They went out of the room and told her that Rey's condition was improving.

Everyone is grateful, including Mario. Mario had promised in his heart, if Rey survived and returned healthy he would let Sabrina and Riyan to live together with Rey.

In the afternoon they were allowed to return to see Rey in her room. And after one by one enter now comes Mario's turn.
