Eps. 57 — Yue Linxia
While Zhou Yuan was still in Hana City, where the Green Bamboo Sect was, a woman was training with her sword.
The woman was about fourteen years old, had a slender body with her long hair up to waist. Wearing her white dress, the girl looked graceful while training near the waterfall.
The woman's face looks sweet, has white skin as white as snow in winter. Although still young, her beauty already looks perfect like a mature girl in general.
Yue Linxia, that was the name of the girl, a woman who had an eye of discernment in her gaze.
When the girl played her sword, suddenly her swing stopped, the look of her eyes changed and she drew her sword in one direction.
"When do you want to hide?" Speak Linxia sharply.
Before long Yue Linxia spoke, behind the large rock not far from the girl practicing, there were two women who appeared behind it.
"Sister Yue forgive our confusion..." The two women hurriedly put their hands together, fearing a misunderstanding. "We're just here to watch your swordplay, that's all."

The two women hesitated for a moment before finally nodding honestly.
"Sister Yue, is it true that you are engaged, he said your future fiance is heading here now and wants to enter the competition in our sect?"
Yue Linxia frowned, slightly surprised when they suddenly discussed something sensitive to him. "how did you guys know that information?"

Linxia believes that if he talks about his rejection of the engagement then his parents will be angry, but still he wants to express his objections to them.
"Wouldn't it be too soon Brother Yue, you should at least see your future fiance first, who knows maybe you'll change your mind or he's very tam-..."
Not yet the woman finished her words, Linxia immediately gave a sharp gaze that made both of them swallow while sweating coldly.

The two girls did not continue the question anymore, probably due to the conscious mood Linxia started to deteriorate so they immediately turned around and bailed away.
Linxia stared at his two younger siblings from afar before they were lost from sight, now left between him and the waterfall at that place.
Linxia closed his eyes for a moment, seeming to calm his already chaotic mind. Linxia then pulled his sword back before continuing his training.
Linxia's swordplay was famous for his sword techniques that had no sound, any movement of his body or the swing of his weapon was like it was not in contact with the surrounding air.
The Sound Sword Technique, was one of the legendary elemental sword techniques in the martial world, the same technique that Linxia currently used.
The Sound Sword Technique came from the Yue Clan, just as the Xiao clan inherited the Water Sword Technique, the Yue clan inherited the sound-type elemental sword technique.
To tell the difference, the current Yue clan was already lost in the martial world, their clan had been destroyed several hundred years ago.
Some members of the Yue clan who survived that time chose to disperse themselves to all directions which made them now scattered everywhere, one of which was from the Yue Linxia bloodline.
The Sound Sword Technique that was supposedly rumored to have disappeared was actually still in the martial world, Linxia's Father and Grandfather taught him how the prowess of the sword technique was.
Linxia was told a lot by his parents about the greatness of the Yue clan, his father dreamed that he could one day revive the Yue clan in the martial world.
The same reason made Linxia want to continue to grow stronger until now, he wanted his father's hope to be granted by him.
