Lucky's still on Gliese's planet right now. Gliese is similar to Earth in that it is in the Goldilocks zone where surface temperatures allow water to support life on Earth. Gliese has extraterrestrial life similar to human life. The planet is 20.4 light-years away, equivalent to 193 trillion kilometers from Earth.

Lucky is preparing to leave for Earth. He had obtained permission from the leader of his nation, The Watcher.

The Watcher is the name of a species of cosmic power that exists in the universe. They were joined in a group called the Council of the Watchers which contained many of The Watchers. But because of an event that befell the universe, this species was destroyed. And currently only leaves one The Watcher, who is the leader on the planet Gliese.

As a cosmic being, The Watcher has the ability to penetrate space and time and even the multiverse. This made them know all sorts of things.
