CHAPTERS 10. NOT DARE TO GIVE HOPE

Sabrina strengthened her heart and tried not to shed tears as she reached out, congratulating Rey Aditama.

Rey returned Sabrina's hand and as usual she was about to hug her best friend, but Sabrina fell back.

Rey understands, maybe Sabrina wanted to appreciate Lira so she started to keep her distance since Rey's status changed.

Then Sabrina hugged Lira and congratulated her.

Tears had already welled up and were almost spilled there, if Sabrina had not rushed down. Then, Sabrina looked for a safe place to finish her crying there.

Mario who quietly followed Sabrina held out a handkerchief, "Wear it, wipe your tears. You're ugly if you cry."

Sabrina was surprised, she did not expect that anyone who saw her there was crying.

Sobbing, Sabrina received the handkerchief, then she wiped away the tears and thick liquid coming out of her nose.

"I'm sorry, I'll change it sometime. I don't feel good returning this one, sweep your hands into a slob."

"Just relax Rin," said Mario to make Sabrina look at him with a slightly strange look.

Rin is Rey's favorite call to Sabrina, but why Mario also goes along with calling her by that name.

"Why are you looking at me like that Rin? is there something strange on my face or is it because I'm too handsome?" mario asked with a grimace, showing a row of his teeth neat and clean white.

"Isa...Pede is very, who says Doctor Mario is handsome" Sabrina replied with a smile.

"Well, I forgot for a moment. Just call me Mario. Let's be more familiar. Now smile, you're prettier if you smile."

"Oh yeah Rin, it's too crowded here, what if we were talking while walking outside?"

"By Doc, uh...Yes, let it sound more polite."

"Whatever, just don't Doctor."

Both of them rushed out leaving the party crowd. Mario invites Sabrina to sit by the pool while enjoying the moonlight that happens to be full.

"Oh yes Rin, if I may know, how long have you and Rey been friends?"

"Since childhood, why did you?"

"You should have cried. You guys are like siblings. Rey's proof is the same, she was worried about you."

"Yes Mas. We love the pain we go through together."

"Oh yes Rin, why did you come here yourself? Do you not have a boyfriend? Sorry if I'm sassy."

Sabrina just shook her head, then she smiled as she said, "No one wants Mas, I'm just a maid's son" Sabrina said with a chuckle.

"Alhamdulillah if so, what if you become my girlfriend only? We both do not have a partner, who knows the match up to the guarantee like them" said Mario directly to the core of the conversation.

"Sorry, we just met. I don't know my nature and character and neither do I. I don't want us to regret the hasty decision."

"Yes anyway. Yes, then we will first. Later, if we feel suitable, then go straight to the wedding stage," said Mario with a sweet smile.

"Hehehe, Mas Mario is weird, so many cute girls why should I be just a regular guy."

"If it's love at first sight, it's hard for Rin to forget."

Sabrina looked at Mario, she couldn't believe that Mario loved her.

"You don't believe it? but it's reality. I've seen you and even secretly stole your pictures with camera shots. Since then I'm sure, if I've fallen in love with you."

"But it's true, I haven't been able to accept your love, Mas. Forgive me," Sabrina said, clenching both palms.

"It's okay Rin, just relax, I'm patiently waiting for your decision. Whenever you're ready, I'm ready!"

Sabrina can neither give reason nor hope, she feels unworthy of a man as perfect as Mario.

If Mario knew, if Sabrina was no longer a saint, he might as well back off. Sabrina was sad again, she remembered the fateful night.

Seeing Sabrina pensive, Mario surprised her.

Mario is happy, despite getting a rejection but he can still be friends with Sabrina. Mario will be patient and keep trying to beat up the woman who has stolen his heart from first sight.

The two go back inside and Rey, who sees Sabrina again, is relieved.

Mother nudged the arms of mother and father, he wanted to show that there was already a closeness between Sabrina and Mario.

The parents were busy observing the movements of the two, while Sabrina and Mario were still confused about choosing what dishes they wanted to eat.

Finally Mario and Sabrina just took a fruit salad, then the two joined the guests who were also enjoying the meal.

The two were engrossed in conversation and it made Sabrina momentarily forget about her problems and sadness.

One by one the guests have left the party, as well as Mario and his family. Mario asks for Sabrina's contact number, before she leaves.

Papa, Mother and mother also prepared, then they invited Sabrina to say goodbye to besan also to the two brides.

Rey was still astonished at Sabrina's awkwardness, she felt Sabrina had properly changed.

The celebration of the party has made both brides feel tired. Then they decided to go into the room to rest.

After cleaning himself, Rey lay down her body and even the face of Sabrina who was smiling while chatting with doctor Mario.
