Lawyer And Boss Miras

Lawyer And Boss Miras
Enviousness

Archi enters his parked car behind the shelter, Jay is waiting there.

The man sat side by side, staring out the window. His face looks angry, maybe he is disturbed by the presence of Archi in this place. The girl then told her driver to get out so she could have a one-on-one conversation with Jay.

"Have missed? Want to continue what was not yesterday?" Archi Goda.

Jay only glanced at him a glance, the man exhaled a long breath. It was obvious that he was trying to control his emotions.

"When have you been here?" jay asked who did not want to look at Archi.

"Since the fire. I went back and forth from Seattle here to provide moral and material relief." Archi smiled meaningfully. "Thanks to me, the pathetic people who are in this place can eat and have a shelter."

"I know you have other goals."

"Yes," said Archi. "Calm down, I'm not gonna tell Dad. So, the woman will stay safe" Archi said.

"What do you mean safe? She falls victim to a fire and has to lose the only son she has," angered Jay.

"And you're mad about that? You guys are married, right? That means that the daughter's son is also your son." Archi regulated his breathing. "How can you make fun of me while your wife is in mourning for the loss of her son?"

Like being slapped by that remark, Jay could only fall silent. The pain that he had in his chest was now again agonizing.

He can't do that trick. What is depicted on his current figure is just a depraved man who has no empathy at all.

"I also wonder how you can act like nothing happened. Did you really get into that acting?" added Archi.

"Yes. I'm not a good man, that's why you should reject this matchmaking" Jay said.

Archi looked down, his tears almost came out but the girl held him back. "It's okay. In the end, it's the woman you're gonna leave."

Jay glanced back, he massaged his temple. Dizziness suddenly attacked, making Jay unable to think clearly at this time.

"What do you really like about the widow?" ask Archi.

"You'll never understand" Jay replied.

The man shook Archi's hand just like that. He doesn't want to be touched at the moment. Jay's situation is so confusing, it's like swimming in the middle of the ocean. It was difficult to pull back over, but to continue the journey was so heavy because he was already dying.

"When was the child born?" ask Archi.

At that time Jay was more surprised, did Dara tell Archi too much? The girl seemed to know everything.

"What do you mean?" Jay did not answer.

"The child in the woman's womb is your child, right?" ask Archi. "So that's why you got married. You always take the time to meet her. I know, it must be because of that kid, right?"

"No. That's because I love him" Jay replied.

Archi smiled as the tears he had been holding since had melted down his cheeks. Her heart ached hearing that right out of Jay's mouth.

"I envy her..."

...ΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩ...

The night came so fast. The refugees prepared to sleep in their own places. The lighting in the place was minimal. Coupled with the presence of nearly a hundred people who inhabited the place, making the air inside it even hotter.

When she was about to close her eyes in the heat, Dara felt the winds pounding her skin. He looked up to find Jay who was currently sitting while fanning him with a piece of cardboard. The man smiled, then rubbed Dara's hair.

"Sleep. I'll make you not hot" Jay said.

Dara nodded and smiled, the woman then began to close her eyes.

In his dream he woke up. An all-white room greeted Dara's vision.

He looked up when he realized Jay was standing next to him. The man smiled, in his hand carrying a very nice black winter coat.

"Do you intend to give me that coat?" ask Dara.

Jay shakes. "It's mine."
