48. Promises

This afternoon, Kagendra plans to go home and bring Sadiyah to lunch. But when Kagendra is already in the parking lot and preparing to launch his car to go home, he gets a call from Natasha asking Kagendra to accompany him.

Natasha felt her head was very dizzy and she wanted to be accompanied by Kagendra.

“Honey, I miss you. I need you. I'm waiting for you here.” Natasha pleaded with her sulking voice.

After arriving at the door of Natasha's apartment unit, Kagendra immediately entered after pinching some numbers as passwords.

Natasha was lying weakly on the sofa.

“Why you?”

“I’m hungry. I want you cook something for me.” Natasha.

“Order online only.” bargain Kagendra.

“I want to eat your made, baby.”

“But I can't cook.” elak Kagendra.

“There is instant porridge in the food cabinet. Make it for me.” pinta Natasha.

Kagendra went to the kitchen and made instant porridge for Natasha. After the porridge was finished, Kagendra immediately brought it before Natasha.

“This is your porridge.”

“Suapi.”

Without many words, Kagendra feeds Natasha the porridge she made until it runs out.

“I want to drink milk.”

“Where do you keep the milk?”

“Availability of susuku runs out. Can you buy it in the mini market? Or the milk is just replaced with your kiss.”

Kagendra gave Natasha a glass of mineral water.

“Drink this first.”

“I wanna kiss you.” Natasha pulled Kagendra's nape and kissed Kagendra's lips. Kagendra reluctantly returns Natasha's kiss.

Natasha who feels the coldness of Kagendra's kiss deepens her kiss.

“Enough, Sha.” Kagendra immediately let go of Natasha's hand that was coiled around her neck.

“Why are you so cold like this to me?” natasha protest.

“You're sick, Sha. You better rest a lot.”

“When did you divorce your wife?” ask Natasha secretly.

Kagendra was silent at Natasha's question.

“Why are you quiet, baby?” Did you not promise that you would divorce her and marry me. You used to say that you would divorce her after she conceived and gave birth to your child. But now I don't want to wait anymore.” Natasha started sobbing.

“You're sick, Sha. You'd better...”.

“Fuck my disease. I want to be with you forever. I don't want to be cheated on anymore. I want you to divorce that woman.” Natasha is getting hysterical.

“I.. I am not..” Kagendra stuttered.

“I don't want to hear what you said that you won't divorce her. I want you. You're mine” screams Natasha.

“Sha listen to me first.”

“I don't want to hear. If you are still with him, I will die in front of you.” Natasha threatened.

“Don't be like this, Sha. Calm yourself.” persuade Kagendra.

“Now you never say love to me again. You never mentioned your love to me again. You changed.” Natasha screamed and ran towards the kitchen to pick up the knife and stick the blade near the base of her neck.

Kagendra who saw Natasha's desperate actions immediately ran towards the kitchen and grabbed Natasha's hand to release the knife in her hand.

“You can't be this desperate, Sha. Don't be crazy.”

“Don't leave me. Promise.” Natasha fell unconscious in Kagendra's arms.

Kagendra held Natasha and laid her on the bed. He looked at Natasha's face filled with tears.

“You don't do this, Sha. I am becoming less and less willing to leave you. I should how? I am confused by my heart. Please do not add to my confusion with your desperate actions like this.”

Kagendra accompanies Natasha until she wakes up from her stupor.

“What's up?” Kagendra raised her head from the cell phone when she heard Natasha's voice calling out to her.

“Haus.”

Kagendra immediately gets Natasha a drink and helps her drink. After that he sat down next to Natasha who was still lying down.

“Honey, please get me my phone.” pinta Natasha.

Kagendra immediately searches for the whereabouts of Natasha's cell phone and after finding it he immediately gives it to Natasha.

“Honey, sit here. Near me.” pinta Natasha.

Kagendra sat down next to Natasha.

“Honey, please promise me.”

“What promise?”

“You still remind me of your promise back then. Promise me you'll divorce her. I want you to repeat your promise now, please.”

Kagendra sighed harshly.

“I..I am not.”

“Please...” Natasha hugged Kagendra's waist.

“This is my last request.”

“But I...”.

“Please...”

“What if I told you that I can't divorce my wife?”

Kagendra can't decide what to do. He did not want to divorce Sadiyah but he also could not leave Natasha. He is in a dilemma.
