Chapter 81: Caravan (Kieyl )

"Huhh... What the hell are they, I did want to go to Zoe's store, but not to meet her I just wanted to take my lions that fell there." I was a little annoyed while choosing the items I would carry.

The earrings were a birthday gift from my mother when I was 7 years old and that's why red fur earrings became such a valuable item for me, I look good when I wear it especially with my yellow and slightly reddish hair at the ends.

From behind me my mother came by asking me because I looked like I was upset and that's right, I was a bit angry, indeed, but my anger was more towards sadness because I left my favorite things that were very valuable to me.

And from behind my mother my father also came holding my mother's shoulder with a small smile towards me and it was quite confusing because my father should also be trading in his bakery, but it turns out he's not working.

Starting from the color of hair, eyes, and, until my face does look very similar to my mother's as well my nature and personality is more towards my mother than with father which is why people are often mistaken in distinguishing us if they look from behind especially my own father.

That's why my mom always tied the end of her hair and put it on one part of her shoulder while I only wore a black ribbon on my head as a bandana for people to tell the two of us apart.

With a little talk with my parents in front of the room I then went running outside the house leaving the two of them standing in front of my room door to meet Luna and Lia who had been heard calling me from outdoors.

"So, are you ready?" I ask them both excitedly.

"It's already gone, sooner until it's finished sooner and sooner we go home to rest." Luna said to us as she walked.

Without lingering any longer after I went down to meet the two of them who were sitting waiting in the front seat of my house, the three of us immediately went to start our adventure journey looking for some medicinal herbs, the three of us walked to the city gate with each other's supplies according to our needs.

Along the city road while walking we met with other adventurous friends and greeted each other with smiles as well with a slight wave of hands, but not with Lia who is very energetic to respond to all the greetings because that is how her personality is.

By continuing to walk towards the city gate we thought a little about how to go to our destination in the forest in order to speed up our travel time, no exception with Lia who is still busy greeting everyone who passes by using her sweet smile

I then gave a little advice to join the merchant caravan to shorten our travel time because it was impossible for us to go just on foot to such a far place, at least hitchhiking to the outskirts of the road alone is very helpful.

Long enough we walked the city streets we finally saw the great wall of the city gate in front of us, and right before us Lia with a slightly surprised expression while pointing her hand pointed at someone like having recognized some of the faces that were in front of us sitting near a carriage of merchants and ran straight for the guy.

From afar I saw Lia who was very excited to talk to one of those people who looked like a woman, that person also occasionally stared at me and Luna while throwing her familiar smile at me, Lia seemed to be very happy while talking to that person like a close friend.

"I hear you need a ride, do you want to join our group?" rin said giving me a ride.

While sitting on a used wooden crate we talked to Rin who was also sitting eating the fruit in her hand while occasionally staring at the people who were preparing some crates of merchandise and stuffing them in into the wagon, we will all depart after the haul-off wagon is completed.

While Kie and I were talking to Rin about our departure, Lia just sat quietly behind the caravan cart next to Rin, occasionally biting on the apple with the cheerfulness she got from Rin, seeing her like that really calmed me down because Lia already did not look scared anymore, I just smiled with relief at her expression like that.

"Owh! hi Rhom." Said Lia greeting someone.

When the four of us were talking suddenly there was someone who came to us and of course as usual Lia immediately greeted him because he was someone we knew, that person was Rhom an adventurer who looked like a slacker, but he was actually quite a strong person.

"Woy Rin we're ready." Rhom told him.

"REally?!" ask Rin about that guy.

"Hahh... What is your job just sitting and relaxing Rin?"

"Why do you think I became like this?! do I need to remind you who's on guard every night along the way while you're all asleep enjoying each other's wonderful dream world so, what's wrong if I relax?!" rin said with a somewhat annoyed look.

Rin scolded Rhom right beside his ear and did not care much about Rhom also getting into the same horse carriage as me and Kie as well as Rin who was riding, but still with his angry state.
