Chapter 49 - Jeff's Regret

Kirana fell asleep, forgetting for a moment the pain and sadness of losing her first child with Jeff, although not expected but it still hurts, right? Considering the child is innocent, the guilty one is his or her parents.

As for Jeffran, he decided to leave for out of town tonight as well. He went home to pack up and say goodbye to his wife.

"Darling, I'm leaving tonight huh.." The queen who was already asleep, faintly sensed the sound of her husband, instantly opening her two eyes slowly.

"Mas, just got home?" Queen asked, she glanced at the new wall clock showing at 3am.

"Dear, Mas's departure out of town is accelerating. So you have to go there tonight." Jeff replied, he stuffed some of his clothes into a suitcase.

"Be careful on Mas road, leaving in good health, going home must also be in good health."

"Yes, of course, baby. Go first, see you in 3 days. I love you." Jeffran kissed his wife's friendly forehead, then went out of the room by dragging his suitcase.

Queen stared at the back of her husband who disappeared behind the door, feeling something strange with her husband. Does that guy have a problem that makes him want to avoid? But what it is, he did not know just to guess without daring to ask further.

Jeff was on his way to the airport, he was staring straight ahead with a blank stare. There was only silence accompanying them throughout their journey from the mansion to the airport, making Mr. Amar who knows the problem of his master was choosing to stay silent rather than spray his boss who was in the midst of the turmoil.

"Master, it's here." Jeff glanced to the side, sure enough he was already in the airport area.

"Thank you sir, I'll go first." Look at Jeff at his driver.

"Be careful on the road, sir." Jeff just nodded and went away from in front of Mr. Amar.

Jeff chose to avoid Kirana first, he did not want to hurt the woman with his scathing words, but in fact Kirana was hurt with his words that seemed to blame her for the departure of her child.

In short, Jeff was already sitting on a plane that was a few minutes away from taking off. Jeff became quiet, he was also moody. His plan of love with Kirana failed already, Kirana also did not take her to the airport like his plan, all of her failed miserably.

"Kiran, I'm sorry I left without saying goodbye. I'd better get away from you first, so disappointed in all this." Jeff muttered, he pulled out his phone. Staring at the flash of Kirana's photo that she took secretly as the two attended the meeting at the full-star cafe, Kirana looked beautiful though from the side. But she was already disappointed in the woman, she deactivated her smart phone and re-inserted the sophisticated object into her pants pocket.

Jeff decides to sleep throughout his journey, forgetting a moment to his disappointment in Kirana. Although he realized that this was not Kirana's fault, but he also took part in this matter. He who is so ignorant of places, wherever he wants it, he does it without caring about Kirana, he is so selfish and only cares about his lust.

At the hospital, Doctor Bima tried to call Kirana's number but none of her calls were picked up by the beautiful woman.

"Isshh, where is Kirana." Mumbled Doctor Bima, he again tried to call Kirana's number again, but still not picked up as well.

"Is it possible to still sleep? But at this hour, Kirana's here." Doctor Bima saw a clock that was coiled in his hand showing at 8 o'clock more, almost 9 am. It was too late to go to work.

"Let's call again." Dr. Bima muttered and then left the room of Nita's mother.

Kirana had just woken up from her deep sleep, she grimaced softly. His stomach felt so pained, there was a wound scraping inside him.

"It was noon." Kirana muttered while looking around, she sighed in disappointment. He hoped Jeff was here waiting for him, but it turns out the man doesn't exist. It was also wrong to expect too much of the man.

"Don't expect too much, Kirana. Self-conscious man's husband, isshh you're this." His murmuring while patting his forehead was quite loud.

The door opens, featuring the nurse in her all-white uniform. She smiled sweetly when she saw Kirana was awake and was also looking towards her.

"Good morning, Miss Kirana. How, does anything hurt?"

"Silver stomach, it hurts so much." 

"That's natural Miss, yesterday was Miss out on kiret."

"Kirets? What'sthat?" Kirana asked him, he knows what it is.

"Taking Miss's fetus from inside the womb, so her pain must be due to the scratches of medical devices."

"But no stitches, Sus?"

"No miss, because the doctor's hand went straight inside."

"H-uh?"

"Already Miss, this is breakfast and medicine that you should drink. For the next week you're treated here." The nurse's advice.

"I'm going home now, Sus. I have to see the state of my mother in the hospital, Sus."

"I can't ban you Miss, but Miss has to redeem the medicine first. Breakfast first." Said the nurse.

After breakfast and eating her medicine, Kirana asks the nurse to open her infusion, she has to go home. He doesn't want to stay in this place.

Kirana was limping, even so she kept trying hard. He doesn't want to trouble anyone, or depend on anyone. He made up for the drugs with his own money, got out of the hospital and took a taxi to get to the hospital where his mother was being treated.

Briefly, the taxi that brought Kirana to the front of the hospital, the woman came down after paying her fare according to the argo. Again Kirana had trouble walking, almost fell if only a pair of burly hands did not catch her quickly. Kirana looked up, apparently Doctor Bima who accidentally passed by and saw Kirana had trouble organizing her own steps, she ran and sure enough that she did not move quickly Kirana must have fallen.

"You okay, Kiran?" Ask Doctor Bima with worry.

"No Doc, thank you for helping me." Kirana lirih.

"Your face is pale, are you sick?"

"No, I'm fine. How's my mom doing, Doc?" 

"It's still like yesterday, Kiran. Where the hell have you been? I called you this morning, but you didn't pick it up at all. You're all right, right? Do you have a problem?"

"No doctor, I'm fine. Excuse me doc." Kirana continued her steps slowly. She forced her stride, a struggle long enough to get to her mother's room in the care of her.

Doctor Bima looked at Kirana who seemed strange, she walked very slowly as if she was hiding something, occasionally holding her stomach and also there was plaster on the back of her hand.

'Somehow you're having trouble with Kirana, but my heart doesn't feel like you're okay. Even from your gaze, I know there is sadness that you are trying to hide. Hope you can get through your trials as best you can.' Inner Doctor Bima. He turned around and left because there was an important phone call from someone.

Kirana opened the door to her mother's room, but she was shocked to death when she saw who was sitting on the sofa with a straight look towards her.

"Good day."

"Yes, noon. Where the hell have you been?" Ask her, who else if it wasn't Sam who had not been kapok after being kicked and slapped by Jeff, the man still wanted Kirana.

"It's none of your business!" Kirana answered briefly, she placed her sling bag on the nightstand. Open the bottle and drink the contents to the toilet.

"You thirsty?"

"Because I drink, it means I'm thirsty. Just like you don't know?" Turn Kirana around with a sniffle.

"Why do you always sniff at me, Kiran? As for Jeff, you turned into a gentle woman. Do you like that guy? Realize Kiran, he's a married man."

"Like it or not it's my business, it's none of your business. So stop meddling in my business! You won't be on the payroll for taking care of my business." Cetus Kirana made Sam shut up.

"Go, please. I really don't want to see you, I don't like any guy being rude."

"I'm sorry, I really don't intend to do that to you. Really, Kiran!"

"Don't talk to me or see me again, I'm tired of wanting a break." Kirana replied without looking at Sam.

"Well, I hope you can forgive me."

"Go." Get rid of Kirana again. Sam also left Kirana's mother's nursery, carrying a sense of regret.

Kirana laid her tired body on the bed, occasionally she glanced towards her mother who was still lying weakly without moving in the slightest, she so missed her mother's carousel figure.

"Mom, I miss you. I really don't have a backrest, a place to moan. Where else would you go with Mom." Kirana muttered, with teary eyes.

On the other side of the world, Jeff had just arrived at the hotel. He stayed over after landing a few minutes ago, he sighed. Feels heavy, especially there he avoids big problems. Not that he did not want this problem to drag on, but seeing Kirana instantly his heart felt tight.

Jeff laid his body on the soft bed, staring at the ceiling of the room he occupied. Her heart was hesitant, she missed Kirana so much but her ego said do not contact the woman before her heart felt calm.

"Kiran, I'm sorry. I miss you so much right now, I really didn't mean to hurt you with my words." Jeff muttered, he stared at the woman's photo on his cell phone. It was all he could do, eager to hug the woman but what power.

He was too hasty to act because he was overcome with emotions, he only realized that Kirana must feel alone now. There was no one waiting for him in the hospital, how is he doing now? His internal wound must have been very painful.

Kiran, I miss." What Jeff can do, he's out of town right now. Want to contact first he prestige, so can only condemn his stupidity in making rash decisions without talking about this matter properly.
