Chapter 73: Getting Started

"Emhh.. yahh. let's start this adventure" I said as I stretched my hand upward.

After I finished getting ready I then went down the stairs and stopped for a while at the bottom of the stairs and then went back to the kitchen to pick up my clothes to dry them, but since I did not have a container to take with me I just held it with my hands, I then went straight to the living room and approached Sira who was sitting at the door of the house.

I slowly closed the door after Sira came out with my sword as I said before, then I walked down the labyrinth cave towards the mouth of the cave followed by Sira who also walked beside me while biting a sword in her mouth, and as usual this place is always empty of bully monsters so I don't have to worry about monster attacks while I'm relaxing.

It didn't take long for us to reach the mouth of the cave, of course because of the distance that was quite close, but one thing that confused me was Sira's unusual attitude, starting from the house until we were in front of the cave exit Sira just silent and not talking anything, Sira's attitude felt more rigid than the previous days, and she felt more, seeing it like that made me confused and it was difficult to start the conversation not even a conversation happened as long as we walked out of the cave.

While pulling aside the vines blocking the exit and tying them up like curtains, I then tried to start the conversation and asked Sira about her stiff and distinct attitude.

After I asked Sira and made sure there were no problems she was facing I then asked her to hold my wet dress while I looked for a tree branch to make a clothesline so I could dry my dress that is, even though his behavior is still a little suspicious.

"Hm... Oow! looks like it fits. Yoshh lives one more." I said while cutting the tree branch.

I took out my sword which Sira brought and looked around me to find some straight branches with a tip shaped like the letter Y to make it easier to put another tree branch on top of it, and after searching through the bush I finally found a small wooden tree that was straight and with a Y-shaped tip.

Without lingering I immediately cut it using the sword I brought before putting it near the cave door and then looking for another tree trunk.

"There.. owh!! there are two hehehe."

"Yahh.. everything has been collected, just looking for a good place to dry clothes.." I said as I put two wooden sticks near the cave.

"It looks like this place is good, the sunlight can shine perfectly." I said while standing on the left side of the cave.

With a little tour around the cave I was finally able to collect three wooden sticks suitable for use as a place to dry clothes, while standing on the left side (west) of the cave staring towards the right side (east) where the morning sun rises and shines.

The mouth of this cave is in the south towards the north so that the sunrise rays come from the right side to the left side, and on the left side I made a pole to dry clothes because the sun can shine perfectly and also shine with longer, longer, because I was in the woods it was hard to find the perfect sunshine unless I was drying my clothes in a meadow.

"Sira can bring that dress over here."

After I finished assembling the canes into a place to dry the clothes I then took and then put my dress on it, the thick fur of Sira looked soaked as I lifted the dress from her back, I just smiled to see her licking her fur, she looked adorable at a time like that.
