Kania almost never stopped paying attention to this man before her. Only occasionally did Gerald occasionally run a glance at the monitor screen when he coincidentally glanced at her. All of the man's explanations can't be captured well, as Kania's mind is only preoccupied with one thing: being fascinated with Gerald.
However, at a certain moment, Kania looked at her drink bottle which was only placed on the table beside the laptop. There was discontent when he saw that thing had not even been touched since it was placed by Gerald there. While messaging from Salina, she had to make sure Gerald took it, and stay by the man's side to ensure that the drug's effects could react.
Salina did not tell anything about the drug in question, but Kania easily identified the type of drug only from its form.
So, Kania really understands what—calon— means in her father.
“Gerald, drink first?” bargain Kania, while taking the bottle of the drink, and intend to open it.
However, before he could do so, Gerald had already prevented him. The man immediately took the bottle, and put it back in its place.
“I can't waste more time just to drink a drink. I'll drink if I spare. You do not need to set-up when I want to drink.” Gerald retorted coldly, with his jaw firmly perfect.
The man continued his explanation again, barely glancing at Kania anymore. Ignoring whether the woman noticed it or not. Gerald just needs to do his job.
“Present, Kania?” ask Gerald, at the end of the explanation session. “Second week data has not yet entered you. I think the old employee forgot to send it. The data is complete and correct in me, according to the same in the map.” Gerald gave a brief conclusion, while standing up and closing his laptop.
When Gerald began to tidy up his laptop again into the briefcase, Kania looked a little panicked.
“You're drinking, sir? You must be tired abis explained this problem to me.” Kania tried another negotiation, expectantly.
Kania's smile slowly rose as Gerald stopped his movement for a bit. When Kania intends to give the man a bottle of drink, Gerald simply turns around to look at him in a threat.
“I don't like, people who are too pretentious know the same life of others.” Gerald gave the information in a low-pitched voice and was full of threats. “Remember it during my dealings. Understand, Kania?”
Kania nodded twice in a very slow motion, as she felt a goosebumping sensation as Gerald spoke her name with great emphasis.
After that, Gerald immediately changed his position: re-tidy up all his work equipment. Lastly, the doubtful-looking drink he took, was still brought home by Gerald.
Not caring about Kania's whereabouts, Gerald soon passes by the woman. Leaving his study, to go home as soon as he can.
To meet a woman named Hanna.
...🥀...
When he first arrived home, he sat in the steering wheel when he found Hana sweeping the yard without knowing where the man was.
Secretly Gerald noticed how the woman seemed to enjoy her current activities while listening to the music of Hanna's special— before she suddenly turned into another figure— to attract the corner of Gerald's lips formed a smile flimsy.
The young man was reluctant to get down at first from the car, in order to continue to pay attention to Hanna's figure until he felt bored, but the plan could not be realized when the girl suddenly glanced at him.
Gerald spontaneously turned his face the other way, knowing full well that Hanna would never be able to see him in the car.
However, it was indeed only Hanna who could make Gerald this lump, and give an exaggerated reaction in his body.
When Gerald was able to control himself and re-directed his gaze to the side yard of the house, the girl had dropped her broom carelessly, even kicking the trash shovel.
Gerald did not feel angry or even offended. Instead, the thin smile had now turned wider because it felt amused at the actions of adorable girls in a dark green dress and matching hijab.
As the object of his surveillance had already entered the house, Gerald finally got down from the car as well. After securing his car, Gerald brought with him a briefcase and a bottle of Kania-given drink into the house.
Gerald had no trouble finding the whereabouts of his wife after entering the house, because almost every time he intended to leave or go home to work, the girl would be in one place displaying a haughty and indifferent impression: the: on the sofa in the middle room.
The man just glanced over without saying anything. He went to the bathroom to take a shower and change his clothes, then took his laptop and drink to the living room.
In the middle of the stairs, the man noticed the bottle, and wondered why he had carried it anywhere? Gerald shook his head in wonder at himself, but continued on.
Without giving any cue, Gerald sat down beside Hanna, and took both of his legs to rest on the girl's thigh as a form of detention so that Hanna would not move from her current position. Gerald ignored the dislike of the girl, and was busy on the laptop that was on his lap.
“Gerald ...” Hanna called out in a voice full of emphasis. However, the man did not care at all.
When Hanna tried to lift both of the man's legs, Gerald suddenly looked at her sharply.
“Thanks to an inch of your thighs, equal to one kiss. Do it if you do not believe my words.” Gerald told me casually but full of threats.
Hanna immediately put on an angry face, but then .. the girl gulped.—it was obvious to Gerald that his wife was nervous too.
In the end Hanna could only exhale roughly while comparing her back on the sofa's back. It did not move from its place at all, until the call of the azan magrib was heard.
Gerald spontaneously lowered both of his legs, before Hanna asked. He acted like an ache, and stretched the muscles of the body, and the opportunity was used by Hanna to immediately escape from there.
Gerald, meanwhile, could only look at the girl's back until she disappeared from view. He quietly let out a long sigh, with a meaningful gaze toward the floor.
In the end, Gerald decided one thing.
It wasn't his job, but Gerald did want to do it: cook fried rice for two servings. After finishing putting two dishes of fried rice on the dining table, Gerald sat down while tapping his fingers on the table. Waiting for a while, when will Hanna finish her worship.
Minutes later, Gerald finally stood up. I went to the room to pick up the girl.
Just as Gerald was pushing the door open, a slight knock and screech could be heard from behind the door. He immediately put his head through the gap to check, and found Hanna walking backwards staggeringly while wiping her forehead.
Gerald discovered that the girl was hanging her face behind the door, so this little accident happened. After getting a lot of room to enter, Gerald immediately came to Hanna to check the condition of the woman.
However, as usual, Hanna stayed away. Gerald snorted amusedly at her, so the man had to abandon his mother's taste for a moment.
“I've never seen you eat, Hanna,” said Gerald as he grabbed Hanna's hand that was still free forcibly held gently. “No rejection. Eat with me tonight!”
“Ge—“
Gerald's arrogance is stronger and faster than Hanna's way of speaking. The girl could only resign when she was dragged half forcefully out of the room. Hanna was never allowed to protest or revolt during the trip, and was only released after being forcibly seated in one of the dining chairs.
Hanna tried to stand up, but Gerald immediately restrained his shoulders to return to his original position. Hanna's efforts were made several times, until Gerald gave her ultimatum.
“Before the food runs out, you are prohibited from leaving the dining chair and this room. Or—“
“Cium?” Hanna immediately cut with a defiant face, perfectly understanding her cousin's arbitrary rules.
“Well, smart!” praise Gerald with a sarcastic tone. “Now, sit, eat! No rejection!”
As before, the girl could not do any rebuttal. Because, Gerald knows very well what can make Hanna can not dwell, while the girl also does not know the weakness of her husband.
Hanna begins to eat lazily, before Gerald sits in her place. That was when, in the first bribe, the girl suddenly coughed loudly.
“P—pedas ...” Hanna stammered, because of the stinging heat in her mouth. He fanned his own lips that were opened because of the torment. “G—Gerald ..” He asked his cousin for help.
Gerald immediately panicked. He doesn't know that Hanna doesn't like spicy, so Gerald spontaneously gives Hanna a drink in a bottle to drink.
Hanna also did not protest anything when she accepted it. He straightened up the contents of the bottle greedily, almost without stopping, until Gerald glared frantically and pulled the bottle spontaneously.
“Jeez, I was about to throw this away.” Gerald immediately brought the bottle and half of its contents to the trash.
Gerald returned to his original place, while leaving his hair firmly—ful of regrets. He couldn't get rid of his suspicions after seeing how Kania forced Gerald to drink the drink, indicating something was wrong there. However, he always forgot to throw it in the trash, and was brought here. To be given to Hanna.
“I, don't like your cooking!” hanna said firmly. “I don't like spicy food.”
The girl stood up, and Gerald no longer dared to hold back. However, he still paused Hanna with a weak detention.
“You .. don't go anywhere. I am afraid ...” Something bad happened. However, that sentence could not be spoken by Gerald's lips. He just looked worriedly at Hanna.
As a result, Gerald is no longer able to prevent Hanna from dodging him. He could only stand confused, as Hanna was gone.
Gerald was shocked and anxious, unable to think clearly so he could only sit limply in Hanna's place. Deprecating his rash actions. Gerald rubbed his face and hair roughly full of regret.
Until the next few tens of minutes, the man suddenly flinched.
What if Hanna's in the room?
Gerald had to answer the question, and so ran to meet Hanna in the room. Too fast to spur the legs, until the man opened the room with a slight sigh of hunting.
Gerald's anxiety was indescribable when he found Hanna sitting on the floor barefoot in a cross-legged condition, but her body bent forward until her forehead rested on the cold tile.
Gerald stepped up limpidly and weakly. He was no longer just worried or worried. The man was completely frightened. He continued walking, with eyes looking at Hanna's back because she didn't move at all in her position.
Gerald ... was very scared.
The man even held his breath as he was already standing behind Hanna. He intended to extend his trembling hand towards the girl, in order to check her condition. However, his movements were so weak and difficult.
“H—Hanna ...” Gerald could only call out loud, with a voice that was too bright—a call that he believed came from his heart directly. The man's voice even only resembled a weak whisper.
However, Gerald suddenly gasped in place when he saw Hanna move. He intends to bend over to help the girl stand up while checking her condition, but Gerald is defeated quickly by Hanna's movements.
The girl had already turned around, and changed her position into a lesehan on the floor. He held on to Gerald's legs, and looked at the man with a different view than usual: visibly tormented and helpless.
“Gerald ... plis ...” Hanna pleaded with a voice that sounded frustrated. He stared at his cousin. “Touch me ....”
