The next law that explains about it is Article 37 paragraph (4) Law Number 24 Year 2013 concerning Amendment to Law Number 23 Year 2006 on Population Administration which reads "The recording of marriage as referred to in paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) is reported by the concerned to the Implementing Agency at his residence no later than 30 (thirty) days since the relevant return to Indonesia." As well as in Article 73 of Perpres 25/2008 which reads "Indonesian Citizens as referred to in Article 70 and Article 71 after returning in Indonesia report to the Implementing Agency or UPTD Implementing Agency at the place of domicile by bringing proof of reporting/registration of marriages abroad and Excerpt of Marriage Deed."

Regulations related to the requirements of marriage abroad for the Indonesian National Union, one of which is Law No 23 of 2006 Article 37 paragraph 4 on population stated that: "The recording of marriage of Indonesian citizens outside the territory of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia must be registered with the competent Agency in the local country and must be registered with the competent authority in the local country and must be reported by concerned to the institution of residence no later than 30 (thirty) days since the concerned return to Indonesia."

Therefore, the requirements of marriage abroad that you need to complete is the reporting of marriage, both at home and abroad, which is an obligation.
