Point of View: Earl Stevent Xander
I got dragged into that goddamn teacher's sandstorm magic.
I should have realized, she couldn't possibly be helping out properly. Coercion was definitely the path he chose for this.
Unfortunately, I can see nothing but the sand around me.
'How weird, why can't this sand hurt my eyes?' I said while trying to take my glasses off.
No pain when I take it off. Has the teacher anticipated it?
"Then, it should be able to neutralize it!" I said while taking out a ball-shaped water shield.
Where should I walk?
I continued forward without knowing the direction. If only he had told me an easier way to help me, this might not have happened.
THUMPED UP!
I hit someone. Luckily I didn't fall and beat him.
As I looked, the person in front of me right now, was none other than the one who had suddenly won in the battle of love, Dahlia.
"Dahlia?" I said while looking at him who was confused.
"Oh Stevent, huh?" Dahlia looked at me with her trademark glare.
My hair suddenly stood up when I saw it up close. I remember him stabbing me in the back of my neck. But when, I find it hard to remember.
"You-you... are also separated?" I asked her condition.
"Are your eyes blind?!" He looked at me with a feeling of unease but he immediately returned his position to this battlefield. "It seems, Ras-I mean Mr. Rashid really wants us all to get along with people we rarely talk to."
He seemed to be very close to the teacher. Even in just a few days, their relationship went too fast. I hope they're both not too overrated.
"Why is he so insistent, huh?!" I stared intently at the empty sandstorm.
"Maybe it has something to do with his past?" (Dahlia)
"Past time?" (I)
"No happy times..." (Dahlia)
"Well, if it's that, I'm experiencing it too...!"
Dahlia fell silent without saying anything after that.
If past problems are not good, everyone experiences them. In fact, I think I am the one who is suffering the most right now.
Does the teacher know what suffering is? Money is abundant, power is very strong, and popularity is high. Such a person may know the meaning of pain.
"Stevent, it's good we start moving. If this is in accordance with what Rasyi-I mean Mr. Rashid said, then we should fight together with people we don't really understand." Dahlia began to look ahead.
"Well, if that's what the teacher wants..." My eyes are trying to see what he sees.
"Oh yeah... You don't have to correct your call to that teacher. Just call Rashid... Everyone at this school knows your relationship!" I look at him with worry.
He didn't answer me, probably out of shame. His face was already so red with just that thunder.
Without listening to me any further, Dahlia started walking to a place she believed to be the front.
I who was used to being an NPC just followed him without asking.
'Waiting?! If I follow people without asking, am I no different from a fool?' I've realized.
I'm sure that teacher will laugh at me if I hide behind women. After realizing that, I tried to run until I could walk beside him.
The water shield I had pulled out was protecting her just as I walked beside her.
By the way, what element does this girl have? He looks calm and mysterious.
'Kalem means ice, and mysterious means darkness.' I hope my guess is correct.
Sometimes Anitya doesn't fit the person. The best example is that teacher.
I don't want to call it, but unfortunately, I have to.
The water and soil elements in his Anitya always bothered me. The element does not fit in with its nature. Even if logged, the original elements should be more ice and electricity.
Note: For adults, Anitya injections are performed in their 20s. Just to remember, Anitya only existed in 2042 and was perfect in 2046.
The two of us continued walking side by side until something stopped our steps.
"HHHHH!"
Someone was thrown at both of us.
"Dahlia watch!" I caught Dahlia and jumped to the side to avoid that person.
BRUAKK!
The man landed behind us. The ordinary-looking female student with unraveled black hair had been thrown towards us. His rifle was stuck right in front of his face.
"So-sophia?!" Dahlia took off my grip and ran towards the student.
"Hhh...!" Dahlia groaned while holding her back as she landed.
"Are you okay?!" Dahlia tried to check on the girl's condition.
Suddenly though.
PRAK!!
The sound of clapping sounded.
Sophia brushed off Dahlia's hand trying to help.
He seems to be getting carried away with his feelings. The feeling they used to call love. It seems like it's still not lost in him.
Dahlia's eyes widened in disbelief. "Why...?" Lirih.
Sophia tried to wake up by herself. A sad look on his face. He felt guilty for his body reflexes.
"I'm sorry.." - erang Sophia slowly.
Dahlia didn't seem to object to that. He even replied to her with a warm smile typical of calm girls.
"It's okay, the emotion of the fight is common. But don't get too carried away, okay?!" Dahlia stood up and began to look towards the source where Sophia was thrown.
Dahlia is unaware of Sophia's feelings. So she does not know that Sophia is angry because her love has not been conveyed and Dahlia does not realize that she stole it.
"What the hell is that?!" I looked in the same direction.
"Rasheed?!" Dahlia quickly regained consciousness.
A creature like an armored knight came towards us.
A weak word was no match for him who was seen at this moment.
Seeing that, I immediately stood in front of the two girls. My sword was facing my teacher.
As if recalling yesterday's incident, I remembered how stupid I was to not be able to help Hakam yesterday during the attack.
Back to the day before.
"It's late in the afternoon, we'd better go home!" Hakam said that while looking at the sun that was starting to set.
"Yes. I know. But before that, there's one more thing I want to tell you!" I said as I touched the wall of the fence near us.
"What's that?" He who was about to walk home now stopped and turned his body.
"How do you think you feel when you meet someone who always thinks he's right?" I stared at the ground.
This question sounds suddenly. But because Hakam started it, so I want you to just take it out.
"I'm definitely going to feel; he's not the one I should be talking to." Hakam says it without any sense of lying.
"I thought so, I would. When my father was alive, he always felt that he was the most righteous. He simply ordered this without seeing the consequences.
He even foolishly believed in the bodong application. Spending tens of millions just for something obscure.
My mother had repeatedly reminded her, but all she got was the demeaning insults. And when the mistake happened because of him, he threw it at us.
'I have lived longer than you. How do you know about this!' Those words always echoed in my memories whenever I remembered his name.
My status as a child that is not considered is always made samsak by him. All his mistakes were thrown at me..." I told my servant with a sad look.
No answer from him. He hinted at me to keep going.
"Last month, she suddenly announced a political engagement between my brother and royal princess Tyas.
My brother obviously rejected her because she was now dating someone else.
Worse yet, our father was unaware that he was being deceived by the head of the Tyas family.
The person only needs to promise financial assistance if he or she accepts the offer. But it seems obvious that it was all just a lie.
My father never wanted to learn. His greatness as a wise man even made him forget the meaning of life further.
My father, who was unhappy with my brother's answer, secretly threatened the man my brother was dating. He continued to give her death certificates from Cologne to him.
Until one day, my sister's boyfriend suddenly disappeared without news...
My brother who heard it initially wanted to look for it, but our father stopped him and said.
"Would you leave him alone, his passing indicates that he doesn't love you completely!" His mouth easily fooled my brother.
My brother obviously didn't know about the threat letter. But unfortunately, I know that. My existence back then was still not very visible to them, and therefore, I was able to easily eavesdrop on what my father was doing.
My brother just fell silent while firmly clenching his hand. He could not do anything about it, but fortunately, his desire to look for it was still not lost.
The same day after my brother left to find his girlfriend.
A night of doom came to my father. In my father's office, a long-haired woman dressed in a robe that covered her entire body came to arrive right in front of the old man. He who comes is none other than Chronicle. The guy my dad used as a scapegoat to get rid of my brother's girlfriend.
The soldiers tried to protect my father, but were ill-fated. They were killed by his violence. They didn't even leave any remains behind, and all that was left was my father's lifeless body.
When I heard that, my brother, who was on his way to find his girlfriend, went home immediately after hearing the news.
That incident made my brother have to be the head of Xander and forced him to have a wife soon. That meant he was forced to agree to his engagement to Princess Tyas.
At the funeral, I chuckled in front of his body. I started to feel the so-called rebelling. The feeling of wanting to see people seemed to suffer as bad a fate as it was.
That's why, every time I see someone like that, I'm always mocking him. The one who feels himself always right is nothing but trash who will corrupt."
I ended my story here.
Hakam who was silent only nodded his head. He seems to have understood enough why I became such a shitty person.
"I understand your case, but I don't know how to answer it." Hakam closed his eyes while holding his forehead.
"It's okay if you don't answer. After all, it's just a story..." I smiled at him.
My laughter lit up that afternoon. Unfortunately, it didn't go on for long.
Shortly thereafter, about 4 tall muscular bule men surrounded us both.
"Root!"
"Stevens!"
We stand opposite each other. Our backs touch each other.
In short, I can fight 2 of them. But unfortunately, his 2 again managed to capture Hakam and take him away.
I who saw it immediately ran towards my pickup car that had come.
"Follow that car!" I ordered my driver to hurry.
He understood the meaning of my anxiety, and started chasing after the car.
"What's going on?!" Ask driver.
"Suddenly, we were attacked!" I don't know what to say.
"Tch! Calm down young master, leave it to me! I'm an expert!" He was worried but kept his focus on the road.
Unfortunately, in the middle of the trip, the tire of our front car burned and could not continue the journey.
As he ran out of the car to continue his journey, a teacher came in his car and approached me with a friend. Short body, blond hair and twintails, no mistake, it's Tasya's mother.
Beside him, there was a woman in purple and brown hair braided and placed in front of his shoulders. She is Erika's mother.
"Stevens! Are you chasing that car?!" Ask Tasya.
I nodded nervously. This was something strange when meeting the teacher outside of the teaching hours. I'm not too used to this situation.
"Let us take care of it! They're more than you think! They have a lot!" Erika's mother sitting next to her forbade me.
At that moment, my eyes widened and could not believe what was going on. But within me I realized, I couldn't fight it.
Back to the present time.
I don't want this to happen again, but considering this is the lesson Mr. Rashid has taught me. For now, I have to follow him.
"Sophia! Dahlia! Let's fight it together!" I looked at them with a serious face.
I can't look like a hotshot or anything. I hate people who are always right, so I cannot be them.
Compactness is what you want, isn't it?!
Mr Rashid Londerik!
