Instantly Elkan's heart seemed to stop beating. She couldn't bear to see Mira like this. While the Doctor and the Medical Team definitely did their best, Elkan had the duty to make sure his wife was okay.

"Don't talk like that. That Twins wants to play with her Mommy, wants to drink breast milk from her Mommy."

As much as possible, Elkan continued to strengthen Mira. I hope his wife doesn't give up. Anything Elkan would do for his wife.

Eventually the medical team decided the Twins were moved to the incubator room first. The Medical Team can focus on Mira. When Twins was taken out of the nurse, there was Mama Sara, Papa Belva, Mama Marsha, and Papa Abraham who welcomed her. All of them shed tears at the sight of the non-identical fraternal twins.

"Mira and Elkan's parents?" ask Mama Marsha.

"Yes, that's right. You'll take it to the incubator room. The doctor is still helping his mother" the nurse said.

It was good to see their grandchildren born. However, there was anxiety of her own when Mira still had to be dealt with.

"Why with Mira yeah, Pa?" mama Marsha asked her husband.

"We'll just wait, Ma" said Papa Abraham.

"Mama is afraid, Pa," Mama Marsha replied.

While Papa Belva's feelings feel bad. Then Papa Belva looked at the iron. "We're going to Mushola yuk. Kneel to God. May Allah SWT send it all out" Papa Belva said.

"We still have hope of returning to Sydney with our baby. You have to be healthy, you have to be strong. We'll go to Sydney again to our apartment. We take the Twins for a walk to Darling Harbour" Elkan said.

Elkan was very relieved. Two hours in the operating room. Every minute feels so long. Finally, his wife's critical period had passed. Because, all the possibilities can occur in the operating room whether it is good or bad. Thank God, everything passes and can be passed well.

"The bleeding was successfully stopped, the placenta attached to the uterine wall was cleared," said the doctor.
