Chapter 15 - Just a Dream

Takashi was certainly very surprised by Hana's statement. How could he be the cause of the girl's growing belly?

"Originally you know. I'm not the only girl you make like this. Look behind you!" hana said as she pointed her index finger towards the back of Takashi.

Hana's words certainly made Takashi look directly back. His pupils dilated when he saw that there were many women running over. Among them were also a few small children.

"Damn! Wh-who are they all?" Takashi. He slowly stepped back. Accidentally hit Hana.

"Me and them are your wives and children. You are the last man on earth. We do this because we don't want humans to go extinct" Hana said.

"It's crazy!" Takashi scared. He ran as fast as he could. Leaving the girls chasing after him. Including Hana.

Takashi kept running. Unexpectedly, his feet tripped. He fell down. While some girls have managed to get close. They're swarming Takashi.

"Dad, let's play!" exclaims a child while pulling Takashi's arm.

"Darling, I'm going to give birth soon. We have to prepare a lot of things" said the woman who also held Takashi's arm.

"Sway you! I'm a nobody!" tekik Takashi while trying to escape the restraints of many people.

Being surrounded, Takashi could only cover his ears and eyes. That's when he woke up.

Takashi immediately stroked his chest when he realized that what he was experiencing was just a dream. The man immediately changed his position to sit. Takashi rubbed his face rough repeatedly. He tried to calm himself.

"It would be crazy if I was the only man left. I need to find another man as soon as possible." Takashi. Next, he stayed awake. Takashi can't sleep because of the nightmares that have befallen him.

Takashi turned on the stove. He wanted to boil some water in order to brew tea that happened to be in the kitchen.

From behind the bedroom door, Yuki appeared. He walked up to Takashi. The man looked dreamy while leaning his hips into the sink. Takashi's gaze was directed out the window.

"Is it not clear that I am not sleeping?" takashi Response.

"sorry. Was it all because of Nana and Sakura's quarrel?"

Takashi. "I just had a bad dream" he answered.

"About?" Yuki demanded an answer.

"I dreamed that I was the last man on earth."

"What do you see? Not a big disaster, is it?" Yuki was worried.

"Eitherway. Maybe you could say so. I saw so many pregnant women and children coming to me." Takashi shuddered in horror.

Yuki chuckles. "Woman pregnant? I think that's a good sign. Parents said, dreaming about pregnant women is good luck" he said.

"Do you still believe in such a thing?" Takashi was skeptical of Yuki's words.

"Little bit. What's wrong with believing some of the things our ancestors told us." Yuki walked closer to Takashi. Then put a scarf on the man's neck.

"I got it in the closet. I think this fits you very well," Yuki said. He smoothed a scarf around Takashi's neck.

"thank you. But you should have worn it for yourself" Takashi said.

"You are the leader here. As the people who follow you, me and my friends will try to take care of you." Yuki looked up to look at Takashi. The man's body was indeed taller by a few inches.

Takashi returned Yuki's gaze. The two exchanged looks in a moment. But it did not last long, because the sound of the teapot suddenly sounded. Indicates that the water has boiled.
