Ch. 112 —Leo Vs Jahoel

Yuri rushed over to Takumi's place, she had drunk some high-level recovery potions and healed the wound on her right hand. Even so he did not have any potions that recovered physical exertion so fatigue still rested on him.

“Stay fine, Takumi!”

His life had not disappeared and was still dim, instead of fine because it was no time for rest. Yuri moved as quickly as possible as there were two figures approaching her. He worries if it's an enemy and will kill Takumi.

He goes through a field that is badly destroyed due to the great battle between Takumi and Samael. Yuri was unable to imagine how brutal the confrontation of the two was. When compared to his fight with Seraphiel, the damage caused was not much.

The more devastated the battlefield was, the more visible it was how much power it used. Yuri didn't expect Takumi to go up against such a strong person. Still being able to live after fighting such a strong person was the greatest virtue Takumi possessed.

Yuri finds Takumi lying weakly at the bottom of a large crater formed due to his second fight. He rushed there in a hurry.

“Takumi!”

As Yuri headed towards her, she found two golden and blue lights clashing against each other while approaching towards them. At first glance Yuri was able to see Leo who confronted the Seraphim named Jahoel.

The movement is so fast that Yuri is unable to really follow him but even so he realizes that Jahoel's goal is Takumi.

“I have to be fast-!” Yuri said and started running, she managed to reach Takumi's place but at that very moment Jahoel appeared with a raised large sword.

“Last you!” Jahoel shouted loudly and intended to kill Yuri as well as Takumi at the same time.

“As long as I live it won't happen!” The other voice interrupted and Leo appeared with his two swords, he held back Jahoel's great sword.

Yuri immediately grabbed Takumi's body and moved away from his attack range. Leo and Jahoel kept each other at a distance, Jahoel just clucked in annoyance at having failed with his goal.

“Thank you, Leo.”

“Let's go, for now please give this to Takumi. I don't know what it is but Dad gave it to me, it might help!”

Yuri catches an object thrown by Leo and is surprised by what he gets. He did not expect that there was still a part left of the Phoenix.

“Phoenix Tear .. I think this thing is no longer left.”

Phoenix Tear was extremely valuable because it had an enormous recovery ability, although not as great as the Blood of Phoenix capable of bringing people to life but for Takumi the current Phoenix Tear was enough.

It may not be fully recovered but at least Takumi's life can be saved. Yuri starts crying and wants to use it but then she thinks of Leo.

“You sure you want to give this, Leo? Phoenix Tear is too valuable to hand over.”

If there is a situation where Leo is seriously injured then there is a chance he has regretted the choice of giving Phoenix Tear. The end of this one potion is already impossible to make again if the presence of the Phoenix has disappeared from this world.

After all Takumi probably won't forgive himself if something happens to Leo. He was such a person, even when Rigel was pronounced dead in the past, Takumi felt responsible for his death and began to wander.

Leo had already considered it, Jahoel's movements were so dangerous that he didn't have the time to be careless to use potions. If something happens then it is very clear Leo cannot use it and it is better to hand it over for Takumi to use.

Therefore please use without hesitation.” Leo slightly turned around and smiled briefly because Jahoel could have attacked without him noticing, “I will protect you from him!”

Leo pulled the Kusanagi that he had planted on the ground earlier and faced Jahoel who was happy to wait.

“You're a bitch, kid. I don't know how you grew up but frankly I say, your talent is too great that many want your life.” Jahoel takes the envy to Leo.

Yuri did not want to linger and lured the Phoenix Tear to Takumi. His body slowly let out a light and every wound on his body slowly closed and recovered. It was unexpected that the Phoenix Tear was more efficacious than expected. Although Takumi's hand did not grow back but his life no longer dimmed and increasingly lit up.

“Thank you ... Leo!” Yuri started crying as she carried Takumi into her arms.

Leo who bit his lips a little sad just nodded. Seeing the scene makes Leo envious because he never felt a hug from his parents. Even so, after this war is over Leo has hope that Rigel will actually admit it.

For that purpose I will not die here, I will prove to the world that I am worthy to be his adopted son. Her thought.

Leo lowered his head until his face stuck to the ground and slammed his two swords into the ground firmly. The dust complains around him so that Jahoel does not see Leo.

“Susano'o!” Leo appeared with the Kusanagi sword which gave off light and formed a large sword.

Jahoel was surprised and held him back but because he wasn't really ready he crashed back far enough. He then felt something approaching, Jahoel held him back but it was just a stone. When he lowered his guard, Kusanagi's sword was thrown by Leo and stuck right on Jahoel's shoulder.

“Buck jerk-!” He intended to release it but the sword began to issue a curse so Jahoel had trouble doing it.

“Take it to be that easy-!” Kusanagi's sword gave off a strong flow of electricity so that Jahoel felt weak and had difficulty moving.

“Death, damn boy! Heavenly Wing!” Jahoel's wings enveloped his body and immediately shot out sharp feathers.

Leo whirled and stroked the sword blade of his Hero, “Tsukoyomi ..”

His sword gave off a blue glow and before long Leo's body split into several forms. Jahoel was surprised because the high angel seemed to be exposed to an illusion that should be impossible.

Leo who splits into eight utters a sentence of provocation, “Seraphim is not as great as it says.”
