Sky...

I just found out that Bery's a lot more chatty than I thought. And look, only a day I worked in his office, his level of familiarity has reached the maximum level. I was dizzy enough to hear him ask me about this, to use the event maksa all, even he threatened to tell people that we were dating. Crazy people really!

He acts as if the person who knows me only a day, even though I believe he has already died with my nature different from others. Everyone except my family said I wasn't normal and I didn't care about it, I also actually hope Bery thinks that I'm an abnormal person so he doesn't have to force me to behave like a normal person in general.

One more thing, if he doesn't say my name, he calls me, "Daddy..."

When did I become his sister?

He was Nindi's best friend so he could call me like Nindi's sister. Even though she was 3 years older than me, but I felt that I had no obligation to call her big brother like sister Nindi. Bery's too spoiled for me to call brother. Why do I say he's spoiled? How not, every time I meet umi or sister Nindi, I can make sure she will whine for a hug. If sister Nindi, whining her usually because of asking for money or there is a desire to be fulfilled, the Bery is different, she likes to whine to be hugged. Fortunately the request is only the same umi and sister Nindi doang, it is not funny if you ask for a hug the same as me, let alone abi. I'm just terrified myself.

Well, like this morning. From earlier I noticed he was sticky near the umi who was preparing the breakfast menu, even if the position of the umi again was not near the stove, surely the Beri-beri likes to steal the hug. And his close-knit snobs were crumbling again when I started taking my breakfast. Sultry!

"Eh, there's Bery, abi I think is still in the room, remember also coming home!" Say abi when entering the dining room and then pull a chair for him to sit on.

"What the hell is that talking about? Abi knows for myself that I've been busy the last few months." Bery seemed to be singing his lips did not seem to accept with abi's previous words.

"What projects are already running?" ask abi.

"Here you go, let's have breakfast first, umi don't like the work brought to the dining table." Sela Umi mediates, if not stopped quickly, can be 7 days and 7 nights not finished - finished discussion between abi and Bery if the topic of conversation has entered the theme of work.

Abi and Bery look mediocre and throw each other a smile to see the reaction of Umi who always does not like the habit of discussing work with Bery. Want how else, it looks like abi is very comfortable and continues to discuss work with him compared to me. It's not that I don't care and lazy to know, I'm just lazy to talk a lot let alone just talk.

I finished my breakfast quickly and then immediately passed to my room to get ready to go to the office.

Initially, I intended to linger with Umi Aida. Unfortunately I got word that this morning there will be one client who wants to meet me at the office. A little disappointed, but this is what the job demands, I have to be professional, not only myself who hangs my life in my company, there are some heads whose families also depend on the sustainability of my company.

When I came out of the room, I saw Sky also just came out of his room. He looks so different today, I don't know where he is, just he looks more mature and cool.

Sky looked at me sharply, it seemed like he was uncomfortable to find my gaze that had been stunned by it since. He just snorted violently then walked past me and ran small down the stairs.

"Sky, wait!!!" Sky stopped and turned to look at me. "I'm coming with you, yeah, going to the office, right?"

Sky nodded and continued his steps towards the garage.

We finally say goodbye to Umi Aida who is watering plants in the yard and also to abi who is taking the time to help the umi make planting media for some chili seeds that are ready to be included into the polybag.

Feeling Sky couldn't possibly invite me to chat and even if I did not get the response I expected, I chose to take the phone in my handbag and open the email application. I'm worried about a job I missed because I haven't checked my email since last night.

My office building is not too big and only has 2 floors. Of course I don't need a big building to run this Bureau of Architecture company of mine because the number of employees I work with isn't much. Some of my work partners in creating image designs also work more from home. So in this building there are 3 meeting rooms because we often gather when there is a meeting to discuss the continuation of the project held by each person in charge and team members of the project who are tackled.

This time I will again involve Sky in a meeting with one of the important clients from the Middle East. He is a big entrepreneur in the hospitality field. His hotels are scattered in various countries. I heard this time he's going to invest in an ambitious project in my opinion, how not, this time he wanted to make a hotel underwater in the waters of the Maldives and he was interested in using my services to move his big idea into a picture.

If a deal happens, it will be my first experience designing a building that soars underwater. The challenge is of course different, but it also spurs my adrenaline to see how far I and my partners are able to work.

"Sky, come with me to meet with Mr.Abdullah in meeting room 1 later. I'll introduce you as my assistant, so you can be actively involved in the meeting." I said to Sky as we walked towards my study.

"But..."

"There's no but-but. Anyway you should come." I said firmly not wanting to hear Sky make excuses.

I will not be so soft on him even though he is my best friend's brother, Sky is here because of the entrusted abi Hasan so that I can make him a successful person in the future. The time here is only 3 months, very short in my opinion, so I will force Sky to bring out all the potential he has so far. I know he's a smart kid, just that not many realize it because he never showed it, even impressed he looked like an idiot.

And sure enough, my feeling didn't miss. Sky's a smart kid, arguably, my success getting the project because of Sky's genius. He managed to convince Mr.Abdulllah with the idea of underwater buildings that are resistant and strong to earthquakes with a magnitude of 8SR. His exposure to his ideas and his ability to answer all of Mr. Abdullah's questions allowed me to only look at him in amazement. He looked like a very skilled person and mastered the intricacies of building structures under the sea water.

The meeting which was originally only made as an exploration conducted by Mr.Abdullah finally succeeded in becoming a deal that would be very profitable for us. The meeting should have been made documentation in the form of a video, too bad I did not think about it at the beginning. Looking at Sky who spoke a lot with firm and convincing intonation, there was no awkwardness or hesitation in every word he said.

"Sky, you're such a special kid!" My inner.

After the meeting was over, I took Sky to all the office rooms to introduce him to all the staff and employees in my office. Without a doubt I introduced him as my assistant. I'm so happy today, it feels like my happiness levels have increased 10-fold because of Sky.

"Mom, why an assistant?" Sky protest when we got to my room.

"Why? Don't like? If you mind being introduced as my assistant, I'll introduce you sometime as my girlfriend. How's it? That's what you want?" I said with a mocking smile to him.

Sky did not answer him, I heard he just sighed violently then drowned himself in front of the computer. I was also lazy to disturb him. I don't want to spoil his mood and I don't want to ruin the vibe Sky presented today.

I'm sure, I'm not wrong in giving her complete trust. He has tremendous potential, it only takes a lot of flying hours so I can make sure he can exceed the success of Abi Hasan in the future.
