In the midst of the awkwardness and silence that existed between us, the steward brought back our order.

"Please enjoy" he said with a friendly smile as he handed the order politely.

"Thank you" I said first

Seen Devan slightly smiled faintly though very faint. I don't know why I always remember him.

But at the moment things are uncertain. Our current relationship is also not clear status, whether a couple or just a friend? I don't know.

I just enjoy my dishes in silence, while daydreaming about many things. Devan just silently looked at me while chewing on his piece of meat.

"What's Flo? is the steak bad?" tanyanya was worried

Again, I smiled while looking down because of the wrong behavior.

"You're funny when you're shy" Devan seemed to know my head, he smiled sweetly making me blush even more.

"Devan! don't embarrass me!"

"Haha, you're so cute, I love it" she began to continue her activities to fill her belly with soft cuts of meat.

We started eating with our heads. I didn't pay much attention to the way I ate until the steak sauce hit the tip of my lip.

"Akhh.. sorry, brother! have you got ti-" I haven't finished talking, Devan swept the steak sauce with his thumb.

It surprised me and I widened my eyes in disbelief. Although we've been in a relationship for a long time, we've never come this far to touch.

"Sorry Flo, I'm out" he said, feeling guilty and immediately pulling back his hand.

"A-anuu.. e-ehh yes it's okay" I replied nervously because of the heartbeat that I can't control right now.

"Sorry brother, this is his tissue" said a steward who came to give a pile of tissue in front of me.

"Yes, thank you" I said and handed it to Devan to clean his thumb that was hit by the sauce earlier.

"I'm sorry to go to the toilet first Van" I said quickly as I moved away from the table.

I started cleaning my hands, I don't know what I did, I just did his origin. To the toilet is actually just my escape.

'Devan, why is it so complicated? I haven't been able to give you a certainty, but why has fate always played with our relationship to this extent?' I muttered as I looked at my face in the mirror.

'Huhhh calm down, let's go back we have to calm down!' I said to encourage myself and then go back to my place.

"Is it done? let's go home" he said as he looked at the watch stuck in his arm.

"Want to go home soon or want to buy something again?"

My height of only 160 cm is still inferior to the height of his body which ranges from 172 cm perhaps?

I ran a little faster, because the minimarket was located right in front of the restaurant. Devan always surprises me, maybe it's true that I've been daydreaming a lot lately.

He followed me behind, tailing me wherever I went. I just picked up a few bottles of milk and a few packs of snacks to stock at home.

"Huuuu Devan vampire!" I ran away leaving her chuckling amusedly hearing my words.

He then followed me while carrying some bread packs and 2 bottles of expresso black coffee.

"Hobby for coffee? aren't you afraid of pain or dependence?" I asked in wonder after getting out of the minimarket and heading to the car

"I like bitter, but I like sweet" too"

"The bitter ones? like the sweet?" I said I thought to myself in the car while looking at the night view which was quite quiet.

"Yes, the bitter coffee, the sweet you" he said as he looked at me

"Huuu gombal" I said trying to cover up my nervousness.

"It's a fact, not a zombie" her gaze turned serious, I was getting confused as to what to do because Devan did not take her eyes off me.

"Devan, watch the road, we'll be doomed!" my advice in a annoyed tone

"Yes, I'm sorry"

The car stopped in front of my house. As he was about to get off, Devan said something as the closing of tonight's event.

"Thank you for accompanying me, I hope this is a good start for both of us to get back into a relationship like before" he said seriously while trying to hold my hand.

"Sorry Devan, it doesn't have to be like this .." I said gently brushed off his hand that was sticking with my palm.
