Dinner at the Port
Elkan apparently really invites Mira to enjoy Dinner or dinner together on the edge of Darling Harbour. Actually, there are times when Elkan wants to do romantic things for Mira. Like taking her honeymoon, enjoying a vacation in the country of Kangaroo and also staying at the best hotel in the area of The Rocks, Sydney.
However, Mira prefers to be in the unit. The unit is also like a hotel. Stay together, and there are no distractions either. Mira instead suggested to her husband to invest with the money given by his family for honeymoon.
"Best dinner with my beloved wife" said Elkan now.
"Where is Brother? Cafes around Darling Harbour aren't expensive?" ask Mira later.
"A good and expensive meal doesn't matter, Honey. Your husband is not unemployed, your husband is working as well" replied Elkan.
Mira finally chose to comply. Right what Elkan said, at least he's not unemployed. However, work from home is certainly making money too. So, Mira chose to follow her husband.
"We are still dating, sister," said Mira when Elkan took her hand and left the edge of Darling Harbour.
Elkan smiled. The man tightened his grip on Mira's hand. "Halalal courtship, Honey. Mending like this, right? Than just dating, but it's been a blur. It's better to start all after marriage."
That was Elkan's view. Rather than dating too freely and doing actions that should only be done husband and wife in the marriage bond. Better, when the courtship behaves accordingly. More delicious, dating after marriage. What they do will not be sinful.
Once in the cafe, Elkan and Mira chose to sit outside while enjoying the atmosphere on the edge of Darling Harbour which began to rame. This time Elkan ordered Chicken Parmigiana, Meat Pie, and of course was their favorite Cappucino both.
Chicken Parmigiana is chicken covered with bread flour. It is a typical Italian dish that immigrants bring to Australia, consisting of Schnitzel Chicken coated with tomato sauce and melted cheese. Served with potato and vegetable chips. A more delicious dish of course.
"Wow, it looks really good, sister," said Mira looking at their order menu served by the cafe's waiter.
Listening to her husband, Mira nodded her head. Now, both of them enjoyed the delicious dish. From the first mouthful, Mira was already so fond of the taste.
"Nake?" ask Elkan.
"Yes, that's delicious. Duh, but this makes ndut not really .. melted cheese this much," replied Mira.
Elkan smiled too. "You're tall, Honey. A few pounds will not be visible either. But if you get fat, I have no problem. In my eyes, you remain beautiful," replied Elkan.
"If you are pregnant, you can usually get it, brother. My mother was pregnant and I was up to 15 kilograms that time. There's a picture of her, Mama's face is chubby" Mira replied.
"The pregnant Bumil is beautiful, Honey. Mama did too. Four more years, I think I'd like to transfer the profession to Papa. Four more years, I'm 24 and you're 22. I've been dating for four years too. So, enjoying a new level as a parent," Elkan replied abruptly.
Mira smiles. Apparently Elkan had also thought so far ahead. Four years after graduation have planned the next level of parenthood. Hopefully later everything can go well and smoothly.
"His relationship is long well, four years," Mira replied suddenly.
"Yes, during college first date. It's important never to hide our true marital status, Honey. Let people know about our relationship. Don't let the white men approach you" replied Elkan.
Seeing the expression on her husband's face, Mira smiled. If it was like this, indeed her husband seemed possessive. However, Mira uncovers it well and hopes everything will be fine. The college went well and four years could pass, after which they could achieve their next dream.
