Hero Creator: The Last Hero

Hero Creator: The Last Hero
Ch. 79 — End of the Western Block Fight

“Be careful when shooting, try not to hit the Hero! The witches alternately provide healing support to the Hero, as well as interference to the sound!” Regulus shouted as he tried to punch a hole in the wings of the Kalkydras.

“Ya!”

With him already wary of Adamantite bullets capable of inflicting injuries, it was definitely not an easy matter to injure him with the same attack a second time.

Regulus stared at Petra who desperately urged Kalkydras not to blow his trumpet. No one would be foolish enough to let him do something that might endanger this entire battlefield.

Instead of letting such a big risk happen, they need to try desperately to avoid it. It was for this reason that encouraged all Legion soldiers not to surrender or stop.

“Do not slack! As soon as this war is over, the biggest party of the century, I promise to be executed!” Regulus yells happily to support the morale of the fighters.

“Hahah! I hope you prepare a lot of wine for that, Your Majesty!” A soldier shouted out loudly.

“Heh! With a united world there will be no such thing as a lack of wine!”

The soldiers started smiling and looking forward to it, they promised themselves not to die. Even if death approaches, as Rigel says, face it with a loud laugh.

In the main fight, Petra ran fast towards Kalkydras. Their clash happened so fast that it did not give the shooters time to disturb the Kalkydras, they waited until the time where the Kalkydras stopped moving.

“Women sucks, troublesome lowly humans!” Kalkydras clucked in annoyance while dodging the barrage of attacks from Petra.

Without ever letting it blow the trumpet, humans are indeed the most troublesome when it comes to embracing each other. Although he had deployed Armageddon to interfere, but they were useless.

“Curse Series — Envy!” Petra flicked his fan and created dozens of blades then threw them quickly.

He returned to chase after the Kalkydras, attacking mercilessly despite the pain hitting his entire body. With the help of his series of curses, common sense no longer existed and the unthinkable only attacked wildly without caring anything.

“Everything will be over if it gives it a chance to attack!”

Just by singing alone was able to make everyone not wince, even the demon army was helpless before the power. There is no way to overcome it, clogging the ears as much as anything will not have a big impact because in fact the sound is still able to penetrate it.

“MERCOTCH!” Kalkydras shouted and sent out sound waves.

Petra, who blew away her body with the wind, had lost consciousness with a whitened eye, but her consciousness had only been lost for less than five seconds. Petra opened her eyes again, biting her lips she spun like a top.

Kalkydras created a barrier and managed to hold it back, immediately his hand fell down firmly thus injuring Petra's slender waist. One strike was able to blow Petra a few meters and give a short pause to catch his breath.

“Fuck man, must die—” Kalkydras takes his breath and intends to blow the trumpet, but he may forget another more troublesome existence.

“Don't ignore us, attack!”

DOR'S!

Shot after shot was aimed at him, Kalkydras clucked and made a protective bubble that circled around him. Adamantite bullets might be great for being able to injure a Seraphim-level tall figure, but they were not powerful enough to overcome such a magic defense.

“Hahaha! You're out of your mind to bother me, man! This will be the end for all of you!” Kalkydras felt that in the wind, he believed that the victory of the infuriating battle had reached its end.

But the expectations are too high because somehow humans are the most stubborn creatures. Even if they had a short life, for some reason right now there was no fear of death among them.

His spirit is high, all souls are very loyal to serve the Hero and sacrifice their lives for them. It was not that Kalkydras did not understand the feeling of wanting to sacrifice, but judged the situation, however much these humans were exaggerating.

‘I never thought, when death became the greatest fear of beings with short lives, it would never be imagined by me that they would laugh.’

In his debate with Petra, Kalkydras had killed the humans that were bothering him and knew what? Instead of begging for mercy, they laughed and still with madness attacked until the body was unable to move.

“Takkan never happened the time where you blew it!” Regulus shouted, threw away the firearms and started creating elements with magic.

While on the other side the restraining Witch Squad began to move and simultaneously chanted a spell:

“Ultrasonic!”

Waves of deafening shrill sounds were directed towards the Kalkydras. With the noise even Kalkydras was disturbed to fail to blow his trumpet.

“Argh! Damn you guys, just die!” Kalkydras flicked his hand, golden light shot out and struck the Witch Squad.

They seemed hard to stand, but there was not a single sign that it was shaking their resolve to keep fighting. Whether brainwashing or natural in their nature, anyone who pushes them to the point where lives are not important is obviously a very terrible person.

“Inferno!” Regulus released a burst of hot flames from both of his hands. The flames that even burned the ground shot rapidly towards the Kalkydras.

Its fire temperature was so high that it was even able to make an object as hard as a diamond crumble just by being nearby. If Kalkydras is hit by the attack, even if he does not die, he will not come out in a good condition.

“Although it is only one level below Hellfire, it will at least deal great damage!” Regulus wiped his sweat, he started to unsheathe the sword at his waist because the previous attack was just bait, immediately he muttered a spell, “Stealth ..”

His body slowly disappeared and in silence he rushed towards the Kalkydras. Stealth ability is generally used by an Assassin who moves silently in the dark.

In addition to its few users because it requires Runestone to learn it, the ability has many uses. An ability that accustoms the light around its user so as to make his body invisible. A very useful skill for performing surprise attacks.

Kalkydras did not move, he welcomed the arrival of the deadly Inferno. Surely he had not lost his mind to receive an attack that would clearly injure his body. His condition would never improve if this was the case.

Just as Regulus's magic streaked, Petra who was still trying to get up started throwing both of her fans into the sky over Kalkydras, her hands forming a sigil and reciting, “Lightning Storm!”

Lightning fell from the sky and began to swirl like a tornado, making a storm instead of the wind but the storm was completely lightning. A huge lightning tornado fell right towards the Kalkydras at this moment.

The escape to fly had been blocked and there was no way other than to face the two head-on. Kalkydras was willing to face him and bite his thumb. Warm blood flowed, the droplets of blood turned into shields swirling around him.

Immediately he put together his palm and pulled all the sounds he had from his throat, “Heaven — Torii!”

Four sizable Torii gates appeared and surrounded the Kalkydras inside, a blanket of white-colored light covering the Kalkydras and protecting it from the two attacks that instantly came.

The inferno slammed into Torii's gate and was held in place completely, hot larvae were seen flowing near its gate but did not create any significant scratches at all.

Following Regulus' Inferno attack, Petra's lightning storm strikes and makes a disaster on the land. The Legion army that was nearby crashed, the ground was full of cracks and the magma that was cooling was carried away by the raging wind thanks to the lightning storm.

Regulus who was intending to approach the Kalkydras even had to stop his pace as it dangerously approached further than this. He didn't want to be the fool who died from his own partner's attack. Sometimes there will be such foolishness in every war. But this war must not be such a ridiculous act.

Not arrogant but Regulus is sure if he dies will cause significant losses to the troops. Not only will the morale drop but the place to take urgent action will be empty.

Excluding Altucray and Alexei, the Heavenly Emperor himself was still easy and less experienced in warfare. While the Kings of the other small kingdoms were not so expected, they would definitely take careless actions just to be glimpsed by a Hero or even a Heavenly Emperor.

Even in a situation that risked the existence of mankind, not a few jerks were trying to take advantage of this war. One of them is the Kings of the kingdom who did not submit themselves in the election of the emperor, also a level below that of the nobility.

‘When the clash ends?!’ Regulus clucked as the ground where it stood began to crack.

While the source of the crack is so deep and destroyed, resting there will be difficult especially with electricity flowing through the land. Until some time the clashes subsided but the electricity on the ground was still left behind.

Regulus intended to wait first, but the situation was complicated especially with a bad feeling that seemed to say, bad things would actually happen when he loosened even just a little. Following the instinct he had honed for decades, he ignored the electricity flowing on the ground and ran towards the Kalkydras.

At the same time as Torii's gate disappeared, it was discovered that Kalkydras was already in the position of blowing his trumpet. Suddenly it surprised everyone and together they tried to derail it. Regulus abandons strength and defense, focusing on the speed and success of his troubles. But no matter how much effort he put in was in vain.

‘No going to get-!’ Regulus reached out his hand in the hope that he would be able to reach her.

But hoping alone would not make him reach the Kalkydras, hope was only there to disappoint him. In the slow and dramatic seconds, the sound of a blown trumpet sounded.

‘With this you will be eliminated slowly ..’ Kalkydras exclaimed in a triumphant heart.

No one was able to resist it, everyone closed their ears in an attempt to stop the incoming sound. But as it is known that these efforts are desperate measures.

”Arh ... ARGH!”

THE CURCH!

A Legion soldier shouted, immediately he shouted loudly and his head exploded like a balloon. Fresh blood immediately flowed and splashed on the other soldiers who were nearby. The sight made nausea, horror and fear.

Even the impact is not only experienced by humans, but the demons are also so bad. Hundreds of them were crushed in the head and started to fall. In the music of death, the panic that broke out in the war, the chaos from the hustle and bustle of the sound of explosions from the heads of living beings was heard from all over the battlefield.

One head exploded, two heads, five, ten, a hundred, even a thousand exploded and continued without end. Along with the length of time the music is played the faster one's head will explode.

Petra who was kneeling on the ground was holding both of her ears, she tried to launch an attack but with a pain that hit her head it was almost impossible to make an attack. His brain was forced to be squeezed to find a solution of this desperate situation.

“Nona Petra .. please, do something!” Pinta the soldier who forced himself to defend, immediately his head exploded because he could not hold it.

Kalkydras remained silent and played his trumpet without any mercy for the screams and wails on the battlefield. To him the beautiful-sounding screams are just music that echoes ugly.

‘Waves from the trumpet made of the world's first and oldest elephant horn are able to send sound waves from the ear to the brain of living things. These waves are like poison to the brain of a living thing and will force it to work quickly until it explodes from within. Even Lucifer won't get away with it.’

The reason to watch out for rather than Barakiel is the use of its abilities that have a wide impact and almost no way to overcome it. The singing or music of the trumpet is not the end but there is something else he can do.

‘It looks like Michael started sending third wave ... but only one Seraphim?’ Kalkydras realized the imminent arrival of additional troops.

He was quite curious as to why only one angel was sent away, but after sensing the power he recognized, it might be the right choice. One Seraphim who despite his strength is fairly weak but there are things that make him the most fearsome opponent.

Turning his attention back, he encountered the Hero girl who insulted him still surviving his trumpet attack. As a result Kalkydras changed the tone of his play and became stronger and there were more heads that exploded. In a short time the battlefield began to flood with blood.

“Ergh! This ... hurts!” Petra whimpered and clawed her ears firmly.

He was unable to think of an option to stop this calamity. His voice would be unavoidable no matter how thick and how hard he closed it. He couldn't stand this situation, at least if he could he would have to disturb the concentration of the Kalkydras in playing it.

‘It is impossible to avoid the influence of this trumpet, as long as I can hear it even a little, I will not escape -!’

In her excruciating pain, Petra seemed to find something on the tip of her tongue. His eyes were wide open because there was one option he could try. But the risk was not small because there was a payment he had to take to do so.

Petra stopped clawing at her ears and widening her fan, soon she turned it into a smaller fan and pointed it at the ear.

“It's dangerous but, it's worth a try!” Rounding his resolve he pushed the fan deeper into his ear.

“Argh!”

Fresh blood immediately flowed, of course coming from the ear that he had initiated to injure her to quite a degree. Petra covered her wound and used recovery magic to stop the bleeding. It is an option to overcome this hell of a sound.

The options that can be taken are those that do not know how to succeed or not. If he succeeds then there is nothing for him to fear from the trumpet or the song, if he fails he cannot regret it.

Covering his ears with anything would not work, but what would happen if he could not hear? Of course there would be no sound other than the inner voice that would reach him. Betting is indeed very risky but the results will be very large if successful.

Yep. Being completely deaf allowed Petra not to hear any sounds that Kalkydras would play. Surely as a payment he would not hear the voices of the talking friends or the screams of this battlefield. Maybe he won't even be able to fight in a group anymore.

After stopping the bleeding, Petra smiled painfully because in fact the option yielded good results. Kalkydras looked at him in disbelief, he thought only a madman would damage his own ears.

Petra stood up again and stretched out her two fanatics, in the world without a sound that she now joins with, Petra thought being deaf was not a bad thing.

‘I no longer need to hear desperate voices from people who are suffering.’

Seeing Petra manage to overcome it by damaging her ears, the Legion soldiers who saw her started to intend to do the same, Petra tang realized that of course stopped her. He let his fan fly and smashed into the hands of the Legion army.

With one fan in his hand, he immediately headed towards Kalkydras quickly, aiming for his head with the aim of cutting and making the terrible music game of Kalkydras stop. Everyone else was back in his sanity. Despite not knowing what they were saying, despite not knowing if his voice would reach all of them, Petra nevertheless said:

“Don't try to imitate me! Whatever happens, the same option is not a good option. Just one person joins the world without a sound, because one person alone is enough to stop his terrible game!”

The other Petra fan had returned, he felt everyone's gazes on him. Did they say anything? He did not know because he could no longer hear.

“Keparat, basic ****** useless, crazy, crazy, crazy, crazy! What kind of fool would want to be deaf?! There's a limit to where your intelligence doesn't fall as low as a monkey!” Kalkydras from a distance cursed loudly

He may have been a fool for mocking the deaf but Petra was at least able to read a little of his lips. In short what Kalkydras said might be something inappropriate and it would be fine to ignore it.

“You are indeed a bunch of dumb-brained people! Again and again so upsetting, this time it must have been—” Before speaking any further, Kalkydras felt a pain in his left arm.

Turning around he found an old man slashing his arm from behind. Although it did not break but the piece was quite deep and almost reached his bones. Kalkydras was about to play his music, but another pain came from the right hand holding the trumpet.

This time not only cut deeply, but his arm was completely cut off. His arms and trumpets floated right before his eyes, while on the other side he saw a human girl with black hair tied up, and a face full of blood was extending her sword.

The sword that drenched his blood, the sword that also cut his arm up like that.

“KEPARAT—” Kalkydras rampage but stronger hit attack stabs his back. A giant pink arrow pierced through his stomach and now he was carried towards Petra who was ready with his attack.

“Curse Series—”

Kalkydras rebelled and attempted to break away but the arrow was very strong. Not only did it hit his body, but the arrow began to destroy his soul.

“T-no! If so ... Rafael won't be able to wake—”

Before he could finish his words another arrow struck him and pierced right into his mouth. A smaller arrow of light filled his back and pushed him towards Petra faster.

Unable to move or make a sound, the Kalkydras began to despair and search for where the attack had come from. Looking back a little, from a distance he saw a glint of light from a tree that was quite tall seen from here.

On the tree was a girl with a smiling arrow. As if knowing she was being stared at, the girl winked her right eye cutely and released her arrow, hitting right into Kalkydras's eye.

He started moaning from the pain but his voice would not be able to come out with his throat shattered. The only thing he could do was wait for the death that was right before his eyes.

‘To here only I can fight, yes. It sucks to die at the hands of these lowly jerks and tollols. But the most annoying thing was that I was the first to die. This humiliation of myself. Even the power of Raphael will no longer be useful because my soul will be cut into pieces. At least for me... You must avenge me, Jahoel.’

At the last chance of his consciousness, Kalkydras made a request to the Seraphim who were on their way to the battlefield. Although he would not be able to see the time in which Jahoel killed the woman, he had the confidence that Jahoel would do so even without being asked.

“Until the end, all the songs and songs you do remain unpleasant yes.” Before creating his attack, Petra scoffed despite not being sure his voice would reach Kalkydras.

Staring back at Petra, the resignation that Kalkydras had turned into a great rage. With his legs completely free, for the last time he gathered all his strength for one last strike.

Petra smiled and closed her eyes, crossed her wings and advanced straight towards Kalkydras. He already believed in his indisputable victory. Thanks to Yuri's help, Rudeus and Bellemere this situation can occur. There was no doubt that he would be the first Hero to kill the Seraphim.

“—Deathly Fan!” Petra deployed his attack and intended to cut off the head of Kalkydras. But in those last seconds, he was never aware of the actions of Kalkydras.

“AT LEAST I'LL TAKE YOU WITH ME!” Kalkydras used both of his legs to hug Petra's slender waist, then exerted all his strength to hug her and his head was immediately slashed.

Kalkydras was killed but his legs hugging Petra did not come off. Petra widened her eyes, she screamed and cried very loudly. The crack of something broken sounded, the waist bone up to his tail bone was broken and crushed

There was one mistake Petra made in the last fight. Rigel had already said it out loud to the Heroes during the last discussion. Message Rigel— conveyed

“UNTIL THE END NEVER UNDERESTIMATE YOUR OPPONENT, NOW DIE HERO, HAHAHA!” The floating head of the Kalkydras said loudly, laughed, then lost his life.
