Love That (No) Blind

Love That (No) Blind
Part 48: She Is Your Husband

[Sara]

Sara looked at both of Mom's eyes deeply. He knew, I would answer that.

“He is your husband. The priest of your household. You should have accompanied him.”

“Mother how?,” asked Sara almost powerless to say because her tears came back down.

“Mother how what?,” asks Mother back. “Mommy will be fine. What worries?”

“Mother will be alone here.”

“Who said? There's Mina. There's nurses. There are neighbors around the house. Who said you were alone?”

Mom's hand is now festive Sara's face and is leaning against her cheek. She said, “Since Mom gave birth to you, I already knew something like this would happen one day. I've learned to sincerely release you to your husband ever since.”

“But, Mas Agam does not want Sara to come.”

Mother even laughed. “Males are so. He said he didn't want to, but he actually needed. Your father was like that too.”

Gently, Mom's thumb wiped Sara's tears. “Say the same Agam, don't worry Mom. This is for you too. Mom here will be fine. Ever since you got married, your life has been your home. So, go. Accompany Mas Agam mu.”

Sara hugged Mom. Tight enough to not let go. In the end, they both laughed. Though the tears still wet Sara's cheeks.

Sara sighed once as soon as her heart felt lighter. He looked back at Mother gently. Mother's smile made her calmer.

“Sara came home to calm the mind, Mom. Sara is upset that Mas Agam has done a lot for Sara, but Sara is not allowed to do something that Sara can for Mas Agam.”

The look on Mom's face changed immediately. It was a shock but there was also pleasure. “So Agam has a story, yes?”

What stories?

“Eh, that's not what you mean, huh?” Now, his face turned panicked.

But I already said something that made Sara curious. How could you just stop?

Sara looked suspiciously at Mom. “What's the same Mom Mas Agam?”

Mom was nervous too. “B-not ... That ... Mean Mom ..”

The last thing he did was look at Sara guiltily. In the end, unable to bear the insistence of the princess, Mother finally told her.

Sara listened carefully to every word Mom told her about how Mas Agam helped Mom take her to the hospital at the time.

Between shock, delight, and disbelief in what was called coincidence, Sara is now becoming more and more convinced by her decision. I have to see Mas Agam.

But it's just the beginning.

My blessing from Mom already. Next is to look for where Mas Agam ...

All Sara did was return to Arya. Only Arya can give him a clue as to where he should be looking for Agam.

And the FTC is where Arya should be right now.

After dropping me off, he should be going to the office right now.

Sara was just standing in front of the reception desk. And the guard officer also finished asking about Sara's needs. At that moment, Sara saw the figure of a woman she knew very well come out of the elevator which was quite far from where she was standing, along with two men in black suits and glasses who followed in his footsteps from behind and two others who led his way.

Mama ... Should I call her Mama?

Everyone looked at her, bowing as she passed them, but Widia did not look at them in the slightest. He kept walking towards the exit of the office building.

Surprisingly, his steps stopped right in front of Sara, even though the distance between them was quite far. He passed everyone haughtily, but could stop right in front of Sara. Should I be proud?

Slowly, Widia turned her head to look at Sara. Sharp and straight.

While Sara remained standing where she stood without the slightest fear.

I spent the night in a dark room alone. I was in a prison cell with the crime. What's scarier than that?

Sara did not know the reason Widia stopped and looked at her like that. But clearly, in his heart right now there was only a great anger. The anger he endured by clenching both of his hands was extremely tight. His fingernails almost hurt his palms. It feels like it's starting to sting.

I don't know how long they've been like that. The people around them looked at them curiously. But Sara doesn't care. He continued to stare at Widia who was clearly portraying her anger, as if they were competing over who was the strongest.

Widia finally realized that she was the center of attention of employees at the FTC. As soon as she regained consciousness, Widia finally continued her steps again.

But Sara stopped her steps.

“I hope that Madam is satisfied with the choice of Madam at this time,” Sara said with her challenge. His voice echoed in the FTC lobby area to make the atmosphere become quiet.

Sara looked at Widia's back which stopped after a few steps. Seeming reluctant to turn around, Widia continued to face the door of the building.

“I pray that Madam will never feel what your son is feeling right now. May the Madam always be happy with the choice of Madam.” Sara was still not satisfied with her anger.

Widia did not answer a single word to refute Sara's words. All he did was whisper with one of his guards. After he finished, he resumed his steps that had stopped, while two bodyguards, moving closer to Sara.

“Lease! Le-pas!,” snapped at Sara as the two bodyguards clutched Sara's arms violently to drag her along. They were forced to do so, as Sara continued to rebel as they touched her.

“At whose order do you dare to touch it?”

A fairly loud and loud impact came from the place where Widia came from. His clear voice made Widia immediately look for the owner of the voice.

“Arya ...,” call Widia down, but still heard by Sara.

Step by step, Arya approached Sara who was still held by the two bodyguards in suits. Both of his eyes glared sharply at them.

“Let him go or you guys I fired?,” threatened Arya delicately to the two men. His hand gripped the wrist of one of the guards holding Sara.

The guard is in pain. The firm grip that held Sara's arm was now loosened. The other guards did the same. It may also be worried about feeling the same way as its counterpart, or it could be due to Aryan threats.

“Mbak is okay, right?,” asked Arya in a softer tone of voice than before.

Sara nodded. “Hmm ..”

Arya then approached Widia who was still standing in her place. The two men in suits followed Arya from behind.

With a whisper in Widia's ear, Arya said something that Sara could not hear. But clearly, Widia immediately glared furiously. He snorted violently, then left with his guards.

“Again watch what? Continue your work!”

And the crowd of spectators who had been at home watching the drama show was now disbanding. They split moving to their true destination.

“Mbak really is okay? No one got hurt?,” asked Arya once more. “If luka say it, Ma'am. Let me take care of them.”

Sara smiles.

In this case, it is different from Arya that I usually see at home.

With a quick movement, Sara shook her head, forcing her mind to refocus on her goal.

“Come, Mbak. We go to my office,” invite Arya who was immediately agreed by Sara.

Accompanied by the eyes of all employees who are still in the lobby, Sara followed Arya's steps into the FTC building even deeper.

......................

“So Mbak want to catch up with Mas Agam? But, we don't know where Mas Agam is now,” Arya said when they were in Arya's workspace.

“Is there a way to find out where Mas Agam is?” Sara asked back. There may be a way to find out. At least give me an idea.

“Just like that time, Mas Agam also left without telling anyone where he was going. Raka was not told. Maybe because now Mas Agam does not need Raka,” explained Arya trying to understand Agam's current plan.

“Not ... requires ..?”

What does it mean ‘not need’?
