Part 35 | Cheating?

The smile on the red lips of the woman in black dress widened when she saw the figure of the handsome man she was waiting for entering the restaurant and walking towards her desk.

"Hello David, how are you?" sweep it gently.

Surprise looks on the handsome face of Lee who just knew that who will invite him to cooperate is his former lover, Georgina. The woman who left him to pursue a career in Russia. Though at that time their relationship began to step into a serious level, almost engaged.

"Shock huh?" asked Georgina while chuckling, looking at Lee's face.

"Long time not see," muttered Lee faintly with a facial expression that was difficult to interpret. The man then shifted the chair a little further away from the table before sitting on it.

"Well, how are you?" greet Georgina while shaking the glass filled with coffee that he had used to wet his dry throat waiting for Lee who never arrived.

"As you can see, I'm fine" replied Lee flatly and he did not ask Georgina back because he did not care about the life of the woman who had abandoned him.

"Now straight away, where is the proposal for the cooperation?"

Georgina breathed a rough breath, in her heart she wanted to invite Lee to have a casual chat first. But the man instead ordered him to immediately issue a proposal submission of cooperation that he brought from his agency. He put the proposal into Lee's hands.

"This is the proposal, please check it before it is signed" said Georgina.

After reading the contents of his proposal Lee agreed and without ba-bi-bu he immediately signed the proposal. So, from that moment DSL Beauty Care has officially collaborated with the agency Georgina.

"Welcome to join DSL Beauty Care, Mrs. Georgina." Lee's heavy voice made Georgina's heart rustle, she still harbored a longing for the man.

Georgina smiled sweetly then extended her hand towards Lee. As a formality, Lee shook Georgina's hand, Georgina unexpectedly took advantage of the opportunity to hug Lee. Though brief, the hug managed to upset Lee. But somehow he could not be angry because he knew that such a hug was already considered commonplace by people who had lived long abroad like Georgina.

"I hope that our cooperation lasts a long time and produces great financial results" Georgina said meaningfully.

"I hope so, too" said Lee, thinning his lips, forcing himself to smile in reticence.

Unbeknownst to Lee, in the restaurant there are many camera journalists who are recording together with Georgina secretly. Naturally, Georgina is an artist and singer who is quite popular in the country. So, wherever he went, there were always reporters secretly covering him from afar. Especially now Georgina goes without a bodyguard and meets Lee who incidentally is a successful businessman who is famous among the community.

I think, my rival in your heart is just Ma'am Aisyah, it turns out there is more... For what number of times have I felt lied to you, Mas."

"It seems that indeed I can't hope much with you Mas, because the edges of my hopes are always broken by your deviant behavior*," inwardly Kanaya who felt betrayed.

"Nay, you're not a papa, are you?" chica asked worriedly seeing Kanaya quiet with a blank look.

"I am first, excuse me" Kanaya replied in a raucous voice. The girl then left without waiting for a response from Chica.

"Pity him," Chica murmured as she looked at Kanaya's back which was getting further and further away from her sight.

Kanaya continued to wipe the tears that melted on her cheeks because she did not want to look weak in front of people who were busy talking about her husband's affair. He must be strong, must not be weak and must dare to face his problems, the words continue to appear in his brain.

After eating Georgina suddenly held onto her forehead while complaining, "Oh, my head is dizzy, like vertigo I'm relapsing."

Georgina asks Lee for help sitting next to her. "You don't want to take me home to the apartment, I can't drive the car in a dizzy state."

Lee was silent for a moment to think before finally nodding in pity at the sight of Georgina who seemed to be completely dizzy. Nor did she catch the aura of lies on Georgina's face, she was so good at deceiving people. Had the woman brought a bodyguard, Lee would not have been willing to drive her all the way to the apartment.

"Oh, I think I'm going to stagger," Georgina fought with a grimace holding her forehead, "My eyes go round and round" he added with a clear face.

"If you don't mind...." Without waiting for Georgina to finish her sentence, Lee immediately embraced Georgina's shoulder and loaded the woman into an elevator that would take them to the basement where her car was tucked away.

Georgina cheered in her heart, because she managed to grab Lee's attention in a way that was fairly easy, just pretending vertigo, Lee immediately worried about her.

"Don't Lee still love me?" inner Georgina is too confident.

Upon arrival at the basement, Lee opens the door and helps Georgina get inside. After that he rushed to turn on the car engine and came out of the basement feeling anxious. But not worrying about Georgina's condition, but worried because in the elevator there was a person who secretly photographed towards him and Georgina.

If the photo goes to the gossip media page, it will definitely go viral everywhere. Kanaya will definitely misunderstand and think she is having an affair. Lee was afraid that it would happen because he knew how hard it was to make Kanaya melt down and trust her again.
