Episode 278 - Rain
"Felix, how am I supposed to prove to you that I really didn't do that dirty thing?. Will you never trust me again forever?. Is our marriage just a dream?". Berli was still in a frenzy. He never stopped staring at the sweet memories he had made with Felix.
"Felix, right now you're the only one I've got. I don't have a family, then.. My dream of building a family with you is now gone". Berli said desperately.
While there, Felix also felt the same feeling. The more he tried to hate Berli, the more he remembered the sweet memories he had with him.
"How's the end of all this?. Where will this life take me". Felix ruffled his hair, in complete frustration.

"I have to find a way. I have to get strong evidence that we're being slandered. I'm sure someone has been faking this vile thing". David Mumbled. He has a plan to solve this problem.

"You know?. The witch seemed to be planning something". Said his brother to his sister.
"What is that, brother?".
"He did a very low and disgusting thing. He slandered a woman who became his future son-in-law"
"The woman is endless. If he has not disappeared from this world, then he will continue to do evil".
"You're right"
"We'll pay it back. At once"
"You mean, brother?"
The older brother smirked "We'll see"

Morning began to say hello, again Berli build up the spirit to return to work. Mood should not affect his responsibilities at work.
"It's okay, maybe it's just a test before the wedding. I'm sure someday we'll be back together, and happy. I must be strong, and I must not give up". Berli encouraged himself through the reflection of the mirror. He was dressed in the uniform he always wore. He was about to go to work.
Back his feelings rippled, when remembering the events first. Felix was always waiting for him every morning, they even had breakfast together. He looked at the empty table and chair. Everything was like a dream, just gone.
Berli let out a heavy sigh, and smiled.
He walked to the end of the road, to take public transport. However, a meeting took place.
"Within?".
"Mom Yuni?".
As soon as Bu Yuni hugged Berli, she felt guilty for what her daughter said yesterday.
Berli was slightly astonished by Bu Yuni's attitude. But he thought normally, he returned the hug.
"Son, are you going to work?". Bu Yuni said affectionately.
"Yes. I'm going to work. Oh yeah, where's Mom from?. It's a coincidence that we met here". Reply Berli sumringah, as if there is no burden on his heart.
"I just got back from the market. Want to go alone?"
Berli smiled faintly. "Yes, I'm going alone".
Bu Yuni tried to find out, he could not say directly that his daughter was trying to damage their relationship. "Son, where's your lover?. Aren't you always with her?"
"Oh yeah. He left early. He had to work late so we went alone. But no problem, I can still go by public transport".
"Son, take good care of yourself. Hope all your business is good"
"Aamiinu. Thank you very much ma'am. Oh yes, say my regards to Mr. Yudi and Lathesia yes."
"Alright sweetheart". Bu Yuni nodded.
'Thank God Felix and Berli's relationship is fine'. Bu Yuni.

After completing his conversation with Bu Yuni, Berli immediately boarded a public transportation that would deliver his work. Good luck still sided with Berli, because when he had just sat on public transport, it was raining.
"Thank God, I'm here. Otherwise, my clothes would definitely be soaked". Berli.
Roads were jammed, as flooding began to hit several points. He was worried that it would be too late to come.
"Sir, is the traffic still long?". Berli said to the transport driver. He's starting to fret.
"Yes. It looks like it's still long because there are some flooded streets". Reply driver.
"Hufft. Looks like I'll be late". Berli.
Finally the car could advance slowly, the traffic jam had started to unravel. But one obstacle happened again. The transport car that Berli was riding, broke down.
"Geez, the car broke down". Said the driver.
Berli started to fret, yet he immediately took a thousand steps.
"Sir, I'll just get off here. It's fare". Berli rushed down to look for another transport. It was still raining outside and he had no umbrella or jacket.
"May I not be late". Berli. He circulated his gaze around to look for another transport car. Her clothes began to get soaked.
After waiting for a few minutes, Berli did not find a transport car at all. Since then, it has only been a private car.
Berli hugged his body which was starting to get cold. "Geez, the rain is getting heavier. I haven't gotten any shuttles at all".
Traffic has returned smoothly, but the transportation has not yet appeared.
Who would have thought, someone passed by but did not care about Berli at all.
"Felixes". Berli. He hoped Felix would invite him, but Felix just passed by regardless of Berli who had been in the rain since.
From a distance, Felix already knew Berli's whereabouts. But again, the ego manages to defeat him. He couldn't take Berli with him. He was already disappointed. He tried to assume Berli had never existed in his life.
"I'm sorry, I can't. Maybe right now you need that guy more than I do". Felix muttered while driving his car. He increased the speed of his car.
Berli stared at Felix's car that just passed by. Berli understands that.
'Am I a stranger to you, Felix?'. Inner Berli.
He wiped away the tears that had escaped.
Finally, not long after the train came. Berli directly climbed it. Of course, in a drenched state, he still had to go to work.
