Love That (No) Blind

Love That (No) Blind
Part 8-2: Next Future Corp (POV Agam)

[Games]

5 years ago, when Agam woke up and found himself paralyzed, he was not angry at all. Her sadness was mostly more because she had to lose the father figure she respected so much. Besides, there's no.

Paralyzed leg? Not problem. He can move in a wheelchair. He could create a wheelchair with full features to help him. Remote for moving, up and down button for easy moving, or wheelchair racing? He can do it.

As long as his head could still think, eyes could see, ears could hear, and hands that were still actively moving, he knew he would be fine.

But then, he was tortured for days. It was like being inside a furnace heated above the coals. Agam felt like he was in hell - even though he himself had never been there -, as people described the heat as too much.

He was barely conscious. He thought his life was over by then.

But, when he woke up, everything suddenly went dark. Blacker. There's nothing.

He called one by one the people he remembered had been at his bedside for days of torture, but none answered his call.

Once, twice, no one answered. The last thing he did was scream. Shouted very loudly. Only then did he feel someone was touching him gently.

"Mama?"

It was his first word that came out of his mouth as his consciousness began to return.

He calls him continuously. Ask a lot of things. But none of them were answered. Silent. There's no sound whatsoever.

That was when he realized something. He is now in a different world. A dark and lonely world. A world he could not see or hear.

At that point, Agam could no longer think. He's getting angry.

Agam has plans to build a satellite for NFC. Then, how could he read the information from his computer screen? How does he simulate and find fault with his creation if he can't see it for himself? How could he hear the sound of error being issued by his machines if it did not reach his ears? How's it?!

Until at one point, where he felt he still had a dream that must be realized, at that time his desire to rise slowly increased.

He began to look for ways that this inability of his did not hinder him or hinder him. He started to use his head to think of things that would help him at this moment. And that's what he's been doing for the last 2 years. Time's up for that.

And now, these greedy people continued to demand from him. Keep asking for more from him. But he still gave a new project that was also quite successful. Do they also think about what he has been missing for the past 2 years?

"Based on crazy people! Not only is his brain dead, his feelings are too!"

Sara's?

"What is wrong with disability tools? They should never be blind, so deaf, so dumb!"

Agam grunted softly holding back his laughter so as not to escape from his lips.

What's that girl doing out there? Ah, yes .. she must have finished with ET and RT.

Agam raised his hand as high as his head, calling Raka who must be nearby.

"Take Sara into my office. He is outside" whispered Agam to Raka, who had brought himself closer to him.

"Okay, sir," replied Raka.

And a minute later, Sara's voice was getting further away. And in his ears now only filled with the ravings of those who still continue to scoff at him with their scorn and insinuation.

"All I can say is NFC is a company that was built with great difficulty by both my parents. Their love of technology is their only goal to stay with NFC. And so, on that basis as well, I'll stick with NFC."

"If what you're afraid of is these two eyes, then .. how can I solve Selene 4.2 which is already almost 50%? You can see the progress report in front of you."

Agam's ears were now filled with the rumbling whispers of people who gradually began to change their views.

"Selene 4.2? 50%? This is .. hard to believe."

"How come? With his condition ..."

"2 month. Give me up to 2 months. 80% progress report I will give at the meeting in 2 months."

They returned silent. Then then, "Again."

......................

The journey home feels very lonely. Sara had been quiet ever since she got into the car. The girl sounded so noisy outside the meeting room. Why did he suddenly become silent?

"How was that? Is there a problem?"

That was the only question he had thought of.

"none. Everything is smooth," answered Sara casually.

Hearing how he spoke, it seemed like there was no problem.

"I heard ... Mama came home today." That's what Raka reported this afternoon. "I heard you guys look familiar."

"Eitherway. I'm just doing my job as a daughter-in-law to her newly found mother-in-law."

He didn't dodge it. But also not agree.

Then, everything came back quiet.

"So, what do you think?" Agam asked again.

"About?"

"Your mother-in-law."

Sara remained silent. Maybe I'm thinking of something. Is he now thinking of siding with the woman?

"good. Friendliest. Well-favoured. It's so pretty."

As far as I can remember, she was beautiful.

"I hope that after you see it, you don't forget about your duties."

Quiet again. He did not answer directly.

"No. I didn't forget."

It's good that you remember. Don't you forget that, Sara. Think mother.
