The Almost Dead Alastor and the Other Demon Generals

"Damn it, I didn't think there was another variable that could get me cornered."

Alastor's voice came from inside the hole that resulted from the impact of the meteor fall. That meant Alastor was still alive even after receiving a two-way attack.

Julian and Oleus widened their eyes in the unlikely event that Alastor was alive. However, they thought that Alastor was using a magic item or something because there was no way that the demon body could survive the two great attacks.

The smoke disappeared, and Alastor was seen with a different appearance. The previously dark skin now became slightly light and there was a tattoo that resembled a magic pattern.

"That's..." Oleus narrowed his eyes.

"Do you know what that tattoo is, Mr Oleus?" ask Julian who thinks Oleus seems to know the tattoo.

"Yes. It was the power given by Demon King Boldax to the demons. Users who activate the tattoo will get twice the strength and endurance of his own but can only last for five minutes" Oleus said in a serious tone.

Julian frowned and asked, "Then why didn't Orobas activate it? Isn't he the demon general?"

"Hm, that's because the Demon King only gave tattoos to the demons that attracted him. Whether it's a lowly demon or a powerful demon, as long as the demon makes the Demon King interested, then the demon will be given a tattoo" Oleus explained.

"You! How can you have such incredible physical and magic power!? You're young and there's no way you have it just with talent or hard work!" alastor shouted while pointing towards Julian.

Julian pointed towards himself and said, "I? Well, I don't work hard, but I work smart."

Alastor who heard Julian's words frowned, "Work smart? Whatchu mean?"

Julian shrugged his shoulders, "Well, in short, I analyzed the enemy's strength and looked for a gap to fight him, then used a suitable magic spell to attack."

While Julian and Alastor were talking to each other, Oleus had already prepared a new magic spell. Julian did deliberately answer Alastor's question to buy time for Oleus.

"The Lightning God Hand!!" oleus shouted using a large-scale lightning element magic spell that used an awful lot of mana.

A huge golden-colored magic circle appeared above them. Then there were countless balls of lightning that gathered into the middle of the magic circle and merged with each other.

"Damn it!?" alastor shouted in a panicked tone.

Alastor panicked because he was a magician who had strong magic power but was weak in physical terms. That was why he had lost during the meteor and magma attack as both magic struck his body.

The magic circle above let out a huge roar, then the ball of lightning that merged earlier formed an enormous hand that was gold in color.

Alastor began to use all the defensive magic spells he had to block that huge lightning hand. He could not dodge because the magic used by Oleus was both large-scale magic as well as area magic.

All kinds of magic spells except time were used by Alastor. He even used his entire mana to make a sturdy defense.

"Gravity Pressure." Julian used the gravitational pressure to the area where Alastor was grounded so that Oleus' attack could fall down faster and for Alastor to feel the weight of gravity.

"Damn it!!! Out of the many witches why do I have to fight two witches who can use all the elements!!"

"Especially the young man who killed Orobas had a unique magic spell and I have never seen it before!!"

The variable was a woman wearing a skull mask with her long black hair and dark skin just like Alastor.

The woman was Quella, the third demon general who was the weakest demon general. But, he was a demon that was skilled in making magic objects and he was also the demon that the Demon King Boldax trusted the most.

Quella was given an order by the Demon King Boldax to check on Alastor's situation because supposedly to retrieve Orobas' body would not take much time.

Quella flew straight towards the palace but she only saw lowly demons fighting with the troops and did not see Alastor.

At that moment, he felt an extremely terrifying magic reaction. Then he flew to the source of the magic reaction and saw Alastor who was about to die from fighting one old man and one strange human.

Quella immediately took out a magic item from her storage ring and threw it towards the lightning hand that would kill Alastor.

The magic object was a magic item that had destructive power that could obliterate a single city. The magic item was used by Quella to eliminate that lightning hand..

"Quell!!" shouted Alastor who saw that his partner was coming.

"Alastor, you will be punished by the Demon King when we return" Quella said in an emotionless voice.

"I know, but I can't do anything either because they can both use all the elements and they use magic spells very efficiently" Alastor said in a frustrated tone.

"No matter what, let's go back. Forget about Orobas' body, he was defeated by humans and was already useless to the Demon King." Quella took out a swing of her hand and made a teleportation gate.

The two of them then entered into the teleportation gate. But before entering, Alastor looked at Oleus and Julian with a sharp gaze.

"Damn it!!" shouted Julian who was about to use a magic spell to destroy the teleportation gate so that they would not escape.

However, his shoulder was patted by Oleus. He turned and saw Oleus shaking his head.

Oleus said weakly, "It's useless, son. Instead we will be harmed if we fight two demon generals at once. Quella is the weakest general of the demons, but also the most dangerous because the magic objects she possesses are so many."

Julian took a deep breath and nodded. He was only upset that he could not kill Alastor when he was already dying and only needed one attack to kill him.

A few minutes after Alastor and Quella left, the royal witches came. But it was useless because the enemy had already left and their arrival was also in vain.

The witches arrived very late because none of them could use the space element. Because the space element is indeed very rare and it is the second rarest element after the time element.

Oleus then used the teleportation gate and moved them to Crosa City. Exactly because the demons had already been defeated and many of them had returned at Quella's behest.

Although the five heroes tried to chase after them, but it was in vain because it seemed like Quella was using her magic item to create a teleportation gate.
