."), Devan tried to move his body back, but...

("I can't move!"), after just a step he took a step back.

"And that's why" said Eris, smiling wickedly.

"The guards (angels) of the sky tonight, no one will move to help you", he added as Eris brought her face closer to Devan, and her two sharp-blooming hands slowly headed to Devan's neck.

Suddenly....

"ZUUR!!", rippling winds came rushing at Eris, knowing Devan was no longer in front of her.

While Devan, know-how has been in the arms of a teenage girl, who was floating at a point in the sky while staring at Eris who was confused some distance below.

Devan looked at the girl carefully. His hair was brownish red, unravelling in the wind, as well as the bangs covering his forehead, but did not cover the taper horn that grew upwards in the middle of his forehead.

On top of his head, there also appeared to be something that stood taper like horns on both sides, but in fact it was not a horn, it was the ears of his horse that were located on both sides of his head.

Eris looked back and forth looking for Devan. A moment later, beside himself some distance away, a teenage girl was holding Devan in front of him with both arms as she floated in the air with her wide black wings.

The girl stared flat at herself with her black horse eyes. There was also a ponytail wagging behind the girl's waist.

The girl was dressed in black leather, which protected her upper body and arms, as well as pants up to half her calves. His legs, covered with an ancient eggplant to his ankles, with horse boots attached to his front.

And most strikingly, a black aura was emanating from all over his body.

"Who would have thought, the flying horse that had been led by his master, was now hovering and transformed into a girl to save his master.", said Eris loud to the girl.

"Master?. Nope. An acquaintance asked me to drop him off", replied the girl briefly.

"Oh...You mean, just because of the request of an acquaintance, you dare to go against me?. Maybe you don't understand, let me tell you, against me, just like you betrayed the Demon King lhooo."

"You....Isla?", asked Devan as he looked at the girl's face.

The flying horse incarnate girl just silently focused on looking at Eris flat without poking at the words of Eris and Devan.

"But, if you want to hand it back to me, I will forget about what happened this time, and will not tell the demon lord. In any case, we both share fire, which is why, I can give you my understanding. How?, o incarnate flying horse of the jinn?"

After a moment of silence, Isla spoke in response to the words of Eris.

"I don't care about that. And just so you know, I don't submit to the Demon King. I serve only one human King, the King of Wisdom, who understands all languages."

"Haaa?. Hiyahha!.... How foolish!, when the death of that man made your people free, but you....Hiyahoo!."

("Although, I must not underestimate him, because he said so, he must not be an ordinary genie, he has thousands of years of experience.")

Meanwhile, as Eris laughs, Isla starts talking to Devan,

"Hey man, I tell you unequivocally, none of us are equal to him, which means neither myself nor you are capable of defeating him, even if you use your full strength as you did when you dueled Zivan" Isla said without taking a flat look at Eris.

"You.... Are you not wrong with your judgment?"

"Haaa.", murmured Isla assented.

"His question before us now is no ordinary demon, he is.......
