"Well?" derrell asked confusedly, when the girl who had helped him was back to his original place, Derrell thought the girl had really left him alone who did not know the way at all.

Without answering the question that Derrell had asked the girl to treat Derrell's injured hand, Derrell was completely unaware that his hand was injured, it looks like Derrell's hand was injured while trying to protect the girl who had helped him fortunately Derrell was able to dodge when they were about to be shot by the guards.

Derrell immediately left the place after he found the door that the girl had been referring to. It feels tiring that Derrell wants him to rest soon, tomorrow he also has to go back to work in the Car Group office.
