CHAPTER 55. BABY, PRAY FOR MAMA

A few hours passed, and the day was already late in the afternoon.

Kanaya was transferred to an intensive care room after receiving a blood donation.

Beside the patient's bed, Keenan did not move from his wife's side. On his left, Vania also accompanied him with a state that already looked fresh after cleaning herself and changing clothes. While Damar and Vino sit on the sofa available in the room, Rizal is still in care after donating his blood.

"Keenan, go first fill your stomach or you should go home first clean yourself, let me change keeping Kanaya here." Vania.

However, Keenan shook his head. He did not want to leave Kanaya for a second until his wife realized.

A moment when the room was silent, everything in the room dissolved in each other's minds. Until a while later it was heard ringing Keenan's phone took over the silence.

Keenan pulled his phone out of his pants pocket and saw his mother calling. After pressing the green icon, he immediately placed the flat object in his ear. The voice he first caught across the phone was the sound of his baby crying.

"Keenan, where the hell are you guys, why haven't you been home this afternoon?" Tania asked across the phone.

Keenan was still silent, unable to tell his mother about Kanaya who was currently lying in the hospital.

"Keenan, quickly bring Kanaya home. Your baby from earlier cry continues, the stock of ASI is also up."

The drop of clear liquid finally escaped the corner of Keenan's eye, she was still so shocked by what happened to Kanaya added to the sound of her baby crying who might be starving in need of breast milk her mother made Keenan really feel hit.

"Yes, Ma, I'll be home soon." Keenan eventually disconnected the phone.

Keenan stood up from his seat, then approached his papa who was sitting on the sofa.

"Pa, I have to go home soon, my baby is crying, Mama said her breast milk stock is up, I'll buy her formula first before going home." Keenan.

Vino got up from his seat, "All right then we go home together." Her speech.

"Please take care of Kanaya, I'll be home for a while and let me know soon if Kanaya is conscious." Said Keenan leave his wife to Vania.

"You take it easy, I'll keep Kanaya here." Vania said while continuing to thin.

Keenan and Vino leave Kanaya's nursery.

While on the way, Keenan stopped by a store to buy formula for his baby. It's the only way the baby won't starve.

After buying milk, Keenan drove back to his house.

Arriving home, Keenan rushed to his room where the baby and his mother were.

"Loh, Keenan where are you alone Kanaya? And what did you bring that?"

Keenan did not answer, he put the plastic containing formula on the bed and then took over carrying the crying baby.

"Ma, I'm asking you to make milk for my baby." Keenan said pointing to the plastic containing formula with the tail of his eyes.

"Keenan, why make milk, where is Kanaya?"

"Ma, I'll explain later and now I'll help Mama, please make milk for my baby."

Although still feeling confused, Tania finally obeyed her son's request to make milk. After taking the plastic containing formula, he immediately went out of the room to the kitchen.

After her mother left, Keenan's tears flowed back. He gently dipped the cheek of his crying little daughter.

"Honey, pray Mama quickly realized ya."
