Ayana looks restless while waiting for Olivia's arrival. Somehow he started to feel uneasy since he got a phone call from the girl. Especially if you remember the tone of the girl who seemed cold? I don't know, Ayana is not too sure but it certainly sounds different.

"From this time I saw doctor Yana looking at the door continuously, again waiting for the patient to come, doc?"

Hanif, one of the nurses who accompanied him, looked astonished when he saw the unusual gurgle of the boss.

Ayana shakes. "No, wait for my boyfriend. Duh, my feeling is not good like this, how about, Nif?"

"What's so good?" the nurse seemed to be lacking understanding.

Ayana sighed then shook her head. "No papa, there you go to work, there's a patient coming, I want to go to the bathroom for a while."

Hanif nodded in understanding. "Ready, doc." he immediately carried out his duties as usual.

Once out of the bathroom, Ayana immediately handled the patient. Shortly after, Olivia arrives, telling the girl to wait a little while she finishes her task. He could see the restless face clearly visible on the girl's face. This makes Ayana assume that maybe the girl already knows that Malvin had an accident with another woman. Even worse if the girl found out from the news reported by the media. Could be this bad.

"Sorry, it's been waiting" Ayana said as she greeted Olivia. The woman then invited the girl to chat in the doctor's office.

He told one of the nurses first.

"Sorry, Ma'am, I'm disturbing again" said Olivia with a bitter smile.

Ayana shook her head in disapproval and sat down before the girl. "What the hell are you talking about? No, it's not bothering you at all, Liv. How, like there's something serious you want to discuss until you meet now?" his expression looked hesitant at once anxious.

Olivia nodded quickly but did not dare to let out her voice back. Ayana could not guess the girl's expression clearly enough.

"Liv," call Ayana hesitating.

But instead of directly saying what was bothering her mind, Olivia cried instead. He chuckled shortly after noticing his tears falling.

"Sorry, Ma'am," the girl regretted.

Ayana nodded her head in understanding while stroking the back of the girl's hand. "It's okay, Liv," he said, trying to calm the girl down. He then grabbed a piece of tissue and handed it to the girl.

"Lo can talk slow, Liv. What's really going on? Malvin has a feeling of lo?"

"Who is Malvin, Ma'am?"

"Huh?"

Ayana frowned in wonder. What does this girl's question mean? Why did Olivia ask that? In Ayana's heart immediately cursed Malvin with annoyance. What is Malvin doing? Why does this woman ask that?

"Liv, what do you mean? Malvin yes, Malvin? Who is he? Your guy, right?"

Olivia nodded uncertainly. "I don't know, Ma'am. I think I'm the stupid one."

"Liv, no, what is it? Tell me slowly. Let me not be confused."

"May I be honest, Ma'am?"

Without hesitation, Ayana immediately nodded and agreed quickly. "Of course you can, you can tell whatever that story is. I'm going to listen to you. I'm on your side, if like Malvin really makes you like this I'll be the first person to beat him."

"Areally my relationship with Mas Malvin intertwined because it was forced?"

Ayana frowned in wonder. By compulsion? Who is the meaning?

"Maybe not entirely forced, but certainly not purely because of our desires. We haven't really fallen in love, we're just trying and it's like our experiment failed." Olivia smiled bitterly, "maybe it's karma yes, Ma'am, because we're trying to play a relationship."

Ayana nodded in disagreement. "No, I think you think it's a long distance, Liv. I really understand, it is natural that two people who are in equal status single want to try to copy the relationship. This isn't karma, Liv. Do not think strangely, if you are this because of the news circulating in the media, you do not misunderstand first. Sometimes the media likes to make free without knowing the truth. Okay, the two of them had indeed been betrothed, but their relationship did not work out. Both of them refused, calm down. Ayana clucked in annoyance. "Lo, what the hell is that talking? Insecure is not good for the mental, Liv, especially Malvin is not that great to make you insecure." he immediately stood up, "already, you do not have to think too much of this. Give it all to me, let me handle it. You believe in me, right? Anyway I'm on your side."

Olivia smiled as she nodded obediently. "Thank you, Ma'am," he said sincerely.

"Just be calm, I'll be fine."

Ayana decides to leave for a while when IGD can stay. His current goal is to meet Malvin. Bodo period with the condition of the man who is still not even helpless, anyway he wants to rampage the man.

When he got there, the man was alone. It's predictable. Malvin was busy watching television while being satisfied when he found a funny scene.

 An annoyed Ayana, seeing the happy laughter that emanated on the man, instantly whipped out the television plug. Of course this made the man tickle.

Malvin glares not to accept. "Lo what the hell?" the protest was then, "can't really see me like you?"

Ayana sighed while pulling out one of the available chairs next to the patient bed. "Vin, now you're honest with me, what exactly is your plan?"

The one being asked was only able to frown in confusion. "What plan?"

"Lo's life plan? Why is your love story so complicated?" decak Ayana is upset, "first you got fooled by Yasmin's sister, what's her name?"

"Ailee."

"Well, yeah, Ailee, you're being betrothed to Ailee but you don't want to. You fall in love with her sister, Doctor Yasmin. But not lucky lo, elo was left behind by the same doctor Yasmin. Abis was meeting with Olive, but suddenly you kayak impressed start deket same Ailee but you ngajakin seriously Olive. Anjir, I'm a real puyeng, Vin. Which one really wants to take seriously?"

Instead of answering directly, Malvin complained like a person in pain. "Na, I haven't really recovered yet, my head still likes to hurt sometimes, but you've given me such a heavy question. You don't want me to get well or what?" complaints later.

Ayana let out a long sigh while crossing her hands in front of her chest. "Lo know no, originally I came here want to fight you, but because I realize you still have to go through the recovery stage so I'm just as relaxed as possible."

Malvin grunts. "Lo doang's tone is relaxed, but your questions are heavy."

Ayana looked at the man sharply. "Originally, Vin, Olive just found me this afternoon."

"Why? I mean why did he find you?"

"Because he already knew that you had an accident with another woman."

"Didn't he know from the beginning?"

Hearing Malvin's question, Ayana couldn't help but quiver her anxiety. "Lo really, yeah, yeah, where does he know."

"Lo who told you?"

Both of Ayana's eyes immediately glared sharply. "Do you think I'm crazy?"

"Where does the problem go?"

"Try to check google. Look for news about Rajendra's youngest daughter in an accident. Abis that lo will understand I mean." After saying that, Ayana immediately stood up, "gue wants to go back to the IGD. This Abis I hope your decision is wiser so that neither side feels hurt. Good luck, bro!"

Malvin stared at his cell phone. Then turned to look at the back of Ayana who has now disappeared behind the door. His feelings were suddenly not good.
