Loving You Through Do'A

Loving You Through Do'A
10. Tear

The next morning, Zahra asked the nun to accompany her mother Bela, as she had to leave for school immediately. As Zahra got down from the angkot he saw Bela laughing with her friend in front of the gate. At that time Bela also looked at Zahra but turned her face as if she had not seen her best friend who had just come.

Zahra walked into the classroom with a feeling of worry for Bela, she was worried about the state of Bela who looks like an unfocused person, and her makeup looks thick that day.

"Where is Bela Ra's mother?" Ask Nia.

"Just pray, hopefully you'll wake up soon." Answer Zahra.

Nia also worried about her friend's mother. When Bela entered the class she immediately sat beside Zahra in an indifferent manner, while Nia went to her seat.

"Are you well bell?" Ask Zahra.

Bela opened the make up bag and ignored Zahra's question.

Zahra only took a breath, then leaned her back on the chair while occasionally glancing at Bela who was wearing powder. Even Bela took out a new phone that she put on the table so Zahra could see it. Zahra knew it was an expensive phone, but she didn't know Bela could buy luxury goods after she saw the state of her family.

"Astagfirullah azim." Zahra said in her heart, for she had almost thought bad things of her own friend.

The break bell was heard, Zahra invited Bela to the cafeteria but she refused. Finally Zahra went to the mosque to pray dhuha with Nia.

"Why is Bela like that ra?" Ask Nia.

"I don't know either." Zahra answered taking off her shoes and immediately took some water.

After the dhuha prayer, Nia went to the cafeteria, while Zahra sat pensively in the mosque, her mind still drifting on Bela and her mother.

"Assalamu'alaikum."

"Wa'alaikumsalam."

Zahra regained consciousness from her daydream and saw Akbar already in front of her in a black and white shirt that she covered with a jacket.

"I'm done with the PKL so I'm here to see you, um... More precisely, want to visit Bela's mother." Akbar explained his arrival.

Zahra felt lately Akbar was getting closer to him, even Akbar always reminded the kindness of Zahra, for whatever reason but Zahra was happy with Akbar now, because he didn't feel Akbar was staying away from him.

"Later to go home to school, yes, Bela's mother has not been sober." Said Zahra glazed.

"What makes it like that?" Ask Akbar.

"Bela scolded her mother in a loud voice, she did not accept the reality of her life. Bela... Bela envied me and my life, especially she felt I. I snatched you from her." Zahra answered withholding tears from remembering the events of that night.

"Captured?" Akbar asked who was astonished by Zahra's words.

"I don't understand what that means either, but that's what I know." Answer Zahra.

"You take it easy, hopefully, Bela's mother quickly realized. And Bela went back to being the Bela we know." Akbar.

"Emmm... I'm in class first yeah, assalamu'alaikum."

"Wa'alaikumsalam warohmatullahi wabarokatu."

As Zahra was walking in the already deserted school corridor, Zahra suddenly fell down because her leg was grabbed by Bela. Instead of helping Zahra, Bela instead laughed while looking cynically at his best friend, even Zahra's right palm he stepped on, then with a happy feeling he walked away from Zahra who was feeling pain in his hand.

Inwardly, Zahra continued to say Istighfar, perhaps a change Bela because of himself so that he continued to beg Allah for forgiveness for the mistake he did accidentally to cause Bela heartache to him.

At the Zahra stall saw Akbar sitting with his friends, with all his strength he endured the pain and held back his tears so as not to fall in front of Akbar.

"Assalamu'alaikum." Zahra.

"Wa'alaikumsalam, uh neng Zahra." Answer mr. Slamet.

"How are you, sir?" Ask mr. Slamet.

"Alhamdulillah be healthy." Answer mr. Slamet.

"Alhamdulillah." Zahra.

Zahra held her palm that looked red and swollen due to the stepping of Bela's shoes.

"What's your hand?" Akbar asked looking at Zahra's hand.

Zahra immediately tried to be ordinary so that Akbar did not suspect him, "it's okay."

"Astagfireullah! Zahra neng's hand was swollen, fell or why was it neng?" Tanya Wati, wife of Slamet, while putting sweet tea on Zahra and Akbar's table.

"It's okay ma'am, my hand does look swollen, hehehe." Answer Zahra.

"Lies of sin!" Akbar.

"That lying can reward who's the bar." Sahut Zahra drank his sweet tea.

Akbar sighed harshly, knowing that the girl he was with was lying.

After 20 minutes Zahra invited Akbar to the hospital.

Mr. Slamet smiled to see Akbar began to dare to his feelings, as well as Zahra who opened his heart to his upperclassman.

"Sir, let's say yes, assalamu'alaikum." Akbar.

"Wa'alaikumsalam, you guys be careful." Said mr. Slamet.

"Yes sir."

In the angkot, Zahra sat next to the driver, while Akbar was behind. Keep their distance and their views. Although Akbar knows that he loves Zahra, he will not ask Zahra to go out. He only wanted to keep Zahra back then, after Bela left. The business of the heart is the business of God, for as powerful as any one name is, it will be subject only to His ordinance.

When they arrived at the hospital, Zahra immediately walked into the room of her mother Bela. But he is still sad because Asti ma'am has not been humanized. Zahra saw Akbar sitting directly on the right side of Asti and read the holy verses of the Qur'an.

A faint smile was seen on the beautiful face of a Zahra, she realized that she liked her upperclassman, only she could do nothing with her heart. He also did not know the ending of his life how, so for that time Zahra chose to love Akbar through do'a.

The beautiful girl came out of the room because Umi called herself, she did not want to disturb Akbar who was solemnly reading the Qur'an.

"Assalamu'alaikum umi." Said Zahra sitting in front of Asti's room.

^^^"Wa'alaikumsalam warohmatulli wabarokatu, how are you doing, son?" Ask umi.^^^

Zahra held back her tears remembering Bela's incident to her, moreover she still felt pain in her hand.

"Alhamdulillah good umi. Umi take care of health, abi too. Don't worry too much about Zahra." Answer Zahra.

^^^"Look, what's your school? Smooth right?"^^^

"Alhamdulillah smoothly also umi. Zahra's at the Umi hospital, take care of Bela's mother."

^^^"Bela's mom why son?"^^^

"Sick umi, Zahra asked for his prayers yes hope Asti quickly siuman umi."

^^^"Yes son yes, you take care of Asti ma'am fine."^^^

^^^"^^^

Iya umi, then it's been umi, assalamu'alaikum."

^^^"Wa'alaikumsalam warohmatullahi wagatokatu."^^^

The beautiful girl leaned her back on the hospital chair and closed her eyes, saying everything was fine. He prayed that Asti Siuman and Bela would be good friends as they had known. The sound of footsteps made Zahra open her eyes and see who came, it turns out they were Zahra's household assistants who were worried about her employer's child.

Bi Juju and Mr. Warto immediately approached Zahra and asked her how she was, they came to the hospital because they were told by Umi, he did not want his son to take care of Asti alone.

"Emmm.. Aunty can't give it a fuck?" Tanya Zahra looked at bi Juju.

"Can non, who's kseleo?"

"I'm bi, my hands are swollen, it hurts so much." Zahra stretched out her hand so they could see her.

"Astagfireullah! This is so swollen, aunt Juju try massage ya non. But sorry if it hurts a little." Said bi Juju holding Zahra's hand.

"Yes bi, hopefully it can disappear the swelling. Oh, yes, don't tell umi or abi yes, this is our secret, hehehe" said Zahra smiling at the house.

"Now there is a secret." Goda pak Warto's.

"Hehehehe was just this once, sir." Zahra Sahut.

Mr. Warto gave oil to bi Juju and began to obey Zahra's hand. About ten minutes, Akbar came out and sat between them, Zahra introduced Akbar to them. While Akbar saw the look of Zahra's painful face being massaged. It turns out that the girl was lying, she just wanted to know what happened to Zahra. Because when he met at the mosque, Zahra was still fine.

"The name is also a bar disaster, no one knows." Zahra.

Akbar knew that in a moment he would ask why his hand could be like that. And Zahra immediately declared that everything was but a calamity and a test that God had given him. He only smiled faintly in his heart while playing the pen.

"Sir Warto want to go inside?" Ask Akbar.

"Yes, it's den." Answer mr. Warto.

"Don't call den, just call Akbar sir." Akbar.

"It's used to it." Sahut Pak Warto then entered the Asti bu room.

"It must be sick." Akbar said seeing Zahra grimacing in pain.

"It's obviously painful that non-Zahra's hands are swollen like this." Seru bi Juju ended the sequence.

"Alhamdulillah, thank you bi." Zahra smiled.

"Yes non equally, auntie looks at Asti first yes." Her speech.

"Yes bi."

"What's your hand really?" Ask Akbar.

"Fall down, but Alhamdulillah is fine." Answer Zahra.

"Fall where? Usually the feet are kseleo if it falls, but why you hands yes." Akbar said he was suspicious of Zahra's answer.

"In the toilet."

"Zahra, whether you say it or not is your right, and I have a right to find out the cause." Akbar.

"Yes, you have the right to a bar." Zahra said without looking at Akbar's face.

"Yes already, I say go home first yes, if there is any news about the condition of Asti ma'am you call me yes. Assalamu'alaikum."

"Wa'alaikumsalam warohmatullahi wabarokatu."

...***...

That morning Akbar came to school to play basketball with his friends, because they were on PKL vacation. Before he went to the basketball court, Akbar took the time to go to pak Joni's shop and sat down with Ijul, one of his classmates.

"Pass the warm tea, yes." Said Akbar sitting in front of Ijul who was munching bread.

"Yes a bar." Mr. Joni's.

"Tumben lo to school?" Tanya Ijul sipped her coffee.

"Kangen." Reply Akbar.

"Kangen what school kangen someone bar, hehehe." Ijul.

"Kangen everything, hahahaha." Sahut Akbar's.

"This is the tea bar." Said Mr. Joni putting warm tea on the table.

"Thank you sir." Akbar.

"Together." Mr. Joni is back in the stall.

"you know Bela's not a bar?" Ask Ijul.

"Defa?" Akbar thought the name of the woman.

"Children of class XI. Ah, Zahra's best friend." The word Ijul makes it clear.

"Oh, yeah, what's wrong with him?" Tanya Akbar pretended not to know about Bela.

"Yesterday my sister said, she stepped on Zahra's hand. You know what?"

Akbar immediately shook his head.

"Just because he's jealous of Zahra's life. Well maybe there's something else that makes him rough with his own best friend." Ijul.

Ijul's sister is in X class and one school with him, even his sister is very fond of Zahra's personality.

Akbar fell silent, knowing the cause of Zahra's swollen hands. He knew that Ijul could not lie because he was famous for being an honest person during school in As-Sobirin. He wanted to be angry at Bela but he knew that Zahra would be disappointed with his attitude, finally Akbar sent a message to Bela and waited for him in the cafeteria when he came home from school.

"What are you quiet about!"

"Huh, ah it's okay. Yuk ah we're going to the field!" Invite Akbar to finish his tea, then pay and leave Ijul alone.

Zahra did not go to school that day due to illness. Akbar knew that as long as he played basketball both of Bela's eyes looked at him and shouted at his name, he only replied with a cold look.

The bell home from school had rang, Akbar was waiting for Bela, from afar he saw Bela smiling sumringah at him. But somehow Akbar became someone who was cold, indifferent to his underclassman.

"Assalamu'alaikum brother Akbar." Bela sat in front of the man she loved.

"Wa'alaikumsalam." Akbar replied without looking at Bela's face.

"What's up, brother?" Bela asked gently and a smile that was always etched on her face.

"How are you?" Akbar asked back.

"I? Emm... Alhamdulillah good. Why why?" Bela was confused because Akbar asked about her.

"Say Zahra you're sick." Said Akbar again.

"Oh, I'm cured. Look at it myself, I'm healthy. Akbar doesn't have to worry about me." Bela.

"Thank you for caring about me." Bela said again smiling.

Akbar sighed then glanced briefly at Bela's face before turning his gaze to the highway.

"Don't thank me, thanks to Zahra, she's actually the one who cares so much about you." Akbar.

Bela smiled, "today Zahra did not go to school, he said he was sick. But I don't care that without him it's better for me."

Akbar was surprised to hear what Bela said. He held back anger because the woman he loved was betrayed by the attitude of his own best friend.

"Defa, are you really the one who stepped on Zahra's hand?" Ask Akbar.

"I thought you'd know. That's why I love the man I love!" Answer Bela.

"Zahra loved only Allah and His Messenger. He didn't love any man before Ijab qobul, and I think you're mistaken for him. You wasted your best friend Bela, you don't know how your mother is doing right now do you? You never heard from him again, did you, after you shouted at him in public?" Akbar stressed his every word so that Bela realized that his attitude was wrong.

"You know what you know about my family?!" Shouted Bela, until people glanced at her.

"You told me everything through your attitude and speech."

"I love you! And I don't want anyone to love you either even if it's Zahra the woman!" Both of Bela's eyes glazed over, her chest filled with anger, but her heart was remembered by her mother who she lived alone in the reot house.

"Istigfar Zahra! Don't sell your faith just because you love me, you let go of your best friend who makes others regret your attitude."

"You don't love me because I come from a poor family right?! Because I'm not as pretty as Zahra! Aye right?!" Bela cried in front of Akbar.

Actually Akbar could not bear to see women crying in front of him, but for that time he ventured to advise Bela to return to his mother.

"Bela who I know used to be very smart in Arabic, Bela who I know used to speak polite words to her fellow friends even older people, he said, and at least I know Bela who has faith in him and is always grateful for what he has. That's what I know, and in front of the saga right now, I don't know who." Akbar answered gently, he did not want to make Bela's heart scratched because of his words.

For a moment Bela was silent and just crying.

"I'm sorry for not being able to love you, I'm sorry for hurting your heart because of my words. Don't change just because what you want doesn't happen, change for the sake of your family and the people around you." Said Akbar again.

"A... A... L'm... L'm... I haven't been able to be sincere with my own life." Bela said in her tears.

"Don't look too much at the people who are above you, but try occasionally you see people who are below you. God willing you can be sincere in your circumstances and be grateful for God's gift to you." Akbar.

"Once again I'm sorry for making you cry, this is the hospital address, your mother is there and has not been awake until now. Come see him, he misses his little girl." Akbar gave the address of the hospital where Asti was treated.

With trembling hands Bela received the address of the hospital.

"I go home first. Assalamu'alaikum." Akbar.

"Wa'alaikumsalam."

Bela looked at the hospital address without seeing Akbar leave. She was still crying, her chest hurt when she heard her mother go into the hospital. Akbar's words little by little could be digested by Bela, he could only cry over his circumstances due to his monster-like attitude for a Zahra.

...***...

When Zahra was chanting the holy verses of the Qur'an, suddenly he saw the movement of Asti's hand, he stopped his reading and called the nurse who cared for Asti. Zahra gave thanks looking at Asti's two eyes that began to open and blink a few times.

Asti's smile expands to see Zahra smiling at him. Then ask to approach on his right side.

"Te... Thank you son, for taking care of me." Speak to Asti with a voice that still holds pain.

"Sama-sama mom. Now I rest a lot, let's get healthier." Said Zahra gently stroking Asti's hand.

Bu Asti nodded slowly.

Zahra sent a message to Akbar and informed him of Asti's condition.

An hour later, Akbar came with his best friend and visited the condition of Asti after awakening.

"Assalamu'alaikum Zahra." Akbar said he saw the woman sitting while reading books about the Prophet's wife.

"Wa'alaikumsalam warohmatullahi wabarokatu." Zahra closed the book and looked at Akbar.

"Emmm... This is my best friend, his name is Furqon."

"Assalamu'alaikum." Furqon.

"Wa'alaikumsalam." Reply Zahra.

"Emm..."

"Have you been in to meet Asti's mom?" Zahra's question cut off Akbar's nervous-looking remark to her.

"Here, Alhamdulillah said the nurse had a lot of development." Reply Akbar.

"Alhamdulillah."

"I know the cause of your swollen hands." Akbar.

Zahra silence.

"Why are you lying?" Akbar asked, while Furqon was a listener between his best friend and Zahra.

"I fell down." Answer Zahra.

"Then stepped on by Bela right?" Ask Akbar to make sure.

"It's all bar disaster, I can't blame Bela for her changed attitude towards me. I sincerely accept it." Answer Zahra.

"I'm sorry Zahra."

A female voice with sobs looked at Zahra. The girl immediately turned her head and looked at Bela who was standing behind her. Zahra got up from her seat and hugged Bela affectionately. He hoped that Bela was like before, being Bela was fun for him and others.

"I'm sorry about you, I'm sorry about Zahra." Say Bela again.

Zahra wiped away Bela's tears, "i'm sorry."

Bela hugged Zahra tightly then both eyes looked at Akbar and smiled. Akbar returned Bela's smile to come back to his mother.

"Because of him I'm aware of ra." Said Bela releasing her embrace.

Zahra looked back.

"That's all because of God's defense, I'm just saying what I think is good for you." Akbar.

"Can I see my mother?" Bela asked Zahra and Akbar.

"certain." Zahra answered with pleasure.

Bela also walked into his mother's room, Bela's tears can not be dammed again, he cried on the right side of his mother while apologizing for his attitude all along.

Zahra was also moved to see them, even Akbar who had just entered dissolved in the sadness of Bela and Asti. They have forgiven each other, Bela has not put hatred on Zahra, so everyone is happy again with God's permission.
