Two years later..

Darren and Mike arrive in London for business purposes.. The two of them have always been together since the women decided to leave their lives.. Since the meeting time was still long, it seemed like they needed a cup of coffee.. They headed to a very famous coffee shop in the city..

Arriving at the coffee shop, both were curious about the crowd who looked very panicked to see a baby about one year old was being carried by one of the two women who fought each other.. It was unclear what they were arguing about but suddenly the woman holding the baby threw the innocent child down..

"Angellll" shouted a woman believed to be the mother of the daughter who had just been thrown.. Seeing that, Darren and Mike immediately ran to catch the girl and Darren managed to catch her.. Seeing that her daughter was safe, the mother ran after the woman who had dared to throw her.. Without a second thought, the mother of the child pulled out her gun and aimed at her target right at her heart..

The sound of the gunshot made everyone run scattered for fear of Darren and Mike.. Darren's mother ran to her daughter's place to see if she was okay..

"Dad-dy" said angel..

"Oh God, he called me daddy.. Look at this kid so beautiful.. She was like an angel.." This was the first time Darren smiled after Jasmine's departure.. He felt very happy to be called daddy by the daughter he just saved.. Even the boy did not cry in fear..

"Maybe you look like the daddy" Mike laughed amusedly..

"Thank you for saving angela." The voice was familiar to Darren's ears and made Darren turn his head.. The two of their neutrals clashed against each other, at first the woman was surprised to see the man she saw but the next second she smiled sweetly..

"She's my daughter.." Jasmine takes over her daughter from Darren's sling while Darren is only speechless at the interaction between the two..

"Jasmine. I can't believe this.. This is really you???" Mike took Jasmine into his arms..

"yes Mike, nice to see you again.."

"Jasmine.. Are you and Angel okay??" ask a woman with breath..

"As you can see my dear Ellen..."

"E-llena???" mike said he couldn't believe it.. Mike immediately hugged Ellena very tightly, venting the longing that had been hidden.. The two decide to go to the park and talk about everything they want to tell leaving Jasmine, Angel and also Darren who have not spoken to each other at all..

"Are you on a business trip??" Jasmine tried to break the silence..

"Ah.. Yeah, I have a business meeting in two hours.." Darren looks clumsy..

"Hopefully smooth.."

"Is that all??"

"Yes, I can't help you with business.. So I can only pray.."

"No hug for me?? Ahh sorry I was so presumptuous.Your husband would be angry if he found out.. Forget it.."

Jasmine smiled and hugged Darren with the angel in her carriage.. Darren returned Jasmine's embrace, how happy she was this time because she could meet Jasmine again.. Jasmine breaks her arms but Angel asks Darren for a sling and always calls him daddy..

"Oh baby tell me if I look like your daddy heemmm" asked Darren as he lifted the angel up into the air to make the boy laugh..

"Daddy, I love you.." said Angel..

"Hmmm.. This is the first day we met and you said that you love me girl?? I think you're wrong, I'm the one who fell in love with you for the first time... You're beautiful" Darren keeps praising Angel..

It made Jasmine shed her tears but immediately wiped it..

"Sister, I'm sorry I want to go home soon. Can I bring angel now??"

"I'll take you guys.."

"No, I'll just go home with Ellena.."

"Did you leave me alone?? That son of a bitch Mike left with Ellena in my car.. Let me drop you off and let Mike pick me up.."

"Okay, my car is there and it's the key"

Darren receives the car keys from Jasmine and holds the angel to Jasmine's car with one hand holding Jasmine's hand.. Jasmine complied and walked behind but her eyes unceasingly looked at her hand held by Darren..

Darren opens the door for Jasmine and gives Angel to her, circling the car and sitting on the driver's seat.. Darren runs his car according to the directions given by Jasmine..

They headed somewhere far from the urban hustle and bustle, until they arrived at a house with a very large yard and was on the edge of the lake.. The house looks beautiful with a very beautiful garden..

"Do you and your husband live here??" ask Darren..

Jasmine was silent for a moment and answered Darren's question "Yes.."

Darren caught the sad expression of Jasmine's face and he did not know what made Jasmine so sad.. Jasmine has changed a lot, she used to always tell Darren everything but now she seems to limit herself..

"He must be exhausted, let's go in.. I'll make you some coffee.." Jasmine smiled sweetly..

"Really?? With pleasure if so.. " Darren helped Jasmine remove her seatbelt and opened the door.. Not only did he get there, he even took over Angel from Jasmine's sling.. They walked into the house, the house seemed deserted because there were no servants living there.. Looks like Jasmine wants her privacy more awake..

"Where can I put Angel to bed?" ask Darren..

"The room behind this living room is my room and Angel's.."

"All right I'm gonna put my little angel to bed first" Darren took Angel into the room and laid the boy in his box and then covered him and kissed him on the forehead.. He looked around Jasmine's room and exhaled his coarse breath.. He always thought that he was the one who lived there with Jasmine.. However, he soon quits his thoughts and meets Jasmine again, who is ready with two hot chocolates on the table..

"Chocolate???"

"Yes.I forgot if I didn't have coffee so I made you hot chocolate.. Don't you like it??"

"Like.I like everything you're in touch with.." Darren said without realizing..

"How are you, brother? You look thinner.."

"Never been this good.. Well, I've been thinking too much about work to forget to eat.."

"Have you eaten??"

"Not yet. My plane just landed.. I was looking for breakfast and I found you"

"Wait a minute.."

Jasmine went to the kitchen and prepared a paste for Darren.. Soon he delivered it to Darren who had been watching him cook..

"This is for you. eat.."

Without a second thought Darren immediately devoured him like a very hungry person..

"Sister's swallow.. You could choke.." Jasmine warned..

"When have you been able to cook?? It's really good.." In an instant Darren had already wiped away the food on his plate..

"I'm jobless rather than bored I learned to cook..."

"I'd like to try your cooking if that's the case.."

"Nothing.this is just a thank you for saving my daughter.."

"Where's your husband??"

"Emm. in-he hasn't come home yet.. " Jasmine bit her lips..

Darren simply nodded and looked at Jasmine meaningfully.. After that Mike and Ellena came while holding hands.. Darren and Jasmine compactly looked at those two interlocking hands..

"Are you getting married soon??" Jasmine seduces Ellena as well as Mike..

"I'm.." Ellena smiled shyly

"Ellena, get married and live happily.."

"But I want to..."

"Angel and I can take good care of themselves...You don't have to worry about us.."

"I don't understand what you said just now, Jasmine.. Don't you have a husband?? Can't she protect you??" ask Darren curiously..

"He protected me and his daughter.. I hope you don't doubt it" Jasmine seemed to be holding back her tears..

"Ahh.I'm sorry I didn't mean to doubt your husband.. I'm just a little worried.."

"I'm fine. Leave because soon you and Mike have a meeting..."

"All right, we'll go.. Thanks for the breakfast..."

Jasmine simply nodded and escorted the two to the front of the door until Darren's car was nowhere to be seen..
