"his leg is swollen" said An pointing at Carrina's leg.

Doctor Is saw Carrina's legs were surprised, "why is it so bad?"

Doctor Is immediately ordered the Sister to take all the equipment and He gave Carrina the option to withstand the pain or choose the operation because Carrina's leg bone is shifted and will be very painful if it continues to be left.

Doctor Is holds Carrina's leg and turns it slowly while Carrina squeezes the bed sheet looking the other way, An just glances at Carrina who is worried.

"i'll buy food for you" said An with his flat face, rising up and leaving Carrina's room.
