A week had passed, Bery and Sky were really very busy with their respective work affairs. Even Bery almost every day to visit the project site but not accompanied by Sky because of his busyness on campus also in the office.

They both agreed not to publish their relationship for a while, in addition to wanting to enjoy the sensation of dating backstreet taste, Bery also felt it was not time for office people to know their relationship, and they also felt that, moreover, Sky's status was that of an apprentice student who happened to be one room with him. As for Bery, he was still caught up in his insecurities and his fear of being dumped again. He was really afraid of being left behind after he handed everything to Sky.

Although Sky has said his feelings several times and showed it with real action, but Bery is still surrounded by deep doubts.

Bery was afraid, Sky was only curious about him considering Sky had never been in a close relationship with any girl even seemed to avoid being close to women, too, so it's natural for him to keep a little question about Sky's motive for accepting her and marrying her.

Sky young men are handsome and intelligent, of course many women are queuing to get it.

Bery did not want to dissolve in his mind that began to branch everywhere, finally he decided to focus on completing the design that was in his hands at this time.

After hours of drawing various lines on the tracing paper, Bery stretched both his hands up, and, relax all his muscles and then walk towards the mini kitchen in his room to make a cup of coffee. Unknowingly he instead chose to sit in the Sky chair to enjoy the coffee made.

Bery's hand went through some of Sky's neatly arranged objects on his desk. There was a speck of loss in his heart because he was used to seeing Sky here and it had been a week that Sky was very rare to be here.

His phone stopped his activity at the Sky table. He rushed to his own desk to answer his phone.

"Assalamu'alaikum, Vi."

"Wa'alaikum salam, sorry Ber, just got in touch with you. I'm looking for you but you said, you're back in Jakarta."

"Yes, Vi. I wasn't there long. Pity my job if it's too long left. So, how are you?" Ask Bery.

"Alhamdulillah good. Oh well, I am now in Jakarta taking part in a national seminar for the next 3 days. You got no time for a meet-up on the sidelines of my free time?" Vivian asked expectantly.

"Mmmm..." Bery thought for a moment to remember his solid agenda, but he also felt bad if he ignored his old friend. "I check my schedule firstwell, you just send me your address and free time, let me adjust to my schedule." Bery finally said.

"OK.oke.I'll wait for the info as soon as possible." Vivian sounded excited and happy.

"Yes, God willing, I will tell you later, which is obviously not today because there are some agenda that I can not leave."

"Okay, thanks yeah, Ber.. Assalamu'alaikum."

"Wa'alaikum salutations."

Bery leaned his body on the back of his great chair, for a moment he pondered.

Meeting the past is actually the thing Bery avoided. Especially if considering his meeting with Rio the other day, it was very impromptu for him. There is a fear of meeting Vivian, however she knows very well Vivian once put more feelings on Rio. Really Bery has been very lazy to relate to anything that concerns Rio.

But on the other hand, Bery also couldn't just ignore Vivian. Vivian looks very eager to meet him, I don't know what he wants to say. A little bit of sadness enveloped his heart, but he tried to tepis. It is not good to be prejudiced against others, vigilant is important, but prioritizing the principle of presumption of innocence is more important.

Sky went into his room and had not found Bery there. This is the home life they have lived since returning to Jakarta. Interaction between them decreased drastically due to the busyness of each. But only this time Bery came home late, usually Sky went home and Bery was asleep.

Yesterday, Bery asked for permission to meet with his old friend at one of the hotels not too far from Bery's office. Sky could not prevent it but could not also accompany him because Sky had activities in his brother's office, and also Bery strongly rejected Sky's offer to pick him up.

But whatever it is, Sky can only resign. Bery is a free woman who cannot be restrained even though she has been tied with the strongest bond. Sky's current weapon was simply patience, patience and prayer, hoping that someday Bery would let him in and stay in his heart.

Sky then cleaned his body and went downstairs looking for something to prop up his stomach. The day at the office made him forget to touch the food.

"Sky, have you eaten baby?"

Suddenly Umi Aida came to greet him which made him a little shocked because the house was already very quiet now.

"Yes, umi.this is just about to grab some food." Sky answered and opened the hood on the dining table.

"Work is work, Sky. Don't get sick." Omel Umi Aida sat down to accompany her beloved son to dinner.

"Yes, dear Umi, Sky will do it."

"Bery hasn't come home yet? Imi hasn't seen him." Ask umi diverts.

"Not yet umi, it looks like he is still with his friend, yesterday he had asked permission anyway." Sky looked relaxed.

"Why don't you pick up? Poor wife you drove late at night like this."

"I've been offered from yesterday Umi, but she refused hard. He said it's a girl's business so I'm forbidden to come." Sky's words slightly showed his sour face recalling Bery's refusal to offer to pick him up.

"The boy is so stubborn!" Umi Aida muttered but could still be heard by Sky.

"I'll call umi later, if I'm still going to pick her up." Sky does not want to make uminya mind especially to blame Bery.

"Yes, finish your meal quickly and call your wife." Tell Aida before moving back to her bedroom.

Rush Sky tidied up the rest of the food and washed the dishes he was wearing earlier and rushed up to his room to call Bery.

But only 3 steps up his legs, the sound of a car entering the garage.

Sky turned around to make sure who was coming, it could be Bery or it could be Hasan's abi.

Sure enough, it was Bery. Sky immediately opened the door and welcomed Bery into the house.

I saw my face and swollen eyes hanging there. Regardless of Sky's presence at the door, Bery continued walking and accelerated his pace towards their room.

Sky did not stay silent and chased after Bery. Unfortunately, Bery went straight into the bathroom and locked it from the inside.

"Tock.tok.tok.."

"Ber... Why are you? Open the door, Ber? You why?"

Sky panicked and tried to bang on the door, although from the inside there was a sound of water gurgling but Sky can make sure that inside also heard the soft sound of Bery's cry.

Sky doesn't know what's going on, but Bery isn't okay right now. He can't let Bery stay inside, he thinks of giving Bery a few minutes to himself, but if Bery doesn't open the door, he'll break it down. His determination!
