The Battle Against Dismal Monsters

After an hour or two of rest, they all woke up and continued their journey to find a way out.

Along the way, they were several times hindered by the Caterpillar Monsters that were small in size but could be handled easily.

Even Claire also used a mana gun to kill the Caterpillar Monster because she felt useless because there was nothing to cure.

"Everything stopped. There's a huge amount of Dismal Monsters in the front room." Julian sensed the heat energy felt by his eyes.

Giganotosaurus is one of the most terrible predatory dinosaurs feared by other dinosaurs in ancient times.

It has small but sharp scales over its body as well as its two arms which are slightly larger than those of Tyrannosaurus.

However, Giganotosaurus is different from Tyrannosaurus from its hunting methods. Giganotosaurs were more likely to injure or rip apart prey whereas Tyrannosaurus directly killed it.

"Romar!!!" Julian roared loudly.

"Monster!?" The other people except Claire and Karina were shocked

Karina was indeed a little surprised because before Julian was only in hybrid form but her shock was not as great as those of the others.

"Don't mind that! Attack Dismal Monsters with your power!" Karina also started to move against Dismal Monster.

He pointed both his hands towards the nearby Dismal Monster and then appeared a golden-coloured lightning from his hand which struck the Dismal Monster.

Then slowly the wound in his abdomen began to recover but still needed rest because Healing was a minor healing spell while his wound was too severe.

Claire still could not use the powerful healing magic spell because she had only learned magic for one day.

Moreover, he had only learned from a simple guidebook and did not have an expert guiding and teaching him magic.

"Thank you..." The bearded man felt his pain begin to subside and immediately thanked Claire.

"Together." Claire smiled then she started using her mana gun again to help the others.

Then he used his tail to sweep the Dismal Monster beside him until it fell down and stepped on him with his feet.

The Dismal Monsters that Julian was fighting off died in such a horrible way that they did not even have time to shout.

Julian saw that there were three Dismal Monsters in front of him and suddenly he thought of something he really wanted to try.

He opened his mouth wide and collected mana in his throat.

"Fire Ball." Julian created a fireball in his mouth and then fired it towards the three Dismal Monsters in front of him.

"!!" The three Dismal Monsters could not avoid him and were exposed to the explosion of the Fire Ball.

However there was only one Dismal Monster that died because the two Dismal Monsters were using his comrades as a shield to block the impact of the Fire Ball explosion.

"?? - I thought they weren't intelligent beings." Julian was speechless with the Dismal Monster's second act.

However he paid no heed to it and advanced while opening his mouth and biting the two Dismal Monsters easily.

"Why is it that when I bite a monster in a dinosaur I don't feel disgusted or nauseous." Thought the new Julian realized that.

The fight against Dismal Monster lasted for 20 minutes before Julian finally completed the final Dismal Monster.

He immediately changed his form into a human and approached people who were injured due to the attack.

But Claire had already done healing to them and right now they only needed enough rest.

"Maybe it's because I'm too strong to realize that Dismal Monster is a powerful monster." Julian's mind when he saw that there were a lot of people injured.

Karina also appears to have some minor injuries and looks exhausted. He was not injured like the others probably because he was strong.

"As expected of a noble family." Julian was already convinced that Karina was from a noble family.

"Hm?" Julian's ears moved because he heard a voice.

Julian turned his legs into the legs of one of the fastest dinosaurs on earth in ancient times, the Velociraptor.

Then he ran to the road on the left because there are two roads, namely the left and right.

Julian arrived at a small room and he now knew why he had heard the sound of running water, there was a water source here.

Although he did not know why there could be a source of water in this Labyrinth, he did not care about it and stored his water in a water bag.

Then he went back to the previous room and gave the water to everyone because only a few of them brought water.

"Rest until it recovers, I feel that the path on the right will lead us to a more intense fight." Julian said, turning his legs into human legs again.

"Good job." Julian approached Karina.

"Haha, thank you, even though I'm not as good as you." Karina laughed a little.

Julian sat down in front of Karina and gave her a speech that aroused her spirit.
