Chapter 12 - The Togetherness of Kirana and Jeffran

After arriving at the hospital, Jeffran and Kirana immediately looked for where the room where her mother was in care, until the woman's eyes saw her neighbor who was sitting in the waiting chair, kirana hurriedly approached her, following Jeff behind her.

"Auntie, how's Mama?" Kirana asked with a gasp of breath, the look on her face implying to such obvious worry.

"Your mother is still in the doctor's care." Replied her neighbor's aunt Kirana, as soon as she saw Kirana the middle-aged woman immediately stood up from her seat.

"So how did Auntie find Mama?"

"So Bibi wanted to do chicken opor made by aunt for your mother breakfast, but aunt instead found Mama you were lying on the floor." It was obvious that Kirana's crying broke.

Unbearable, Jeff grabbed Kirana's body into his arms, trying to calm the woman down. Kirana also did not refuse, she did need a backrest at this time.

"Don't cry, your mother will be fine. Trust me, everything's gonna be fine." Jeffran whispered in Kirana's ear, gently rubbing the woman's back.

Kirana is really beautiful, although her appearance is very simple, far from the ideal type she used to be.

Before long, the door opened and featured two men dressed in all-white, with masks covering his face.

"Nita's Mother's family?"

"I'm his son, Doc." Kirana answered quickly, the woman immediately stood up from her seat and approached the doctor, as well as Jeffran.

"Look, Miss, your mother's health is getting worse."

"Then how should the doctor? Just do what's best for my mom." Answer Kirana.

"Mom Miss must be in surgery soon, otherwise things will get worse."

"It can be paid off two days after the operation, we're worried that if it's not taken care of immediately, your mother's life is in danger."

"Do the operation Doc, do your best." Kirana answered confidently, out of nowhere she would get her money, that she would think about later, which was clear now her mother had to be dealt with immediately.

"We will prepare all procedures for its operation, please go to the administration section for registration and sign the operation license." 

"Excuse me, I'd like to apply for surgery registration." 

"Well miss, please fill in the data. Put an autograph here, miss." Kirana complies and immediately fills out the patient data on behalf of Nita, her mother.

"Well Miss, for her administration must be paid off a maximum of one week after the operation is completed." 

"Well, I understand." Kirana nodded and left, while Jeffran only looked at the woman from the waiting chair. 

"Are you okay, Kirana?"

"Nobody's okay, sir." She answered, hiding her face with both hands.

"You must be strong, Kiran." 

"I'm fragile right now, sir." 

"Yes, I know. Nothing's okay at a time like this, let alone being the only parent you have." 

"It hurts so bad, sir." Kirana complains to Jeffran who incidentally is no one to Kirana, only foreigners who are bound by the relationship of superiors and subordinates.

Kirana turned her head and looked at the man's sad face, she reflexively rubbed the man's arm. 

"I'm so sorry, sir."

"A few years ago, I didn't know you, sir. I'm still in college too, haven't worked with you."

"Yes, too." Jeff said, he chuckled softly, making Kirana smile small. 

"You look better when you laugh." Kirana's chirps made Jeffran's laughter recede instantly.

"really?" 

"Wh-wha?" Kirana asked stammeredly, she had not consciously said that just now.

"You said I look good when I laugh, is that true?"

"H-eah? When did I say it?"

"Oh, forget it. But my ears are still functioning very well, so can hear clearly what you said just now." 

'My mouth how can I floss gini anyway? Aahhh shame, I want to feel like I'm drowning my face in the bed.' Kirana patted her own lips, why did she slip up anyway? If the man misunderstood how? Aishh.

'You're too adorable, Kirana.' Inner Jeff, he smiled at the manner of Kirana who patted his lips.

At the very least, the woman could forget her sadness of the goods for a moment. Although Jeff knows, if this only applies temporarily, he will definitely feel sad again.
