Accidentally

The commotion that occurred in the Jade Mansion made all the residents wake up from sleep. Gloria was no exception.

Jade, already aware of the attack, hastily invites Oxela, Briel and Gloria to rush to the secret room in her Mansion - just in case.

"Geez, they haven't given up on finding you, Gloria!" grunts Oxela.

"I don't think Richard will be looking for you again after Uncle Mark dies" Jade said.

"No way, honey. It was precisely Richard who really wanted Gloria to be caught immediately," Oxela replied to her husband, then turned to look at Gloria. "I think he's so obsessed with you, Glo!" smith again.

Gloria just smiled wryly at the thought of it because she didn't know what to say about Richard's attitude. But Richard had ignored her for too long in the beginning of their marriage. Gloria doesn't know why Richard wants to catch her now either. Maybe there's a plan that Richard's been putting together for himself, I don't know.

A few moments in that hiding room. Jade's phone rang.

"What's up, Jared?" Jade answers her phone which turns out to be from Jared. Jared arrives at Jade's residence moments before Richard's men arrive.

"Mr Zwart was hit by a bullet shortcut" Jared said.

"What's? How come?" Jade was wide-eyed, clearly surprised, this was beyond their predictions.

"This was unintentional, as a result of gunfire from Mr. Jensen's stronghold, not from our people. Where should I take him?" ask Jared.

Jade couldn't have gotten Jared to take Owen to the safe room where Oxela and Gloria were there. Jade was confused, not knowing that she had to answer such an urgent matter. Jared waited for his decision from across the street.

"To the guest room on the second floor!" answer Jade random. He thought it was better for Owen to be in the guest room. There are also complete medicines so that you can treat the wounds suffered by Owen.

"You mean next to Mrs Gloria's room?"

"Yes, there. Quickly take him before anything happens!"

The call was interrupted, Jade immediately got the full spotlight from two women in front of him.

"Jared why?" oxela asked in curiosity.

"Is Jared at the Mansion?" Now it was Gloria's turn to ask.

"No, nothing happened" Jade said.

"Then? Why did he call you, baby? Your expression was also strange earlier.." - Oxela, who was taken by Gloria.

Jade scratched her non-itchy nape. "What's wrong, Jared's just taking care of Richard's people. It seems like many of them were shot by our snipers" Jade said at last.

Just now Jade could breathe a sigh of relief because two women in front of him seemed to believe the reason, but after that Gloria speech made Jade again confused.

"Ah, yes, how are our plans?" gloria asked Oxela.

"Plan?" Jade who answered.

"Yes, about Nico! Maybe tonight he's among Richard's people." Gloria looked at Jade.

"Ah, if that's the case I don't know," Jade replied as she swallowed the saliva heavily. "Here you go, after all, I've given the guards a message, if they see Nico, they'll catch him. So, just leave it all to them." Jade nodded her head in order to convince Gloria. He is very nervous at the moment.

"Am I not supposed to peek out?" ask Gloria.

"For what?"

"I want to find her figure among those people."

"Jeez, Gloria. You think it's harmless? We're here now to protect ourselves and you're gonna peek out. It's weird!" jade's grumbling was inexhaustible.

"I just want to make sure."

"After all, it's very dark in front. You can't see which one is the opposing camp. Leave everything to them. They've all been trained to protect us, so we'll be out after everything's over." Jade explained to Gloria and finally the woman agreed with her.

Meanwhile in another room, Jared was busy treating a bullet shortcut wound that hit Owen's arm. The bullet missed, not through Owen's arm but Owen was hit by part of the bullet.

Jared wrapped it with a gauze so as not to bleed again.

"Where's my wife?" ask Owen during the sidelines of the activity.

"Mr Jade took them all to the bulletproof room on the right wing."

Owen breathed a sigh of relief hearing that.

"Are you going back to Mr. Mark's Mansion again?"

"Yes, if I don't come back, then Richard will suspect me."

"Alright, outside it seems to have started to fade. Many of Mr. Jensen's men were shot" Jared said.

"Hmmm, let it go."

"What about your plan, sir?"

"I haven't run yet. I'm still monitoring Sean's whereabouts."

"She will definitely return soon after knowing that Mr. Mark is dead."

"That's for sure, after all I heard that Uncle Mark's lawyer had come to the Mansion yesterday. He must have contacted Sean to discuss Uncle Mark's treasure." Owen smiled in anguish. He knows who Sean is. Sean couldn't possibly take his share of the treasure.

"So your plan?"

"It looks like Sean and Richard's showdown will be more interesting. I'll watch it first before fighting them one by one."

Jared joined the smile with a sheepfight plan that Owen will do next.

The atmosphere outside was completely silent. Owen believes that the surviving enemy clans have returned to Richard's Mansion because they have lost to break into the Jade Mansion.

"Jared, I have to go back..." Owen got up and headed towards the exit of the room.

Simultaneously, apparently Gloria also returned to her room. He almost passed Owen, but fortunately Owen realized that because he had heard the footsteps of someone who felt closer. Owen went back in and hid, until finally Gloria actually went into the room next to the room that Owen currently occupied.

"What's up, Mister?" jared asked who saw Owen back in.

"Gloria.." answered Owen.

Jared breathed heavily. He is quite sympathetic to this husband and wife relationship, which now must be separated even when meeting must pretend not to recognize.

"I hope this is over soon, sir. It seems like Miss Gloria isn't ready to be a widow."

Jared's words made Owen glare at him. "So what you say! I'm still alive! Gloria's not a widow, Jared!" persematannya firmly.

Jared smelled a smile. For a long time he had not argued small things with his boss. He quite misses the moments before when things were still fine. Where he can tease his Mr. Zwart who is sometimes warm or also tempramental.

"Sorry, Sir. I mean, what Mrs Gloria knows right now is like that, right?"

"It's good to keep your mouth shut, Jared! Never mind, I have to go now!"
