While at the bottom of the lake, Vishnu tried to pull out the water swallowed by Kaila. Vishnu was very confused because Kaila was unconscious too, finally Vishnu decided to give artificial Breath to make Kaila aware.

" I have to help her, otherwise Kaila will die." Vishnu Gumam.
