Hugging Max

It rained at night. Fortunately, Max's house was large and spacious so he did not hear too much rain that collided with the clattering sound of his house. Max also seems to sleep comfortably. But, what was uncomfortable here was Leana. He checked Max's temperature by holding his forehead. Max's heat hasn't come down yet either. Leana calls Gina to bring her a basin with ice water.She plans to compress Max.

"The doctor lied. The heat hasn't come down yet." lamented Leana. He had just been pacing back and forth in Max's room because he was confused about what to do. Max also sleeps like a dead man. He woke up to eat and take medicine, then went to sleep again as he was today.

Soon Gina came to take Leana's order. He stayed there for a while to see Max.

"He's sleeping, right? Not dead?" joke Gina.

"It looks like sleep." "Thanks Gin."

"Miss, is Mr Max's shirt wet? If it's wet, please change." Gina is actually looking for a way to keep Leana from being afraid of Max and getting close to him.

"Let's check." Leana takes a small towel, then compresses it on Max's forehead.

"I'll stay, Miss. You also rest. You seem so tired. Just sleep next to Mr. Max." suggested Gina again. Gina immediately left Leana as she carried the plates from her master's dinner.

'Sleeping next to Max? How could I possibly.' Leana's inner self while laughing desperately. Maybe they are the strangest couple in the world. Leana needs to continue getting used to Max, but to sleep in one bed, Leana is still a little traumatized.

Busy with her own thoughts while looking at Max, Leana fell asleep next to Max. But, every time he hears a thunderbolt, he wakes up to check on Max.

Max's body is still hot. But his sweat was pouring down his temples. Max's brows also wrinkled like he was thinking of something.

"Why him? Is he having nightmares?" Leana slightly bent down to wipe Max's face with a tissue.

'JEDER.' The sound of lightning came back so loud that their bedroom window shook. Along with that the lights went out.

Leana felt someone clutching her hand so firmly. He certainly knows who did it. Maxs. Leana recalled the events in the warehouse that were exactly what happened at this time. He hurriedly let go of Max's hand.

"Don't.I beg you.don't leave me." that raucous voice sounded so pitiful.

"Max, what's wrong with you?" under these conditions, it should be the traumatized Leana. But Max sounded so scared.

"Please, Dad. Don't go."

"Max, it's me Leana."

I don't know what happened, but Leana felt Max's hand pull her so hard that she fell on the bed. Leana could feel Max's hunting breath because right now their bodies were so close.

"Max," there was no more word that Leana could say. Max hugged her while crying. The grim cry made Leana's fear of Max disappear and turn into concern. She finally let Max hold her.

They were both in that position until Leana forgot her trauma. They are currently hugging. Leana was confused as to why she could get this close to Max. Nor did he try to escape the man who traumatized him.

"Do you want to be close to Daddy?" leana said while thinking. "Is it possible that he would be happy if his parents were together like this?" "Yes, this must be the baby's innate."

Leana couldn't look at Max's face because it was too dark. He just listens to the delirious Max calling his Daddy and asking for help. And now all Leana can do is wipe Max's back.

The phone's ringing made Max aware. He felt the nightstand to look for the source of the noisy sound. Max managed to reach his phone without opening his eyes.

"Hello" said Max half-consciously.

"Sir, I'm in front of your room."

"Just go get Ran. Don't you have a spare key?"

Max could tell who was calling just by hearing his voice. The call was from Rania aka Max's secretary. He does have a spare key to Max's office and room. Marco accidentally gives Rani the keys so that she can easily enter if something unexpected happens.

'Ceklek.' the door is open.

"Jeez." cried Rani. He immediately closed his eyes looking at the scene that was in front of his eyes.

Max just opened his eyes. He looked down, precisely towards someone who was hugging him at the moment. Leana even hugged Max tightly. Their position is so intimate that Rani is shocked and embarrassed by herself.

Max was in shock. Moreover, Leana started to stare and open her eyes. Their gaze met for a moment, but Leana hurriedly distanced herself from Max and sat behind him.

"Sorry." said Leana.

"No problem Le." replied Max briefly.

"Have you healed?" Leana spoke with half a look back.

"It seems that thanks to your embrace, I've recovered" Max replied meaningfully.

"Sorry, Sir. I think I came at an inopportune time. I forgot if you're married." Rani interrupted their conversation. The goal is, of course, to leave.

"You're already here. So, just tell me what's up. Don't waste my time" said Max, taking off his wet clothes.

"Emm.. today is your schedule to go to the police station to report." explained Rani while looking down. He couldn't see Max's body being too good. His faith can be tempted.

"I'd better take a shower and have breakfast first."

"I'll make breakfast." Leana found a gap to escape. He stopped in front of Rani. The Max secretary also looked at Leana, then she replied with a smile.

"Max has to be ready, you should also go down and wait below" Leana said as she passed.

"Eh, yes.." Rani hurriedly follows Leana to get out of Max's room. She seems to have to put in her brain if Max is married and it looks like Leana is the jealous type.
