CHAPTER 12

Aileen was still sitting waiting for Archie in her room with Fiki.

"Why did you marry Archie? You don't do well with a friend your age?" Ask Fiki who made Aileen uncomfortable with her question.

"Is there no other job? Doesn't as an assistant brother have to be near his superiors?" Ask Aileen.

"I'm different from other assistants, Archie always gives me time to rest" Fiki said confidently.

"Not giving sister a break, rather she was able to do everything on her own without big brother" Aileen said innocently.

"What?! Whatchu mean?" Ask Fiki who still does not understand Aileen's words.

"Yes the point, brother is not needed the same mas Archie" said Aileen clarify the purpose of his words.

"Enak is not needed! He can't do anything without me knowing!" ketus Fiki's.

Aileen simply shrugged both of her shoulders while nodding her head.

Not long after that Archie was done from his meeting and immediately returned to his room.

"Please enter sir, Miss Aileen has been waiting for you since then" Denis said.

"Aileen's here? What's he doing here?" Ask Archie.

"I don't know, either, sir, but your niece is adorable and beautiful" Denis said, making Archie feel weird.

"Huh? Niece? What the hell is that!" archie shook his head and entered the room.

Aileen and Fiki who were arguing looked directly at the door that had just opened.

"Hi Mas Archie!" greet Aileen with sweetness.

Fiki who saw him could only stare strangely at Aileen because Aileen's attitude when in Archie's presence was very different.

"The real girl has a double personality like her!" inner Fiki while shuddering in horror.

"What are you here for!?" Ask Archie with a pout.

Aileen who got such treatment could only sigh longly trying to hold back her emotions.

"Okay patient Aileen, for good grades and for the sake of making her like me." Aileen's inner.

"He wants to ask you to teach him!" fiki next to Aileen.

Hearing that Aileen immediately glanced at him sharply because she thought Fiki was too interfered.

"Can't you just shut up!?" Ask Aileen.

"Why should I be quiet? I have a mouth to talk to!" answer Fiki.

Archie who heard the debate between Aileen and Fiki could only sigh while holding his head.

"Shut up!" firmly Archie to make Aileen and Fiki surprised and look at Archie.

"Are you guys going to keep arguing like this!? You're both grown up so don't act like a kid!" ketus Archie's.

Aileen and Fiki instantly fell silent at Archie's words.

"Fik, you go out first, there are some documents that I gave Denis, read and study, the day after we go to town B." said Archie.

"Alright, I will immediately learn all the documents you provide." said Fiki.

Fiki walked towards the door while looking at Aileen and stuck out her tongue mocking Aileen to make Aileen round her eyes at Fiki who was right behind Archie.

"Why are you glaring at me!?" Ask Archie to make Aileen surprised.

"Huh? Not bad, I'm not glaring at Archie mas but at Fiki's sister." explained Aileen.

Archie immediately looked back to confirm the existence of Fiki but there was no one there because Fiki immediately ran outside the room Archie.

"You learned to lie? There's no Fiki behind me!"

"But there really was.."

"Em, actually tomorrow I have a trial exam because I'm going to the national exam soon, I usually study with my mom, but mommy says I can study with you so I'm told to come here." aileen.

"Then? Why did you say you were my nephew?"

"Then should I say that I'm your wife? Will they believe it? They're gonna laugh at me because they think I'm kidding!"

"What?! So I mean I'm too old to have a wife as young as you?" Ask Archie.

"Can that be the reality! He is too old for me!" inner Aileen.

"Why are you quiet!?" ketus Archie who made Aileen realize from her daydream.

"Eh? What mas? What did you say?" Ask Aileen.

"Ah stop! I still have some work to do, if you want to wait I will teach you later." said Archie who makes Aileen happy.

"really!? Okay I'll wait here for Archie's mas." said Aileen enthusiastically.

Archie simply shook his head while smiling slightly at Aileen's behavior.

Aileen sat on the sofa in Archie's room, while Archie sat in his chair and read the stack of papers on his desk.

"Well, did Archie finish all that by himself?" Ask Aileen.

Archie just nodded in agreement with Aileen's words, while Aileen immediately felt in the mood because she would wait for a long time.

"Huh! I'll be bored of being here!" mummified Aileen.

"Are you bored? You can lie on that couch, or you can also take a walk to see my company" said Archie who knows Aileen's mood changes.

"No, I'm not going anywhere, but can Archie order food for me? I'm so hungry." said Aileen.

Archie only let out a long sigh then opened his phone and thrust it into Aileen.

"This what does it mean?" Aileen asked who did not know the meaning of Archie.

"Order the food as you like through the application on my phone" said Archie.

"Ah, well thank you.." said Aileen while taking the phone given by Archie.

Aileen eagerly chose the food that will be ordered by her, after a few minutes of choosing finally Aileen has made her choice and immediately returned Archie's cellphone.

"Have you?" Asked Archie who was nodding back by Aileen.

Archie refocused on his work, while Aileen lay on the sofa waiting for her food to come.

Aileen who was getting tired of waiting decided to sing to make Archie out of focus.

"You can she's not!?" archie said in a high tone.

Aileen who heard him instantly stopped singing and immediately covered her mouth with both hands. Because of that, Aileen decided to lie down without doing anything.

A few minutes later Archie rang, Archie immediately picked up the phone.

"Hello?" said Archie.

"Hello sir, I want to deliver the order and I'm in front of the company now" said the man from the phone.

Archie looked towards the sofa and saw Aileen was fast asleep there, Archie could only let out a long sigh while shaking his head.

"Alright sir, soon there will be someone who takes it in front, wait, sir" said Archie and then immediately turn off the phone.

Archie immediately walked out of the room to Denis, who was at his desk.

"Denis, I'm asking you downstairs to take Aileen's order, Aileen's asleep so can't take it, and it's cash to pay for her food because they don't accept payment by card." said Archie.

"Well sir, I'll take it right away" said Denis, who immediately went to take Aileen's order.

After seeing Denis leave, Archie went back into his room and itched Aileen who was still fast asleep.

"Why don't I ever think about what your fate would be like when I find Claire?" Inner Archie.
