Is there a speck of hope to grasp the beauty of pregnancy?

Ivory said that before Grey heard all the hurtful things until he dyed. Grey also had time to expect all those shadows to be real. But all was not as he had hoped for a complete happiness, all the perfection that Grey had to pay dearly with another sacrifice that was ready to destroy the hope of a future that had terbesit so beautiful.

Ivory, the woman who once promised to stay by her side until she grew old, had to choose between herself and the child. And yes, which mother would want their child to leave before even having a chance to see the glitter of the world? Ivory took a unilateral decision. She chose the baby, and Grey kept Ivory quiet for months on the decision.

The court physician advised Ivory to shed the baby in her stomach, as Ivory's health worsened during pregnancy. But Ivory refused. She chose to keep the baby and let herself go through that difficult pregnancy despite the weight of—or maybe, very heavy.

Today, thanks to the help of several maids who were willing to take her to where Grey was, Ivory was able to look at the face she missed so much. Grey actually embodies his vow to no longer care for Ivory because she does not want to listen to Grey's opinion and choose her own wishes despite neglecting safety.

Grey is indifferent, he considers no one and keeps a check on some tax papers or other important papers that he needs to approve. More than that, Ivory still stared at the face of the husband who looked tired, and now looks shrouded in discomfort since his presence here.

A smile re-emerged on his increasingly thin and pale face when he found Grey accidentally glancing at him. He was so happy Grey was secretly watching him there. Ivory will always smile for Grey even if the man doesn't see.

“Have you heard the story about the lucky one and the lucky one?” ivory asked though she was sure she would still not be heard.

Grey indifferent. He was busy with himself without caring Ivory who started a conversation with him.

“Si is lucky who apparently did not get anything, and the stump who received many miracles from a sacrifice.”

Grey stopped his finger when he heard that. The bead shines sharply towards Ivory, who is now greeted by a warm smile on the lips that still looks charming to Grey, though passive.

“Si butts who at that time handed a jewel to the lucky one because he— feel sorry, got a reply a bunch of expensive diamonds that he could make to connect his life in the future.”

Grey stared at Ivory's presence. She thought she was crazy enough to put herself in danger. He guessed the purpose and direction of the talk of the frail woman sitting in the corner of his work room.

“My husband,”

All this time, Ivory had never called him that. Grey's bead contact centers on Ivory's face, which she misses deeply, even though she hates him. Ah, maybe he's wrong for hating women as good as Ivory. A woman who is willing to give up her life for the sake of the baby she contains.

“Do not talk convolutedly. Tell me what your purpose is to come here, after that return to your place.” he said sharply, full of emphasis on long sentences that whipped without feeling.

Ah, it's common. Ivory could hold back the sentence and throw away at the deepest and darkest place in the bottom of her heart.

“I will soon give birth to our child,” Ivory deliberately paused, waiting for Grey's response when he mentioned the baby in his womb was their child, which Grey usually blatantly denies. “I, I want to apologize if I make the decision as I please. I'm sorry.”

Ivory bowed. Her ten fingers crammed into each other's brucets attached to her favorite bone-white dress and trembled as she waited for Grey's response. He only hoped Grey would forgive and accept the baby he gave birth to, as a child.

“Already? Now leave me alone. Dayang..”

Grey's cry calling out to the lady came to a halt as Ivory raised her thin, dry arm, gesturing for Grey to give her a little longer to convey what she had kept in her heart for the past nine months. Especially a sincere apology from Grey.

The tears that had dried up, now wet his cheeks again. He had not expected that the Grey he knew, who loved him so much, would turn out to hate him in the blink of an eye.

“I want you to take good care of this child I gave birth to, if I really don't—”

“Enough! Get out of this place. It's dayang! Quickly bring queen Ivory back to her room!” his word to the two ladies' presences that just appeared after he shouted loudly.

“I beg you, promise to love her, without looking at myself to her, if you do hate me. Please, don't equate this child with me.”

“ARE YOU DEAF? QUICKLY TAKE HIM OUT OF THIS PLACE!” his shout boomed because he could not see Ivory's condition any longer than it is today. He was eager to run and hug her, saying the word 'Yes. Of course I will love not only our son, but also you, wholeheartedly. Forever.' in Ivory's ear. However, the ego is actually more he maintains. And he hopes that all these disappointing attitudes will not be regretted later.

Jesus, Grey is eager to run towards Ivory and sweep her up when the three maids help Ivory stagger unbalanced while bringing the skinny body to her feet. Grey threw his face away as their beads intersected unexpectedly, and Ivory smiled back at him. On the next occasion, he heard a soft and soft voice greeting the Grey perungu.

“I love you, husband.” Ivory said that. Always expressing her never-diminished love for Grey.

After that, Ivory disappeared behind the tightly clenched thick brown teak door. Grey blindly. He throws whatever is on the table. Her chest of flowers deflated the turmoil that hurt feelings. Grey doesn't want things to turn out like this. He wants everyone to be happy with him, including Ivory.

...***...

And look at how much of a loser he is right now. She lets Ivory struggle alone through the difficult days of conceiving their future child. While he himself prefers to review the location of the manufacture of reservoirs in the Geolili area, the most end of the Geogini region in order to avoid Ivory.

How could he be this stupid? How could he turn into a bad person? Hurt the woman he loved so much just for conceiving a child he should not have defended with his life.

There is so much guilt that it swerves Grey's heart when it remembers all of his crimes against Ivory. All the kindness, the happiness, the love, the love he got from Ivory, he had to pay back this instant.

Grey massaged his heavy temple. Biting his lower lip so as not to shake and make his eye pelup wet. He was selfish, and, evil.

Nine months, not a minute. And he let Ivory get through the trouble that long. Is Grey worthy of being called a human? Or, he was indeed a human, without feeling.

Grey put his head on the table, between the folds of his arms. His heart thumped when he imagined the cry of a baby. I don't know why he suddenly thought about it. The tiny beautiful baby was in his arms, writhing, smiling without cause, and crying thirsty because he was in his arms for too long. She saw Ivory smiling, asking the baby from her to feed her milk. The Ivory he so dearly loved waved at him. A wave that looks like a farewell.

His footsteps walked over, still staring fixedly at the woman sitting on one side of the bed with a gentle smile that he was very fond of. The closer, the smile grew more and more faint. Ivory turned into a shadow that slowly disappeared. And just before the shadow completely disappeared, the pale lips said 'sorry, ' repeatedly. Grey tries to keep Ivory's shadow from going out of sight, reaches for empty air, then makes his knees fall on the floor. Grey cried stifled without a sound. Once again linking the view right where Ivory sat a moment ago. She.s sorry.

The sound of knocking on the door woke him from sleep. Ah, apparently he fell asleep after putting his head on the table. And that dream, hopefully, is just an empty dream that becomes a sleeping flower, filling the sound that accidentally snatches consciousness when dusk begins to turn dark.

Luckily someone knocked on the door. So, he no longer needed to see the continuation of that chest-stifling dream. Grey got up, walked around the table and towards the door that was still tightly clenched.

The soldier nodded steadily. His lips trembled when he wanted to make a sound, until the voice he wanted to convey, was swallowed again.

“Sa-I just received news from the palace.”

Grey squeaking. Did something happen in the palace? It should not, everything is conducive.

“Ra-queen Ivory, give birth to your daughter.” continued the soldier stammered.

The heart that had originally felt cold and frozen, felt melted after hearing the news. Ivory gave birth, a baby girl who must be very beautiful like her mother. It turned out that the dream he had just experienced, came true.

”Tapi—”

Buty?

Never say if the empty dream really incarnated into an absolute reality that he could not avoid.

“But what?” jolt Grey, already impatiently waiting for the next sentence to be said by the soldier.

“But..Queen Ivory, can not be saved.”.

Excuse me...

Excuse me...

Excuse me...

One sentence Ivory spoke several times in his dream became a terrible scourge in the little heart of Grey who is currently afflicted with a raining pain.

His body is backward. A regret that he once feared, has now become real. His lips were gaping, his lungs were so hard to scoop up oxygen that they stuck in a very painful tightness.

Ivory, whom he loved and loved very much, left him.

Ivory, so precious in her life, left without her consent. Again he behaved as he wanted to, left without consent and decided it was all one-sided.

From this point on, Grey knows that selfishness is utterly lost to the meaning of a sacrifice in love. A sacrifice that will make all realize how great the meaning of presence and sincerity is.

Ivory, who sacrificed herself for the next life,

Ivory is so precious,

Ivory loved him, though,

Ivory is the source of his happiness,

Ivories...

Go leave him, forever. []
