The time that passed

6 Months passed, Gloria had started to accept the situation. He was more silent and not so much asked Sean again about when he would get out of this remote island.

Gloria has been allowed Sean to leave the house because Gloria's attitude is not too rebellious. She became a submissive woman and agreed to everything Sean asked of her as long as it was still in its reasonable stages.

"Gloria, are you busy today?" ask Sean.

They did not fully live together for approximately 6 months. Sean often went back and forth to the island, occasionally staying overnight and occasionally the next either way. Maybe Sean went to meet all their needs while on the island. But, Sean did not leave Gloria just like that because he hired several guards and servants at that place to accompany Gloria.

"No, I'm done with my activities."

The activities that Gloria meant were cooking, washing and cleaning her place of residence while on the island, although there were servants but Gloria remained adamant to do so as well, because she felt she had no other activities.

"Do you want to come with me? I have something for you."

"What?" Gloria complained to Sean.

Sean smiled thinly. "I've been thinking about what activities you like, so you can have fun activities here" Sean said.

Gloria got up from her seat, feeling interested in Sean's speech. He stared at Sean with a twinkle and a new hope that had long been buried since his hopes of meeting Jeff and Owen were dashed.

"Follow with me" Sean said as he pulled Gloria's wrist.

Sean took Gloria to a room inside the house. All this time Gloria knew the room was a warehouse where to put things that were not used.

"Open up" Sean said as he pointed at the door of the room with his chin.

Gloria nodded, then opened the door of the room. He was surprised to find a warehouse that had been converted into a pottery-making studio. I don't know when Sean bought all that clay and pottery. Whether when the place was cleaned by Sean, Gloria never realized it.

"Vean .... What'sthis?" Gloria gasped. For the first time he felt the pleasure of re-encompassing.

"I heard that you used to love making pottery, so I took the initiative to give you a new activity with this studio. Ah, I don't mean the studio.it's more like a simple space." Sean scratched his non-itchy nape while scowling in front of Gloria.

"Where do you know all that?" Gloria doesn't think Sean knows about his old hobbies.

"Sorry, I overheard your chat with Esther the other day."

Gloria remembers the time she told Esther about her past hobbies. Esther is a waitress who works at the house. Not infrequently Gloria had a conversation with the middle-aged woman to eliminate burnout.

"Thank you, Sean." Gloria smiled at Sean. For the first time Sean saw the woman's smile on his back since he had run away from the city.

Sean nodded. "You can start doing your new activities from now on. I hope this gets your spirit back up."

"Thank you, you care about me. I'm sorry that at first I always suspected you. I. I can't accept the situation." Gloria down.

"If now? Have you accepted the situation?" search Sean.

"Come on," Gloria replied imposing a faint smile.

Sean ruffled Gloria's hair at a glance. Somehow their togetherness all this time made him feel closer and not reluctant to do that to Gloria.

Gloria avoids Sean's hand with a clumsy attitude.

"Sorry," Sean said at last. "But... If one day you find out the fact that your son and husband are dead, can you be sincere about it?"

Gloria just looked at Sean and chose not to answer the question.

"I hope you can accept the situation, Gloria...." Sean turned around and left Gloria in front of his new room.

Sean was happy to see Gloria now more enthusiastic and excited after having a new room for pottery making. Every time Sean returned to the house on the island, he took the time to peek at Gloria's activities in the room.

"South...."

Apparently Gloria accidentally saw the silhouette of Sean's body standing in front of the door. Inevitably Sean opened the door wide and entered the room even though he did not want to interfere with the serious activities that are being done Gloria.

"You're so busy" Sean said he saw Gloria forming a pottery that looked like it was going to be made into a vase.

"Yes, I'm finishing this one." Gloria smiled, making Sean pull the corner of her lips because of it.

Gloria looks difficult because her own strands of hair are rippling down, want to tie hair but difficult because both hands are dirty due to clay.

"Let me help you" said Sean sparingly and took a position behind Gloria's body. "Where's your hair tied?" tanyanya.

"That! Sorry to bother you," said Gloria pointing her hairband at the side of the table. "Can you do it?" Gloria hesitates about Sean's ability to tie a woman's hair.

"Can you?" gloria asks Sean to wake up from his crazy thoughts.

"Bi-can!" sean replied somewhat. He quickly tied up Gloria's long hair.

"Here it is" Sean said at last.

"Thank you" Gloria replied.

Sean inched away, keeping his distance for fear of being in such close quarters again with Gloria.

"Do you want to try making pottery?" gloria's bargain with Sean.

"A-i?"

"Yes, who else! I offered you!"

Sean chuckles. "I can't."

"Trying doesn't hurt. This activity is quite fun!" Gloria.

"Well, you forced me!" Sean laughed again.

This time Gloria laughed. "I'm not forcing you, I'm just offering you, here!" Gloria asks Sean to come back to her because he will teach her how to make pottery.

Inevitably Sean came back closer to Gloria when he was alone to keep his distance, but where might he say about his thoughts to Gloria.

"So later your hand movements must be in accordance with the rotation of the manufacturing tool," said Gloria trying to explain briefly to Sean.

Sean just nodded. I don't know when his views on Gloria have changed. If in the past he really wanted to help Gloria, now the desire is getting bigger but accompanied by other feelings that I don't know. Appeared without knowing.

Gloria continued to explain to Sean while Sean watched Gloria's face without blinking and without knowing what Gloria was explaining to him.

"Sean... Now you understand, right?" ask Gloria to make sure.

"Ah, i-yeah...."

"Try now you're starting to make it."

Several times Sean tried to form pottery, but always failed. All the activities were changed to Senda joking both of them who ended up dirtying each other's faces with clay.

"You're so dirty, Sean!" Gloria giggles to see Sean's face full of clay due to his actions.

"It's all because of you!" Sean said as he gave a piece of clay over Gloria's pointed nose.

Gloria nodded and Sean chuckled. "You're like Pinocchio now!" said.

Gloria laughed.

"Sean, where are you going?" Gloria asks Sean who is seen wearing a thick jacket. It seems like the man is about to leave again soon.

"Our needs are running out, I have to go shopping in the city. There are no markets or anything like that on this island."

Gloria nodded. "Can I come?" tanyanya ventured.

Sean shook his head and Gloria bowed sadly.

"Don't be sad, I'm doing this to protect you. I'm afraid my father's people are still looking for you out there!"

"I'd love to see the outside atmosphere, I've been cooped up on this island long enough."

Sean feels sorry for Gloria, Gloria's words are true. Gloria has long been on and off this island. But, taking Gloria to the city is not a good thing, especially if you make a mistake that will actually endanger Gloria's life.

Sean took a deep breath, he did not want Gloria to be sad, he preferred to see Gloria who later could laugh and be herself as before.

"Alright, you can come with me but go undercover. Once all our needs are met, we will return to this island as soon as possible. How's it?" break Sean.

"really? You're allowing me to come with you?"

Sean nodded. Gloria screamed happily, reflexively hugging Sean with euphoria of excitement.
