ISHIHARA (Blind Color-Real Story)
The Rain of 4

Is there anything more sincere than rain ? Every drop of it that falls soaks the earth

without favoritism. Fall, and the drop falls where it should fall, for the heavens have divided it. Divide each

rain clouds for a thirsty hemisphere.

On a hot day, the city of Padang was suddenly flooded with rain. If you knew that, I would

will leave for the tutoring building early, like Adi. Today Adi got morning class. He was in a tutoring class a few hours ago. And now I feel trapped alone, on the terrace of the boarding house, staring at the droplet

rain on the roof. I predict the intensity of the rain. I waited

time for rain to subside. Because I have to go. Gotta go. Today is the announcement of try out SPMB. I want to see for myself how much of an obstacle I have to penetrate public medicine, like my father's pinta.

The rain did not stop. I extended my hand to the roof. The rain is still heavy. The grandmother who was

beside the house saw me standing with a backpack waiting for the rain to stop.

“Nak..” Call it. He waved his hand.

“Oh... Iyo Nek !” I rushed to him

it just so happened that the roof of our terrace was still linked. The boundary is just a waist-high wall.

“Iko ado payuang use first.” My grandmother's advice was to smile.

“Thank you, Grandma. Ambo return it.” My promise.

Then take the umbrella that Grandma gave him.

“Assalammualaikum Nek”

His answer followed my departure.

Step by step I'm gone. The sewer that the car can get into has now been filled by

water overflow. I walk carefully on the boundary of the highway that flows water, on the sidewalk that has also flowed water into the gutter.

I hold an umbrella. The wind that comes along with the vehicle. I must be careful because the cars sprinkle water from the wheels. Some of my pants are wet. I rolled it to the knee limit.

I have arrived at the tutoring building. Many friends gathered on the board

announcements. I'm looking for an empty notice board. There's one, an announcement on the wall of the building to the right near the parking lot. I walk there. Arriving, I saw many lists of names lined up, about a thousand more. Many because of the announcement of try out results sorted from all of these tutoring students in several branches in Padang City.

Starting from the rightmost list are the names with the best value. High School Children who come from the best High School in West Sumatra. List the most right of them all

graduate in the best university study programs on the island of Java, such as computer engineering, petroleum engineering, or medicine. Greatable. They were right all in 15 IPA math problems that I filled out at most were only four. What order am I in?

My eyeball moved to the second row on the right, nothing. Then next door

right again, and I found my name on 99th. Wah 99's. I didn't pass the first choice. But I passed the second choice of the Faculty of Medicine at the State University at the tip of Sumatra. Passing Grade 210, means my grade

more than 210. What about Adi ?. He was on the right, on the right again, nothing. I looked for it in the connection announcement at the bottom. He is in 400th place. He didn't pass.
