Love That (No) Blind
Part 18-1: Search Missions

[Sara]

Sara noticed the doorknob without a passcode button around it.

Why isn't there a pass button here?, Sara cried in her heart.

Of course there isn't. The one that needs the password button is for the one that goes inside. For Agam to come out, he just needs his wheelchair.

No, no ... Find the ring first. Just think of a way out.

Sara turned to look at Agam and the whole corner of her room. Where should he start?

If I had been standing in the middle of it, it might have fallen under the nightstand.

Sara approached the nightstand. Humble his body and head to look at the base of the nightstand. Unfortunately it was too dark, even though Agam's room lights were on. Unfortunately, he left his phone in the workspace. Because of Agam's call, he had to rush to Agam.

Instantly, the idea came to him.

Yep! Move nightstand. Just got to look. It didn't seem heavy, he thought.

Sara made sure first what Agam was doing at this time. He was afraid to move to somewhere nearby. He turned around and found Agam taking off his shirt button on the third button.

Astaghfirullahaladzim, Sara! Close eyes!

With a quick movement, both of his hands had already moved up and covered both of his eyes. His ears were tilted forward, not knowing what he wanted to hear.

From between her little finger and ring finger, Sara peeked and wanted to know where Agam was now? What he saw was beyond his expectations.

Agam stand!

Sara's heart didn't stop making rumbling noises. The faster, the faster. Both of Sara's hands this time moved into her mouth, covering her so as not to make a sound. And then realize it.

She's deaf, Sara! The hearing aid's been removed!

Despite the abnormal walk, and still holding on to the hand railing mounted on the wall, Sara could see clearly, Agam was standing.

With a limped path, Agam entered the bathroom in that room. It almost fell down once. Sara reflexively moved her legs and hands to help. But then he pulled back, seeing the man get back up and walk back by holding on to the railing.

And finally, Agam was already in the bathroom.

Sara moved immediately. Move the nightstand to the side without dragging it. I was worried that the ring was being moved too.

There ain't!

Sara immediately glared at the empty floor with nothing there. He also looked around with the nightstand still in his hand. But still there isn't.

Where's the ring??

The boy was finally put back in his place. Sara also still had time to make sure once again the nightstand was not shifted from its previous position. Then, his search mission began again.

Sara searches under Agam's bed. Forcing both of his eyes to work extra hard to see what was there. He also attached one side of his face to the floor, in order to be able to see a protruding silhouette as he did that. But in fact, it was clean in that place.

Sara then sat back on the bed. His forehead was already full of sweat seeds even though the AC in Agam's room was lit from earlier. He's already exhausted. Tired of looking and also tired of being too tense.

“Fall where is the ring?,” great-grandson Sara.

After breathing out, Sara got back up. This time he no longer counted the estimated fall of the ring. He started looking everywhere he could see. Even looking back under the bed and nightstand, hoping maybe he missed something.

THE HORN!

The bathroom door is open. Quickly, Sara stood up. His mouth was gaping looking at Agam who came out of the room with a towel on his waist. Shows the man's field chest that is pure white without a stain.

Sara ducked down to hide by the bed. Then, take a slow peek.

Agam is now sitting in his wheelchair. With several presses on the handle of his wheelchair, he now moved, and stopped right in front of the closet.

By holding on to the wheelchair handle, then holding the railing that is also attached to the closet door, Agam stood back.

As soon as Agam's hand moved on his stomach, Sara immediately ducked down quickly behind the bed.

Dug, dug, dug ...

Sara's heart didn't stop beating so fast. The longer, the more his gurgles sounded to his ears. Like the sound of bedugs being sprinkled over and over again and endlessly.

God, please strengthen my heart.

Sara heard the sound of Agam's wheelchair. He peeked again and saw that the man was heading towards the nightstand where he had placed his hearing aid. His hand touched the top until it was found.

As soon as he finished pairing it, Agam's hand began to move on the handle of his wheelchair. And ...

THE HORN!

It opens! The door is open again!

But ... Ring ...

The dilemma comes again. Between the rings or get out of there.

But this might be his last chance.

With a heavy heart, Sara finally stood up. He chose to get out of there.

Quickly but still slowly without a sound, Sara walked behind Agam who was already moving towards the door. He swallowed his saliva hard every time his gaze shifted from Agam's back to the bedroom door. The tension felt as it was about to get out of there was really incontrovertible.

As soon as she passed the door, Sara immediately jumped out opposite to Agam who was about to head for the stairs to get down. He immediately sat down leaning against the wall, and took a quick breath until he was panting.

The wheelchair suddenly stopped.

Sara covered her mouth. He knew it must be because of it. And sure enough, Agam started leaning his ears towards the back.

“Mbok?”

Sara closed her eyes hard. Holding his breath in his hands while continuing to pray inwardly.

Just go! Buruan go! Go!

“Maybe misheard,” said Agam watered, then the wheelchair moved again.

Sara still smothered her own mouth with both hands. He waited until Agam really no longer looked there. As soon as Agam made a turn, and predicted that he was coming down the stairs, Sara let him go.

“Hhhaaahh .. yes Allah ..” he said softly with a breath that was almost broken.

A minute after Agam came down, Sara's breath just started to get regular, she thought back.

And dinner!

Sara got up and ran down. He still has one more task, which is to prepare dinner for Agam.

It seems, Sara can only calm down when Agam is asleep.
