Apparently, no one wants to start a conversation first in the car. Each focused on his own activities: Gerald with his focus on the streets in full. While Hanna could not distract from the ring that was pinned right in her fingers.
The various questions that Hanna was about to say to Gerald, could only be held in her mouth without being able to say. The woman occasionally glanced at Gerald with her mouth half-open. However, no sound was successfully issued. The confused woman starts a conversation after what Gerald saw earlier: the closeness of Hanna and Rayhan.
Although Gerald did not say anything, Hanna knew for herself from the cold quadratic attitude of the husband, this man was obviously angry. There is no courage to speak.
Hanna chose to duck deeper, to pay attention to her ring again. He silently smiled, without Gerald noticing. He was most shocked because Gerald could find out the size of his fingers very well.
“So, you still want to deal with your boss?” gerald asked, breaking the silence. “Obviously, he offered you personally for delivery. That's impossible, unless he has the same taste as you.”
“Gerald, don't overdo it. I waited by the side of the road for a long time, so he might be worried and worried about me. So take home. The others have already left earlier, the rest of me doang.”
“You've been waiting how many hours, huh?” reply Gerald cynically. “This is not yet, Hanna. Not late at night. There is no state of urgency that requires him to be obliged to make anther you go home.”
“Gerald, anther someone does not need a state of urgency. Just need a sense of humanity aja.”
“So, you want to go up to every car that nawarin you go home so?”
“Ya, not also.” Hanna responded more forcefully this time. He felt cornered by every question Gerald asked. “Lagian, I also did not accept Rayhan's offer. I still want to reject him, when you suddenly appear, and .. give me the ring.”
“Never loose that ring!” pinta Gerald firmly. “You almost never heard what I said, but whatever. Just for the ring, don't ... ever come off! This is a strong warning for you, Hanna!”
The girl was silent. He looked down very deep. Dare not answer.
“Btw,” said Gerald in a low voice that made the atmosphere tense a moment ago, now it starts to calm down. “You fit the same ring?”
Hanna glanced at her ring. He then nodded enthusiastically, because this had indeed become his question since the pairing of this ring.
“Iya, pass.” Hanna clarified her answer. “Kok can? So, when do you buy this?”
“Yesterday, fitting in mall. You to the bathroom.” Gerald replied calmly. “Thank God, if it's right. You select it just because of feeling doang.”
“This, really fitting.” Hanna is secretly moved by Gerald's every kindness towards her. He looked at the man with sadness, while taking out one word sourced directly from his heart, “Makasih, Mas.”
...🥀...
Hanna was awakened by the thirst that plagued her. He had moved to check the current clock, but immediately stopped stiff when he found a body figure sitting behind him. Hanna maintained her sleeping position while paying attention to what the man was doing.
However, Hanna could not see clearly because Gerald's position was completely behind her. The woman had no other choice but to remain in her current sleeping position, cursing ostensibly, by allowing a slight gap between her eyelashes to peek at the man's activities.
After a few minutes, Hanna finds Gerald already turning his body. He was seen turning off a cell phone, then putting it on the nightstand.
Hanna felt very curious, what important business did that man do in the middle of the night? A job? Seems not. Because Gerald still looks relaxed moving.
Hanna couldn't wait to check the phone that Gerald had just placed, but the man had not yet moved from his seat. So, Hanna tried to pretend to close the meeting, while waiting for her mattress to move.
After it happened: hanna's bed moved, the woman tried to open her eyes to peek. However, he froze at once when he found Gerald's face right in front of him, and a warm, springy feeling touched his forehead.
Hanna's forehead had just been softly snorted.
The girl really didn't move—even just to breathe—until Gerald stepped out from before her. The man had already changed position, to the side of Hanna to lie on his back.
Only then, Hanna could catch her breath slowly. He still did not dare to move, until a few minutes later, Hanna listened to the sound of Gerald's breathing very regularly. The man was already perfectly asleep. So that Hanna can start moving.
The woman was half awake, checking a cell phone lying on the nightstand. He peeked at Gerald first, made sure the man had slept perfectly, then started turning on the phone.
Hanna was worried, thinking that what she was doing was wrong. However, the girl could not help but be curious, worried, as well as a little jealous.
Why Gerald plays his phone in the middle of the night, if not doing something in secret.
So, obviously, Hanna could not help her anxiety.
He turned on the phone. His desire to unlock the screen instantly came to a halt when he found a wallpaper with a silhouette of the mosque in the twilight.
Hanna shakes her head, confused.
This is .. Hanna's own phone.

“Gladys still meet often?” gerald asked as he was wearing his tie, and Hanna was busy sorting out the clothes in the closet.
Hanna looked at Gerald for a moment. His lips thinned in annoyance, as Gerald knew all the messages on his phone, so knowing that Gladys would often take him out.
“Iya.” Hanna answered briefly, to the point. He continued his activities looking for clothes to wear today.
“Never see her.” Gerald gave a similar ultimatum as before, sparking Hanna's curiosity even higher. “You have nothing to do with him. Plus, because of the education gap between the two of you, I'm afraid you don't understand the same discussion that Gladys will talk about. So, no need.”
Hanna was convinced, it was not the issue of the education gap that made this man very firmly bring himself and Gladys together.
The girl did not answer every word Gerald said. He took the dresser from the closet, then went into the bathroom to change clothes.
“Hanna, are you listening to me?” gerald asked, after he finished putting on his tie. He did not turn his head at all, only glancing at Hanna's reflection through the mirror.
“Yes. I'm denger.” Hanna answered honestly. He did listen to all of Gerald's instructions.
However, Hanna had no intention of obeying him. The girl chose to follow her curiosity.
