Winter; the season that will be passed by one of the men surnamed Jung in Korea - Jung Jaehyun, after the return he from the country where the creation of the world's famous cook - France.

The next day, on Saturday at ten o'clock South Korean time. Jung Jaehyun is busy in the kitchen of La Bosseade restaurant.

Showing hands that are so deft when it comes to cutting vegetables, even like dancing while using a spatula or putty knife.

The young man was enjoying his activities very much at the moment. Until he did not realize that time had run close to lunchtime. Where he had to present a new menu in front of his father.

Yes, Jaehyun is the executive chef at the restaurant. Everything that concerns the taste of food or a new menu has become its main task.

Lee Jeno; the youngest sous chef in the restaurant, nodded in understanding. He watched the executive chef who now began to serve his cooking on the bowl.

With a shrewd look, Jaehyun's hands began to decorate the food into a work of art that is so stunning. It even made the young chef - Lee Jeno, stunned by the results.

"Here, can you take it now to Jung sajangnim's room. I'll catch up" Jaehyun said after the last touch of sprinkling a little leek.

Seollongtang l'oignon; new menu that will be the mainstay of La Bosseade restaurant this winter.

The dish, is a blend of French-cooked Soupe a l'oginon - a type of soup from onions and beef gravy served with croutons and cheese. And Seollongtang a typical Seoul food made from beef stew.

Both flavors of food if put together will be a menu that is perfect for winter.

Jaehyun knocked three times the door of the main director's room - Jung Yunho. He went inside, and looked down respectfully at the middle-aged man.

"How's sajangnim? The new menu is Seollongtang l'oignon or can be abbreviated as Seollnon," said the head chef - Jung Jaehyun.

Mr. Jung has finished tasting a new menu made by his flagship chef and his son. He scanned Jaehyun, then placed the empty bowl on his desk.

Jaehyun. "You mean?"

Mr. Jung nodded slowly and a smile rose on his cold face. "We'll include your new menu as the main course, this winter. It tastes so delicious and warms the body" he said.

"Jinjja? Whoa daebakk! Thank you sajangnim," said Jaehyun as he bowed ninety degrees before his father.

The man was ready to go back to the kitchen. Of course with a radiant face - a series. Such a confession was one of the happiest things in his life.

In the kitchen doorway, Johnny as the manager crossed his hands on his chest with a smile. He had guessed that the proud chef was able to break the image of the cook in the restaurant.

"From the look on your face, I can guess that your cooking has been recognized and loved" Johnny said.

Jaehyun smiled wryly and nodded. "Ah, what time is it? VIP guests will come again, right? I will prove that my cooking is nothing short of taste" he said.

The man went straight into the kitchen and prepared the main course with the new menu. Johnny just shook his head to see his best friend was very enthusiastic when it came to cooking.

In the VIP room. The girl yesterday who had criticized the taste of dessert chef Jaehyun looked sad. For some reason, he even shed tears.

"I'll eat a lot today. Forget about that!" he murmured while wiping away the rest of the tears.
