Legend of the Heavenly Fruit

Legend of the Heavenly Fruit
Eps. 5 — Physical Forging Exercises

The flow of energy in divided into two is the energy in Yin and the energy in Yang.

The warriors in the martial world know a lot of energy in only one flow, namely energy in Yang, it is enough in the fingers because so far there is no one who has energy in Yin.

Zhou Yuan knew it was a coincidence from his teacher, otherwise he might not know it even in ancient books.

The energy in Yin is the inner energy that is opposite to the energy in Yang, if the energy in Yang absorbs the essence of nature then the Energy in Yin absorbs the essence of the sky.

The energy within Yin was only created by a special body named the Sky King Body, Zhou Yuan was confident that his body in this second life was the body of the Sky King.

Zhou Yuan became enthusiastic when he sensed that fact. He did not expect that fate in this second life would have such a very special body.

Zhou Yuan did not go straight to sleep after that but rather wanted to practice again, this time he wanted to increase his physical strength with the physical forging science.

"Although I've become a swordsman at this age, my physique is nothing more than an ordinary snot..." Zhou Yuan glanced around his body, reminded of the strength of himself in his first life he had a sturdy physical form.

There is a lot to be improved starting from the bones, muscles, blood, marrow, and the last one is the five senses.

This increase will take a lot of time, almost takes years.

Almost all warriors would definitely do a physical forging like this from the age they were young.

Generally there is a difference between an ordinary man and a swordsman that is physical strength and internal energy.

Those who are not destined to become warriors tend to have physical strength like humans in general because they do not have inner strength while those who become warriors can do something beyond the physical capacity of ordinary humans like jumping very high, running as fast as the wind or lifting a big rock with your bare hands.

The physical strength of a swordsman could be increased again to an even stronger stage with physical forging techniques.

There are many ways to practice physical forging techniques for a swordsman, generally they will take resources to facilitate the training.

Zhou Yuan was not so, because of the conditions and circumstances that did not allow him to have his own way from his teacher, namely by controlling his inner strength.

This forging technique requires a lot of energy in and also a person's mental, when the process of improvement occurs a person will feel great pain, therefore resources are needed because to relieve this pain.

Zhou Yuan again sat down cross-legged before starting to concentrate using the profound energy on his body. The first time he would train was to improve the quality of his bones.

The bones of a swordsman will be remodeled using deep energy to become more sturdy. In the martial world, fractures are not foreign injuries because bone strengthening is very important.

Zhou Yuan had his own technique in improving the quality of his bones which was using the Diamond Bone Technique.

The Diamond Bone Technique was a technique that his teacher had taught him in his first life.

That technique could make Zhou Yuan possess extremely strong physical strength, when the technique perfectly fused with his entire bones, Zhou Yuan was confident that he could kill someone with just a single blow.

In the first life Zhou Yuan had not perfectly changed his bones with the Diamond Bone Technique, but in this second life he made sure he could do it.

"Arghh! It hurts more than I thought..."

Zhou Yuan bit his lips as the process of his bone reshuffle occurred, cold sweat pouring out in every pore of his body while enduring such intense pain.

The reshuffle only took fifteen minutes but it was enough to make Zhou Yuan almost lose consciousness.

After a successful bone reshuffle, he has now changed the color of the bone to be whiter than before.

Zhou Yuan suddenly sighed, unable to hide the disappointment of knowing the bone increase only changed 0.01% of his bone.

Because of the low level of his inner strength Zhou Yuan could not train for longer, his entire inner strength had also been exhausted when the bone reshuffling process occurred.

Not to mention Zhou Yuan's mentality was also drained of fatigue, with his 3-year-old physique perhaps he could only train for two days once.

Zhou Yuan tried to calm his still hunting breath, even though he was exhausted and a little disappointed but he was not discouraged.

It will take a long time in improving the quality of the bones but as long as he trains will not rule out the possibility of his strength so it continues to increase.

***

For the next four years Zhou Yuan continued to improve his bones with the Diamond Bone Technique.

Within four years that Zhou Yuan had managed to change all parts of his bones to a stronger level, at least Zhou Yuan's bones had been successfully altered by 19%.

"I think this is enough..." Zhou Yuan rubbed the sweat on his forehead after he practiced.

At the age of seven, due to his diligent training, Zhou Yuan's physical strength had equaled that of an adult's might even be more.

Of course Zhou Yuan hid his strength from anyone, he only practiced in his room every night without his parents knowing.

During the training Zhou Yuan's body developed for the better, for a 7-year-old he had a body that was higher than his age should be.

Zhou Yuan was currently sitting cross-legged on a boulder near his home garden when a servant came to him with intermittent breathing.

"Young master, it turns out you're here..."

The servant came in a slightly limp tone, his breathing gasping after he searched Zhou Yuan for almost the entire corner of the Zhou household.

"Auntie is there something?" Zhou Yuan jumped off the stone and approached the maid, Zhou Yuan gave her water to drink.

"Young master, it's not necessary, I'm not tired should the drinking water for young master..."

Zhou Yuan shook his head slowly. "Drink Auntie, you seem to need this water more than I do."

The maid was one of the nannies who had accompanied Zhou Yuan since infancy, she certainly respected him as much as she did to her mother.

Despite feeling heavy at the end of the day the servant drank the water Zhou Yuan gave him, not forgetting to thank his young master.

The servant was no longer surprised by Zhou Yuan's attitude, not only was he notoriously kind to his servants and did not look down on them but Zhou Yuan was also an intelligent child and always mature.

"Auntie, is there anything you want to tell me?" Zhou Yuan again asked after the servant calmed down.

The waiter nodded. "Young master, Madam and Mister Yao are looking for you right now and ordered us to deliver a message for the Young Master to face him right now..."

Zhou Yuan's forehead crinkled when he heard the servant's explanation, from his words he was called by his parents because there was something important and it was related to martial talent.
