There's One Missing

Navya has lived her life abroad for a month. He does his college assignments with passion, one year is the target he wants to achieve. Soon graduated and worked in the country's famous and largest jewelry company. He wants to achieve everything with his own ability.

All the help from Alvi he tried to subtly refuse. From the start looking for internships and companies Navya wants to work for. Alvi can help him get in there. But Navya said it wasn't.

"What I achieve will not feel special if I can do it with the help of others."

Alvi could only give up. Whatever he will do as long as Navya is happy and comfortable with his life choices. About his feelings, like that Alvi still have to be patient and fight for Navya's heart without having to repeatedly offend about the girl's feelings.

Not that easy Navya, Alvi's love is not something that can be underestimated.

Although they are separated between continents, but almost every morning Navya will get a sprig of white roses on her dinner plate.

Sometimes a small gift is suddenly given by Neni or Hendra when he comes home from college.

Repeatedly Navya said Alvi did not need to do such things, for Navya Alvi was already special. Since Alvi never asked her if she was ready, if Alvi could already receive an answer. It's just Navya who is not sure about herself and her own heart. He did not want to disappoint Alvi. Navya wants to accept Alvi when she can really love the man, not just because she wants to repay him.

But this morning was the first time there was no good morning from the faithful man who filled every second of the hour in Navya's days. After the good-night call last night, Alvi really did not contact her at all. Usually, if Alvi is busy, a message will represent him to give Navya good morning.

Is he sick?

Navya tries to send a message, asking Alvi. Not read after a few minutes, Navya finally began her morning activities. Take a shower and get ready to go to college. Then go down to the dining table. Quiet, there was only Elma who had been waiting for her there.

Even at the dinner table there were no flowers. Navya felt something was missing. His face was "You sick Vy?"

"Something I want to say." Navya. Elma's face looked serious.

"I've found a new place to live. Like I'm gonna move in soon." Elma's words shocked Navya. Why is this suddenly. Something made Elma uncomfortable.

"Don't misunderstand Vy, I like it here. But I don't think it's worth living with you for too long. Not even paying rent." Elma laughed awkwardly.

"But don't worry, I'll play here often. We're still a college."

"Are you sure there's nothing that you're covering for me? Isn't this too sudden?"

Elma smiling. "Don't think too much, I'm happy here. But as you say. You're only here because of someone, so it's not rude for you to linger here for nothing."

It's also true Navya thinks, this isn't her home. This is Alvi's family's house. Only because Alvi then his friend can stay here.

"After all I live not far from here, I'll pick you up every day. As usual we'll still go to college together."

"Really brother?" Elma replied with a nod of her head. Hendra came to the dining table.

"Sir Hendra. Are there any guests coming later?"

"True Ma'am, and they've come." Hendra pointed his hand at the living room, where the guest was sitting.

Navya understood his point, she walked with Hendra towards the living room. Elma also followed.

How shocked Navya was by what she saw, Rima was there, along with her husband.

"Grandmother...!"

Rima smiled welcoming Navya. The girl ran over and immediately hugged Rima. A little while they hugged until finally a voice made them break the hug.

Navya realized that there was a Sultan there.

Navya greeted Rima and the Sultan alternately.

"Grandfather how are you?"

"Oh yeah, Grandma introduce this, Brother Elma. He's a friend of Vya's, we accidentally met on a plane and unexpectedly we turned out to be one campus."

Elma saluted Rima and the Sultan.

"You're a beautiful child, baby." Rima adored Elma who was smiled back by the girl. There is something strange in Navya when she hears it. I don't know why he doesn't either.

"Thank you Madam."

"Call me Grandma, just like Navya."

"Good Grandma."

"I go to the room first, you take a quick break. Later in the afternoon continue talking." Sultan spoke to his wife. Then he stepped into his room.

"Don't take heart baby, Grandpa's just tired." Rima seemed to know what Navya was feeling.

"Yes Nek." Smiling tries to cover up her feelings. Finally they chatted the three, not long because Navya and Elma had to leave for campus. Elma carried all her belongings, only two large and small suitcases. He will immediately occupy the new house he rented. While Rima rested.

Before leaving Navya had asked Grandma if Alvi had ever contacted her grandmother that morning.

"Yes this morning after we landed, he called. Making sure we land safely."

"Hmmm so. All right, Grandma, Vya and Elma are leaving first." Navya initially feels worried about Alvi not contacting her since this morning, but after hearing what grandmother said, now Navya wonders why Alvi suddenly changed so.

What's wrong with her? Why did he really not contact me today.

"I don't know who helped me all this time. I tell my sister a lot."

"Yes, Alvian Mahendra. Your ex-boss, as well as the owner of the house we're occupying now." Elma. "Ohh so you were daydreaming about him. So you call me Boss?"

"It's not so big brother." The more red his cheeks became.

Elma smiling. "Is it because this morning there are no flowers at the dinner table as usual?" Tease the girl next to him.

"So my sister, everything she did has gotten me used to it. So now that the habit is gone for the first time, it feels like something's weird."

"Why didn't you call first?"

"Sister, but no answer yet." Wiggling his phone towards Elma, indicating that the message he sent had not been responded to.

"Did something happen to her?"

"Sister, don't scare me."

"Yes, I was just reminding. Try calling anyone who's used to being close to him."

"Ryan." Navya called Ryan immediately. Ryan did not answer either. Then call Finny.

Finny says that he just met Alvi at the cake shop. Nothing is strange. Alvi was acting as usual.

"Here you go, maybe he's busy."

"Yes I know, brother, it just feels a little strange. Maybe she was tired, she always said she wanted to wait for me to open my heart. But I still doubt myself. I don't feel worthy to go with him."
